On the Forums, I'm not very active, I will go on there now and again to see what's going on, but that very rarely happens, but I will try to be more active if I remember.

What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I think that becoming a teacher would be a great experience, getting to know other people, making more friends, as well as learning new things along the way. I really enjoy science and english in school, especially chemistry and english literature, it is my favourite subject and I think i do farely well in it, which makes me the perfect candidate for this job.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes, I joined this server around the end of 2016 to the start of 2017 on and off, but I started becoming more active around the end of 2017. I've had many characters and different personalities, which was difficult at the start, but I got used to it and I enjoy coming on here.
Have you read the Faculty Handbook?: Yes, and I read it twice to make sure I fully understand.
What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: The classroom logs is a place where teachers write down what they did in their lesson. they write down how the lesson went and how they can approve the next time they teach. The logs are important because they can look back to what lessons they've already taught, and they can make sure that they do not repeat lessons.
You want to start a school field trip: how do you do that?: Firstly, I will send a letter to the Principal’s office to ask permission to go and the trip and to tell them about the trip, and I must make sure to send it at least a fortnight before the trip has been scheduled. I will then ask at least 4 teachers/substitute teachers to assist on the trip, to make sure that nobody wanders off, and to ensure everyone's safety. I will make sure to bring a book with me to write down a summary of the trip. If any parent can not let their child attend, they must have a letter explaining why, and the letter must be handed to the principal for approval, and the student will be taught by a substitute for the lesson(s) the class will be gone.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1 - Students must not speak amongst each other, or disrupt the teacher while the teacher is speaking, and may only speak to their fellow classmates if they're doing a group project or have permission to do so.
2 - Students are not allowed to carry anything that will cause harm to any of the students or teachers.
3 - Students will not be allowed to eat or drink during a class, unless they have permission for example, if they are feeling unwell or if they are dehydrated etc.
4 - Students must put their phone off and out of reach during classes.
5 - Students should raise their hand if they want to ask a question, shouting out loud failing to raise their hand, can lead to punishment.
6 - Students must be in class on time, if not, teachers have permission to deny access into the classroom, or they are allowed in, but should be kept in after class explaining why they were late.
7 - Students should complete class work and homework on time, if not it could lead to punishment such as after school detention.
8 - Students must be kind to one another, no bullying for example, Making fun of them for their appearance, ethnicity, gender, sexuality etc.

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I've been playing on this server for about 2 and a half years now, and I've made a lot of characters with different personalities. At first, I was scared and didn't know what to do, but as I continued to roleplay, I started getting used to talking to people, I made a lot of friends that I still have to this day. I am grateful i decided to join this server and I hope to make more memories and experience more on this server.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: HD Stands for Head of Department. They're responsible for a subject and the of planning lessons, they talk to their QTLS and NQTs according to their subject to check up on them and make sure they're doing what they're supposed to.
- QTLS: QTLS Stands for Qualified Teacher With Learning Skills. A QTLS is a teacher who is experienced enough to plan and teach lessons without the Head of their Department around.
- NQT: NQT Stand for Newly Qualified Teacher. A Newly Qualified Teacher is a part-time teacher, who is under the supervision of somebody with a higher rank.

A teacher is like a guardian to the students while their parents aren't there, they teach students general life skills to be able to develop a future, whether they're going to college, or getting a job. They are there to make sure that students are getting their full education so they can thrive in their future.
Teachers generally get paid between 100,000¥ and 200,000¥ this changes as they get more qualified and get pay rises but it can also drop lower if they aren’t putting as much effort in as other teachers.
Teachers can teach in many different forms of teaching styles usually depending on the subject they teach for example a woodworking teacher would teach differently to a maths teacher as they have different skill sets. Carrying on the example- maths teachers teach logically and a woodworking teacher would teach creatively. I think all teachers teach with passion for their subject and that correlates with every subject.
Teachers are normal people so in their spare time they will do what normal people do. Things like hanging out with friends, fishing, enjoying the sights of the city and loads of other things.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRp server?: Teachers are important because they are apart of the fundamental part of the servers roleplay- school. Without teachers SchoolRp wouldn’t be able to work as well. Teachers are there to bring flavour to SchoolRp and to create a great atmosphere for students.

Trinity white is a Mix between a French and a Swedish female. She’d stand at 5’5 and weighing about 150lbs. She’d have Long Black hair, Brown eyes and a soft Caramel skin tone, with acne on her cheeks. Her voice would be very soft like silk, and she’d speak with perfect grammar. She’s not a very unique person, although she has bad habits like, she corrects people a lot, everything has to be neat and even, she has to count each stair she steps on. Her outlook on students is that they are kids who don’t know any better, they are there to learn, they may be crazy or misbehave sometimes, but that’s a part of life. High School Students don’t know what their future is going to hold, but they do need to be prepared and that’s why they’re in school. Teachers are people who want to achieve great things, like any other person, but they are given more opportunities. They are people who are as intelligent as one another, people who can talk to others during break, get their opinion on what grade they should give their students. Trinity is a very kind and confident girl, who is sensitive to her emotions. When she is speaking to a friend she can be the nicest girl you’ve met, she can be goofy and childish, but also she can be very professional when something serious is upon her. For her future, she plans to teach for as long as possible, and she wishes to live a long and happy life. When the time is right, she hopes to get married and have 2 children of her own.
Scenarios:
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I’d go up to them and explain that cursing and swearing is prohibited in this school and I will give them a chance to go to their class. If they fail to cooperate, I will then give them detention. If they fail to show up, I will send then to the principal’s office for further punishment.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I will calmly try to tell the class to listen, and i will set a test for the next day and I will go over the questions with them. If they fail the test, I will know that they did not cooperate, So I will give the class a warning. If they continue to talk amongst others and ignore my requests, I will send them out of my class and send them to the principal’s office.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: She’d be very confident and kind whilst talking amongst the other teachers, while she planned some of her lessons for the upcoming week. If an argument occurs, she’d stay out of it unless in was necessary that she should butt in.

Backstory:
Trinity white was born on the 6th of July, 1994 in Paris, France. She is half French hald Swedish due to her Mother being Swedish and her Father being French. She didn’t know her parents very well as they died in an accident when she was just 4, therefore she lived with her aunt for the rest of her childhood and teenage years. When she was 12, her and her aunt moved to Tokyo, Japan because they heard it was a beautiful place to live. Whilst they were living there, when Trinity was 19, she heard of a small town named Karakura. She wanted to go to college there to study financial studies, science and of course English. Trinity moved to Karakura without her aunt, because she her didn't want to move again because she didn't want to leave her friends in Tokyo. Trinity had made a friend in Tokyo who also wanted to go to Karakura, but couldn't afford it, so trinity would always call her friend asking how she was doing and telling her about her experiences in Karakura When she was in college, she really enjoyed English and wanted to become and English teacher. She from then on started studying really hard, because she wanted to do really well in her exams, so she could pass and get the right grades to become and English teacher. Unfortunately, she didn't do as well as she hoped to, so she stayed another year in college, so she could learn everything again, and hopefully do better the next year. Summer of that year, She didn't go out with her friends, she didn't socialise with anybody, all she did that year was study. She was determined to do well in her exams. She passed all her exams and finally graduated from college, she was overjoyed and she finally got to become an English teacher like she always wished for.
