Describe your activity on the server: I play SchoolRP for at least 3 hours per day; however, I usually play for at least 6 hours! I log in approximately 90% of the time, especially when I have an inactivity form to fill out. I make every effort to log in and begin roleplaying! (OOCLY) I'm a Highschool student, therefore the fact that I can complete my homework and play SchoolRP online is perhaps one of my greatest achievements. That achievement is having the leisure to socialize and spend time with individuals online.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: The employee position for which I will apply is that of a Tutor, who supervises students and assists them in understanding a certain subject in school with which they are having difficulty. These are usually done in one-on-one sessions over the course of a week or until the student passes the subject. Tutors are frequently called upon to answer queries students may have regarding specific classes in order to rid their minds of any erroneous information or to help them better understand the lesson.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: Over the years that I've been involved in such activities, I've accumulated a fair lot of roleplaying experience. In both the server and other roleplaying platforms, I specialize in detail rp. I've appeared in plays and minor events outside of character, where portraying a specific character became my job and responsibility. I'm also a long-time SRP player who originally joined in late 2015 or early 2016, so I'm familiar with the server's policies in general. Despite the fact that my experience is extensive and virtually overflowing, I adore new circumstances and interactions.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: The Male would respond in a clear, commanding tone, with no expression on his face, remaining as neutral as possible, his posture remaining straight and unconfrontational in order not to provoke the student via body language, and he would inform the student that what they're saying and doing right now is wrong, and why they should instead take it to the principal or another higher member of staff instead of directly cussing him.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: His immediate response would be to radio in another teacher in case the situation escalated, then approach the situation, in a loud stern voice, telling both students to back away from each other, standing between them and informing both students that they would have detention, and informing both students that they must apologize to one another before leaving, then leaving himself, though if the two students continued to fight, it would be a different matter.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: Depending on the severity of the act the other employee is committing, He would either respond with a firm voice instructing them to stop what they're doing as it's malpractice and can have an unsavory effect, assisting them in getting out of the potentially dangerous situation that could directly harm them by physically, emotionally, or mentally assisting them, or ducking around a corner, hiding any nearby students away from them, and informing the police of the act before it happened.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act? He'd probably be eating a premade sushi box or some bento he picked up on the way to school with one hand while browsing through a select few documents on his laptop with the other, reading through his students documents and looking at past assignments, homework, and grades and overall attempting to work out where exactly he needs to help them. The Male would be receptive to discussion, but his remarks would be quite boring at the time.

/me Walking into the office and taking a seat at the table opposite the young man before him, sitting down in a relaxed and open manner, unclasping the iron latches on his briefcase, removing some files from the briefcase for tucking it back underneath the desk, extending his hand out for the file, removing three different pieces of paper and spreading them out in front of the young man. "So, here are your first three assessments; based on your most recent two, you've slipped behind a touch, particularly in these two categories." He'd give the man a reassuring grin while circling the two green-pen circled questions.
/me While reading the paper, his eyes slowly scanned over it, widening then focusing occasionally, though his expression remained neutral. When he reached the final sentence, he looked up and gave the student seated in front of him an incredibly warm smile and two thumbs up before parting his lips "You did an excellent job! I truly enjoy how you used the writing strategies we discussed, and your abilities have definitely grown!" His eyes glistened with delight, and his grin was real and sincere.

Backstory
eldest of 5 other siblings, his younger siblings being a trio of triplets (Lorenzo, Lucio and Ayton), and a younger sister (Sienna) though the age gap between the siblings was rather large Andre being 7 years older than his brothers, and 8 years older than his sister they still were able to get along just as well, quite unlike most siblings did due to the lack of presence from both their parents. Both of Andres parents worked 247 to provide for their poverty stricken family, they worked hard to provide all of their children with an education and despite how this made him feel, he appreciated all of their hard work, from day one he tried his very best, even at the young age of 7 to look after his siblings, feeding them, caring for them, playing with them and even educating them from a very young age all to cover for his work exhausted parents. It was this particular circumstance that motivated him to excel in his education, rather quickly as he made his way into high school he demonstrated signs of pure genius level intelligence, easily excelling with everything he did, even picking up the German language whilst he was in high school around 15 at the time, learning the language as if it were second nature simply for the challenge of it, still looking after his siblings whilst also educating them in the process, helping them with their subjects and homework in a supportive and motivational way, despite encountering some difficulties he kept up the work and in complete honesty loved every second of it. Skipping to when he had finally aged 17 things were different, his siblings had gotten to the point where they were more okay studying by themselves, and were more self sustaining, allowing Andre to instead focus his intellect on something that could potentially bring in some minor cash for the family, working part time alongside his school studies to be a studenttutor to those who needed it, often working with either struggling students or foreigners that had not quite gained a good grasp over the Italian language Andre was fluent in, speaking writing and teaching it with practical ease, it being the first language he had learnt ever, he was able to teach some of the students he had tutored, one particular student, a Half Korean Half Japanese student even doing him a favor in return for the help he received with both the Italian language and the academic assistance and decided to assist him with learning Korean this language Andre particularly struggled with taking him far longer to learn it than he had learn German, a language he still frequently used in order to work with other foreign students taking him all the way through to where he was 19 in order to learn. It was at this point in Andres life when his grandfather had fallen terminally ill, not given a particularly long time to live Andres parents had decided it was time for them to move, to take care of their grandfather during his remaining year, moving away from Rome Italy, to Karakura Japan at last, it was Andres Mother who had their Japanese blood, and despite Andres knowledge was still fluent in the language and was even able to arrange for his college position, enrolling in the college. It was his turn to be the foreign student, it took him a while to become fluent in Japanese, starting with basic phrases, often talking with his mother in Japanese and eventually learning a few things here and there, taking him about a year to become fluent in his 4th language yet still struggling to write out some Kanji, it was around this time he was able to continue his work as a student tutor, working on various subjects with different students, taking his time to study over the two subjects he had chosen to study in particular. It wasn`t long now before Andre finally graduated from Karakura college, with General Education as his major and English language as his minor, he was able to pass with outstanding grades, his incredible intellect granting him two PhD's. . Now it's time to look for a full-time job. He is already convinced that he wants to work in the field of pedagogy, and what is a better way for him than returning to his degree directly? Andre then applied for the position of "tutor" at Kuzataka.

My ambition is to carry on my late father's legacy. However, Rome was not created in a single day. I need to start from the beginning with a solid foundation. Karakura High School, in my opinion, is an excellent candidate. In whatever way I can, I want to give back to the school that raised me and that raises the next generation of children. And I'd want to contribute to the advancement of this distinguished institution by becoming a Tutor. By doing so, I'll be able to take the first step toward fostering a future generation of functioning citizens. Uncovering latent potential that even the pupils are unaware of. That is a Tutor's and a teacher's responsibility. Perhaps even produce geniuses to represent Karakura High School. As the school that educated intelligent children, students. Taking it to the top of the global education rankings.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: While I have no prior experience working in a school, I have studied extensively for a position such as this, even earning a PhD in General Education, demonstrating that I am more than capable of this job.
