Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are the main part of SchoolRP (other than students of course) Without teachers students would have nothing to do during the school day; Teachers help maintain the school and the students providing classes or assistance with school fights or scandals.
Teachers help continue the story plot and even help students get into roleplaying and provide a nice aspect to your daily roleplay!
A class often serves as many new players' first meaningful interaction with the server, making a good teacher crucial for creating a positive first impression that encourages them to return. A likable and engaging teacher can inspire students to attend classes willingly, beyond merely fulfilling credit requirements for advancement. Such a teacher may even impart knowledge that players haven't gained from traditional school.

What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?:
I have been on SRP since 2024 and I have only roleplayed as a student and animals, Becoming a teacher would help me roleplay from a different point of view and expand different character aspects. I've had friends who are teachers that have given me amazing insight to how roleplay is like as one; making friends with co-workers and spreading facts and interests you adore with students that might share the same thing!
In all honestly, SRP has gotten really boring for me as all ive done is roleplayed students and need that spark again to get on. I believe a different perspective and role will help bring the spark back.

She has soft long white hair and red-orange eyes with pale skin showing off that she was Albino, she wore light makeup to not look 'zombie-like' She stood at 4'0 and had a skinny build. Her face and ears were pierced (Liu Piercing From Yona-Yona). Her voice was the same as 2021 Stocking English VA.
Act :
She often held tea parties and ordered making pastries for her friends, in her free time she would play the piano tend to her garden or even paint on a canvas.
A note was in your mailbox, a simple white envelope with a red wax stamp with a rose print into it. ' Dear person, you have been invited to my garden to share some tea. I have quite a new piece of art i'd like to show while we sit and talk. Please make sure to stop by, I have considered all of your allergies when making the dishes do not threat. ' Her handwriting was cursive and seemed to be written with a dip pen. How fancy. .
Unique :
Her name meaning 'Ruler of Death' gives her a intimidating look yet is quite understanding to others often sitting them down for tea.
" Hm. . I see, quite the problem now is it? " She would hum as she set down her teacup onto the delicate plate; the tea still hot and spewing smoke infront of her face as she rested her hand onto her chin. " In my opinion, art tells many stories. Could be loss or love, longing or regret; no one ever truly knows which it is but yet we still stare at them for hours admiring them, don't we? That's what I believe life is. An art piece waiting to be admired by the right people. " She let out a soft smile curving her cheeks slightly, her red eyes gazing into the person like she was trying to read them.
Plans for the future:
She wishes to settle down and start a family to help erase her family image. She hopes to spread her joy of art and creativity with her future children and even her students that she treats like family.
" My plans, hm? " She rested back on her chair, gazing slightly up at the roof while pondering for a moment. " I suppose I'd like to settle down. " She finally admitted letting out a small chuckle after. " What? Not what you were expecting to hear? Everyone has different aspects for the future; family may not be the right one for you or it could be, you never truly know huh?" She lifted her teacup to her lips taking a small light sip of the hot caramel tea.
Past:
Ronova Ksusti was born to 2 horrid parents who sold her immediately to a rich family as a servant, she grew up there for all of her life until she finally had enough of the abuse and trauma she went through inside. Seeing all her servant friends die from exhaustion or even starvation she decided to free the rest. Whilst sorting the mail something had ticked and she set the mansion on fire before running out and escaping to karakura.
" My past. .? " Her eyes drifted downwards as she set down her teacup, letting out a deep sigh she rubbed the bridge of her nose before looking back up at the person. " My past is quite a complicated one that I don't share to many. . . Hm? You wonder why I don't share? It's quite simple. Pity. I hate it in all opinions. It makes people see you in a different light than they did before, for some reason I just want them to look at me the same, not as the girl who was once trapped in that horrid place. That version of me is dead and I'd like to keep it that way. "

She gazed over, humming slightly to herself as she fixed her hair and walked over to the student speaking in a quiet tone "Are you having trouble, dear?" she leaned over to not seem intimidating; "If you need any help, just raise your hand and ask alright? If you are too scared to just give me a little hand signal and I'll walk right over!" she smiled gently, ruffling the students hair before returning back to the front of the class to continue her lesson.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
She let out a deep sigh before gazing at the disruptive student. "Now, do you need a detention or you just doing this for attention?" She showed a detention slip between her fingers as the other hand rested on her hip. "This is your first and only warning, next is detention. Continue after the detention slip and its SLT, got it?" She smiled her teeth clenched before letting out a sigh and returning to the topic at hand.

Class Idea 1 :
Switch!
Every student will get into pairs of 2 and get their own paper to draw on, They will get 30 minutes to draw whatever they want onto the paper; once time is up they must switch papers with their partner and choose to either continue or make something abstract with the piece! After 30 minutes you will switch back and look at the art your friend has joined on!
Class Idea 2 :
A model!?
One student will volunteer to model up front for the class, the rest of the students will have to draw them! They can use any art style or form and any of the materials provided: Crayons, Marker, Paint. But there's a twist; In the middle you will have to stop using the material you are using and switch to a whole new one and a whole different art style! The most creative one will be rewarded with a sticker !!
