WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION: While I am not sure if this would be a great idea, I've got several ideas. The Town Hall would basically serve as a place where official documents can be given out. The Town Hall could be a place where citizens of Karakura would be able to get forms of identification, such as a passport or ID, and could also sell several additional items, maybe some cosmetic items, postcards, and food. The Town Hall would also provide more city jobs for players, as people could work in the Town Hall to sell items, assign identification, and help out new players.

this is a cool idea at first glance but would probably end up being an inactive faction, as its kind of correlates with the fact that many times before an expansion on the government factions (even though a town hall really isnt major government, but still a government building usually) have been suggested and denied

If this were to be added, I don't think we should give players the ability to work in the building, since the focus of the server is on the school, not the town. Instead, NPCs would be better as they are always available and can easily give out items such as I.D. cards.

Though, I personally think that it would be pointless to implement I.D. cards or other legal documents, since we already ItemRP them using /it or /my.
