To describe my activity on the server, I'll list some different aspects below.
SRP activity general.
I have been playing SRP since 2018. I started like everyone else and quickly began discovering the game and community, and I quickly started to see this as a hobby. Of course, after playing for so long, I have had some breaks on SRP, but I have always come back. For my activity, I have been playing every day for a year now, if possible, for 4 to 5 hours a day. I am also very active on Discord and can respond to messages here almost all day long. This can be useful for possible store collaborations or if there are problems in the faction or in the store that I can solve as soon as possible.
Roleplaying activities.
On SRP, I am mainly busy with roleplaying in various aspects. For example, I have always been busy with roleplaying in various sports teams. For example, I was in the volleyball, basketball, cheer, swim, and track team and always had a lot of fun with it. Recently, I also got the chance to adult roleplay, which gave me a different perspective on SRP as it is much more serious. This opened up other paths, such as FamilyRP, which has become a big passion of mine at the moment.
Shop activities.
Lastly I want to mention that I have always been busy helping stores in SRP. For example I was a manager at Hanakotoba for 1 year and now a manager at Yona Yona And Henki-Do where I have gained a lot of knowledge about the panel, how restocking works and the things that come with a store in relation to roleplay such as helping the people who work for the store or dealing with problems that form within the store.

Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?
The shop faction has always attracted me. From the beginning of my SRP journey, I have worked in different stores. I was given the opportunity to help run these stores, which I found both challenging and surprisingly fun. This is why I want to take the next step and pursue a career as a shop owner myself. As a shop owner, I would love to bring my own ideas into the world through the economy and items.
Shop owners play an important role in the economy since most of the money circulates through this sector, not just through items. Since becoming active again, I’ve had the chance to help run a shop, Hanakotoba, where I worked as a manager with great pleasure. After almost a year of managing the store, it unfortunately had to close, but my ambition remains. I view this as a new opportunity and an exciting adventure for my roleplaying experiences.
I thoroughly enjoyed managing the store, getting and selling new custom items, and building a store that became a talking point in the city. Additionally, I want to explore multiple sides of SRP. I have been part of several teams, including volleyball, basketball, swimming, and cheer, and even as an adult. Now I would also like to see the side of SRP where I run a store. This seems interesting to me for several reasons, but I think the biggest reason is to become the talk of the town. I understand the heavy responsibility of running a shop. I am fully aware that the role of a shopkeeper carries even more responsibilities, but with the knowledge and experience I’ve gained, I am confident I can manage it well.
What would make me a good shopkeeper?
Besides why I want to be a shopkeeper I think it is important to say what sets me apart from other people who apply for this role. First of all I want to say that I have a lot of experience with the faction I have of course already mentioned this above but the experience of managing different shops is something that sets me apart. I have the connections to provide regular new items in my shop and I know a shopkeepers who might want to work together. I also know the struggle that a beginning shopkeeper has with restock. For me this is not a problem because I have already saved the funds. This gives me a good start if I am accepted as a shopkeeper
SHOP DESCRIPTION
What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?
I want to make Tsukihana a shop that feels special and all about elegance. My goal is to create a place where players can enjoy a luxurious and stylish shopping experience while feeling welcome and relaxed. I want everything about the shop to feel elegant and beautiful.
The style of Tsukihana will be modern and cute but with a classy touch.
I’ve already prepared some custom items to include in the shop, and I also have fun ideas for events to make Tsukihana a unique and exciting place. I’ll share more about these events below.
#1 Generous discount day
This is how I plan to make the generous discount day. This day is all about elegance and royalty. Everyone who wears a crown will receive a 15% discount. We will let the people know through the advert, and there will be multiple signs in the store. We can also change this to a themed outfit.
#2 Elegant sentence
This event is all about asking for the items you want to order as elegantly as possible. If the cashier finds this elegant enough, you will receive a 10% discount on your entire order. This will be advertised in the store itself with various signs.
Employee events:
#3 Employee lunch
What is more elegant than an employee lunch or tea party? To bond with my employees, I am planning to have several lunches/tea parties. This can be done by asking colleagues from the shop faction if we can use their restaurant or even just have a nice picnic for my store employees among themselves.
#4 Employee of the month
This event ensures that there is a bit of competition within the team. The employee of the month can look for 2 free items from the shop, but how do you become employee of the month? You can become this by doing your best during a shift. How much effort does the cashier put into a customer, and how do they welcome a customer? These are all factors that help. At the end of the month, I will announce the employee of the month!
#5 Get creative
This is the last event and sounds like a crazy event, but I also want to give the employees a chance to bring their creativity to life. I want to do this with a Discord channel where the employees can submit an idea for an event. This could be an event for the store but also for the staff. Every now and then, I will look into this and choose an event.

