My activity ranges from once a day to every other day, depending on things going on in real life. Regardless, I try to be on for school time and a bit after, totaling in maybe 5-6 hours (maybe not in the same sitting) per day.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Tutor. Guiding the children of the next generation, a tutor is there to help the students excel in their studies, homework, and if they are struggling with their grades. Tutors are there to help the students proceed in life, if a student is attempting to move further with their education. Tutors are also there for the teachers to help plan lessons and assist the students with study guides!
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
My experience in roleplaying ranges. I joined SRP back in 2021. I played for a bit, then came back in 2023, and I've been playing since with breaks in between! I've stayed in criminalrp for the most part of it, late of last year I wanted to expand my knowledge by trying in other factions. Due to oocly reasons, I wasn't able to, I find myself involving my character in scenario’s to where she interacts with different faction members. Attempting to learn more and more about said factions. Pushing myself to further my experiences has always been a passion of mine, whether it's lore, new characters, or making relations with different faction members.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
Being in gangrp or criminalrp is fun, but I want more experiences in SRP, not only for in character but out of character too! It opens friendships and different situations for my characters to be in. The school faction holds a big part over SRP, my found interest in being a part of said faction guided me to make an application! From there, i can branch out into different sections of SRP, I can learn more about SRP Lore, and enhance my knowledge in said things. Being stuck in the same scenarios is tiring. I would enjoy being a tutor in the faction for various reasons! From scenarios, to building my character's personality, it’s endless possibilities being in factions, and most importantly, fun!

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Upon being cursed at, Nicole wouldn't dare raise her voice, though she would keep a stern look on the student. Almost like how your mom would look at you when you’ve done something wrong, keeping her composure, and she would handle it with professionalism. Standing her ground and trying to make the student understand that the actions they are choosing will not get them anywhere in life, and they need to rethink their actions. She would try to de-escalate the situation and sit the student down, getting to the root of the problem. If actions continue and the student continues with their reckless actions, she would simple give them a slip for detention
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Nicole would attempt to step in between the students to break the fight up, projecting a stern, strong voice to break the tension. If the students manage to continue fighting she would call for assistance on her radio, while waiting for said assistance she would continue to try her best to break the situation up. When assistance comes, she would provide them with a short factual explanation of what happened and help escort the students to the nurse’s station if the students had gotten hurt.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Nicole would observe the situation, taking a moment to get enough information before stepping to the employee and making them understand that what they are doing isn't safe or appropriate for the workplace. If the employee continued, she would back awa,y still in range of the employee to make sure they aren't going anywhere, calling it in on the radio to alert a higher employee. While waiting, she would keep her eyes on the employee, then give a full rundown of the assistance she asked for. If given, she would write a full report on the employee and turn it in to her boss.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
While being in the break room she would be surprisingly goofy and warm to her co-workers. Walking in with her normal iced coffee and her books in the other hand she would carry self assured energy. She would sit at the closest seat near the window setting her radio on the desk turning it down a notch, digging in her back she would attempt to grade assignments, replying to messages, and even small talk with co-workers. Would be the type to ask if her co-worker has eaten and if not she would give half of her lunch without making a big deal out of it. Offering advice to a troubled co-worker or even helping with student lessons. Not only does she listen but responds with wise and helpful words, honest and thoughtful she is.

Turning to face the two students, she would give them the two guided notes and pencils if needed. “I'm going to go through a few lessons here that I've seen you two struggling with, and feel free to add onto this.” She then would begin flipping through her book, writing an equation on the board ‘Solve for x 32x−1=27x+23^{2x - 1} = 27^{x + 2}32x−1=27x+2’

Backstory
Nicole Fowler Hinata born in Aachen, Germany. Her mother, Hina, is of Korean heritage, and her father, Kamil, is that of German her childhood was a blend of two rich yet contrasting worlds. Yet along so her mother was no where to be seen it was just her and her father Kamil, when Nicole wasnt but fourteen years of age her life shifted dramatically. Her father took a teacher opportunity and together they moved to Yuga, in the providence of Daegu, South Korea. It wasn't easy on Nicole, being torn between two cultures, too korean for some and too foreign for others. She felt invisible often, despite of that she found comfort in Kalani. A close friend who refused to let her sink, she was fiery and determined. That grew on Nicole, though the ache of not being the same dragged her slightly behind Kalani. Many afternoons were spent in the office of a Tutor, seeking help with her life and studies as she struggled. He saw potential in Nicole, none that any teacher had ever seen even her father hadn't, that brought Nicole comfort in the dark of her heart. That was soon ripped away from her too as her father Kamil had gotten offered a place in the professor sector, Karakura high it was called, the school.
All the way in Japan a remote island away from any partnering towns, she no longer had Kalani, the tutor that taught her so much. She was back alone, or so she had believed. Soon into her eighteen years of life she had reunited with her mother Hina. She was also a professor within the school. Learning so much with her father and now mother back at her side she began to truly understand her studies better, though often she still found herself questioning where she wanted to be when she gotten older. Long nights and moments of reflection in the school library is what gave her an idea, not soon after she put work in to put it in motion. She worked quietly and quickly, surpassing her peers and working alongside teachers and her professors she soon could be able to look back and see how far she had came. She stood on that stage, her eyes shined as she held that degree in her hands, it felt like a new start. Though it was only the beginning, her life shifted into a downhill stance, finding herself in trouble time after time she couldn't find the motivation to click that application button on the school forums. Hina and Kamil had sat her down in their living room, proud but also disappointed, she worked so hard for that degree only for it to collect dust on the shelf. Nicole was at a stand still with life, she pulled her life together once again and went to the towns library. Refreshing her mind on the studies of education.
She now sat her desk, at the age of twenty-five the blue light from her laptop highlighting her best features, cracking her fingers she began looking up the application. Her mother’s and father’s words caring her fingers across that keyboard, if it wasn't for them she wouldn't be here. The tutor from her former school, her childhood friend Kalani it brightened her eyes. They had seen so much potential in Nicole and brought it in front of her to see for herself. The school her father and mother taught at, she vowed to make best of the time she has in their honor. She wanted to assist the students of Karakura in ways that she was formally assisted in. At the bottom of her application she wrote, ‘To some tutoring is helping students pass. But to me, it means being the person who sees them best, not as number in the system but as individuals capable of greatness. Karakura isn't just a school where students sit in classrooms; its a place of opportunity a place where lives can change, where potential becomes purpose.’ For Nicole tutoring isn't just a career, its a calling.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective):
Motivation for joining KHS? Where do I start? My motivation started when I was just a teenager. My past tutor gave me the chance to become great and showed me that my successes were meaningful and worth doing. I want to give the students that feeling I felt when I was their age, the feeling of being proud of yourself and being able to achieve something great. Not only, my mother and father both taught here, but I also want to show them something to be proud of. I don't want their hard work to go to shame, I want to earn the family honor. I want to be able to follow in the footsteps of my parents.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe I carry the drive, not for the paycheck but to make a difference. To inspire and guide students into becoming something great. I will dedicate myself to this job to make sure I make something great out of these students. I should be accepted for the plain reason that I have the passion and drive to go far, to push the students to their full potential, and make something great out of them.
