A man who is 17, works as a loaner, loaning money to the poor. AKA, YOU. As well, has brown hair, blue eyes, pale skin.. He mostly hangs around plaza, but when everyone is asleep.. he has... a secret.. HE ROBS THE BANKS OF KARAKURA, THEN GIVES THE MONEY OUT TO THE POOR!!?!!? While in the daylight, he stands out in the plaza, helping out the poor of the Karakura. people???.

Tom brown was born in America, as Charlie Brown's only son, his only loving son. His father died at a young age, due to his dog snoopy flew a plane towards a German aircraft, and the German aircraft exploded, the debris fell onto Charlie Brown, killing him. So then Tom Brown was all alone, living on the streets, eating from the TREES.. Like the lorax! If he was even real.. yeah.. He fended off wolves, were wolves, creepy baddie... werewolves.. EVEN THE EDGY WEREWOLVES..!!!! He was all bloody, and edgy like those weird emos....
Mid life.. kinda idk..
Tom Brown helped himself up each day robbing from the poor, as such... One day he stole Harry potters wand! (Toy wand) limited edition one, selling it to a pawn shop, then he flew to Karakura, where he started his journey as a robber.. A Gang member by chance.. he looked at the screen saying "Your mom."(quote by MiuLols.) So he followed a path.. yeah, becoming part of a famous gang called anarchy..! Yeahh!!! So then after it disbanded kinda, he went into hiding, and after the world forgot about the name of 'Anarchy' he emerged.. standing Infront of the stone wheel at plaza.. Handing out money to the citizens..