How will you organize your stock?
To set up my storage, I will use several chests, these will be organized per item category. I will use several labels to indicate this clearly.
What will my shop look like?
We are now going to talk about the design of the shop. My idea of the store is an elegant store with the focus on cute. That's why I also want to make the interior elegant and cute. I will do this by giving it a pink chic vibe. The outside of the store will give a cute but also a cozy look that attracts people to go inside. The inside of the store must stand out, it must be cute but also elegant. I want to do this by giving it a chic, modern Japanese look. the cute factor is given by the color aspects that I want to give the store. Below I will give an example of the exterior but also of the interior
MANAGEMENT INFORMATION
How many employees do you plan to have?
In order to manage a shop properly, several employees are needed. I will list these roles below.
Shopkeeper: I will have this role once. As a shopkeeper, my job is to run the shop. For example, it is my responsibility to hire people to help manage the shop. It is also the shopkeeper's job to keep an eye on the stock, open the shop, and provide order and structure in the store.
Manager: 1x The manager is a trusted employee who knows how the store works and can take the initiative. The manager also needs to know how to open the store if I am unable to do so.
Cashiers: 12x A cashier must be able to welcome a customer, preferably as originally as possible. To become a cashier, one must complete the application and attend a personal interview. If successful, they will officially become a cashier. The cashiers will keep 30-45% of their earnings at the end of their shift. The amount they make depends on how the business is doing. At the end of their shift, they give the rest of the money to the manager or shopkeeper.
Security: 2x This role ensures safety within the store and ensures that our house rules are followed. Security personnel will mainly stand at the front of the shop or walk through the store. If there is a problem or undesirable behavior, the security staff will inform me and provide a report at the end of their shift. The security personnel receive a paycheck between 30,000 and 50,000 yen, depending on how much they did and how many issues they encountered.
How will you hire new employees?
For the hiring process, I have several steps that I will explain. To start, my store first needs attention. I will do this by means of an advert ICLY, which ensures that people can come to the store, and I can hand out booklets with the Discord link containing the application form. After this, I will choose the best candidates and conduct interviews in-game with them. If they are suitable, they will become trial employees. After attending three shifts, they will become employees and have a permanent position in my store.

How many items are you allowed to have in your restock?
You are allowed to have 80 items that fit your shop. These can be items that can be used for all shops, as well as exclusive customs that can be bought from players or your own customs.
What’s the minimum required amount of openings per month?
The minimum number of openings is 12. If you don't reach this, you may receive a strike. If you have a good reason, you can always make an inactivity log. If it is approved, you won't have to reach the quota of 12.
How many openings are you allowed to log per (OOC) day?
The maximum number of openings you can do per OOC day is two.
Can you edit your shop’s interior with edit mode?
You can change the interior of your shop. However, it is important that you do not change your shop theme, as this is the main theme of your shop.
How would you add new custom items to your restock list?
To add new customs to my store, I would have to follow this process. After acquiring a new custom, I would make a ticket in the town Discord. The ticket must state that I bought the custom from the person. It is important that the person who owns the custom indicates that they sold it to my store and specifies which custom item was sold. After this, my ticket will be reviewed and processed.
What’s the maximum allowed (in-game) price to obtain the ownership of a private custom item?
The maximum amount to spend on customs is 400,000 yen.
How many ownerships are you allowed to buy from one player?
You can buy up to four customs from a player. However, you may receive as many customs for free from players as you want.

How old is your character?
She is 32 years old.
What’s your character’s backstory and motivation to become a shop owner?
Miyuki Kuroda was born in Yokohama, where she lived until the age of five. During this time, she developed an unstoppable and extreme passion for accessories. Each day, she found herself taking her mother's accessories and clothing, dressing up to try to make herself feel pretty.
At the age of eight, she found herself taking a unique interest in fashion, her passion growing more and more as time passed. Ideas sparked in her head for new outfit combinations she could use. This is when she began asking her mother for more fashionable, well-fitted clothing. Each new piece of clothing or accessory she received made her more stylish.
Two years later, at the age of ten, she discovered a creative spark she had never had before, beginning a hopeful journey of creating her own accessories, each one receiving just as much love as the last. Eventually, she started selling them to earn a little extra yen, finding it to be successful. Each accessory was hand-crafted with love and pure passion, and it showed.
A long eight years passed, making her 18, and she still held an enduring love for fashion and accessories. At that point, she decided to apply for cosmetology, studying every chance she got and not missing a single opportunity. In her spare time, she still created accessories for herself, wearing them occasionally and even making her own clothing out of boredom, wanting to try something new. This continued for quite a while until she found herself focusing primarily on her cosmetology assignments, somewhat forgetting her love for making accessories while concentrating on passing the course.
After focusing on her studies for so long, she reached the age of 26 and finally passed her cosmetology course. Afterward, she swiftly made her way to work in a not-so-well-known accessories store, taking on the role of manager. Soon enough, two years later, she found herself longing for more and made a life-changing decision: to open her very own unique shop. She flew over to Karakura in hopes of establishing her business called Tsukihana, where cutesy accessories could be found on the shelves, including some of her own creations. Now, at the age of 30, Miyuki is ready to take her life and business to the next level, with her business perfectly poised to take off.
