Have you ever done something extremely embarrassing, something that was cute as a kid but oh so dreadful as an adult? Roko faces this everyday. Roko was once called Iko, though throughout his childhood his cheeks were always flushed a gentle red. He was a cute child for sure, his parents recounted it fondly before his passing. "He'd always have lovely rosy cheeks and the warmest smile, He'd greet his father with it each time he came home from work." Rather sweet and endearing, after he set off for a work trip to America with the businessmen he served, he picked up on some English... especially the word Tomato... You can see where this is going.
The nickname definitely caught on, his entire family and extended family would call him it. It wasn't originally official, but when he turned 3, they changed his name to Tomatsu. It was a proper name, but his family decided it was so similar to the English nickname that they already called him that it may as well be his name. He was entered into school with it, too.
Throughout his life and to this day, the nickname Tomato haunts him. Not even in military service could he escape it.

Although he seems constantly dreading every moment, he is a relatively stable man; just very tired.
