I am on every day, if not I will be sure to post something about my inactivity, mostly for 3+ hours, but I do have to afk sometimes as I have college duties.

I am applying for the school employee role Tutor.
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A tutor has a complex job, mainly like a private teacher. They are there to help the ones that struggle & fall behind. Each of them have different subject(s) that they specifically teach, some maths some english etc. Tutors undergo the same training that teachers do and they also play a caretaker role, as helping students find what they are weak at and maybe hidden disabilities. Tutors are very important in the school faction, without them some students may not ever be able to proceed to college, nor get a decent salary job. Tutors also can help out with classes.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I would say that I have decent knowledge about everything in role-play, I have been playing this server for over 2+ years and understand basically everything about it. As I mentioned, my record is clean so that shows a little evidence that I do not troll or mess around, as I tend to take role-play in matter, and respect others.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Addaline would immediately try to clam the student stating “Please stop, this is unnecessary behaviour, this is your first warning.” She’d look at the student with a sturn look and wait for a response, if the student is still being pathetic she would have a sturner voice saying “I am going to have to give you detention, as this is not permitted at school grounds, failure to show up will cause deeper consequences.” Then she’d turn away, and walk off. If this situation got to out of hand she would call any higher ups to come and help.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Addaline would first yell to any civilians watching “BACK UP!” then pushing through to get to the individuals, yelling “STOP, NOW!” if they were to carry on she would action to get in between them. Asking each for a confession, after this she would give them both a detention, but if they were to not stop at all she would call down any higher ups available to come and sort it out.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Addaline would walk over to the employee sturnly whispering “Stop this instant or I will call down the higher ups.” If they were to carry on and not listen to her, Addaline would use the intercom and ask for any higher ups available to attend where the employee is in the wrong, she’d hush away the surrounding students and help out with any higher ups with needed.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
I will provide a /me of my character in the break room. /me She’d walk over to the counter, filling up the kettle and placing it on the stove, then getting out four cups for each employee to enjoy, once having made this she’d give them to each of them sitting down on a nearby empty seat, beginning to go sround the room asking how each employees day was, once lesson time re-started she’d walk out the room closing the door gently behind her.

Addaline would hunch over in the seat, opening a plain notebook and beginning to write questions for the next lesson. Carefully she’d let out a loud sigh and stand up, looking around the room then raising a brow at the printer. As she walked over to the printer she’d stretch about before shoving the book vigorously into the printer, clicking the buttons on the side about 10 times, as the printer began to copy the books she’d tap her foot on the floor making a quick beat. Then taking the stack of books out, and placing them back on the desk, then sitting back down practising her fake smile for the next student to arrive.

Waved to the student walking in, getting out her notebook before saying in a jolly voice “Hey how can I help you today?” then waiting for a response, before responding “Yes okay! Which part of English would you like to work on?” She’d take out her english book beginning to write down the date and student name, before beginning the lesson.

Took out the library book she had borrowed, putting on her reading glasses on. She’d cross one leg over the other flipping to the page she was at before. She’d read for five minutes then watch as the student walked in flipping her book shut immediately, piercing a fake smile towards them “Hello how may I help you?” she’d say, then having a small frown “Sorry! I do not specialise in that subject!” watched the student walk out the room, immediately opening her book again.

Backstory
Addaline was born in England, Cheltenham. She grew up in a household of quite a big family as she lived with her grandparents, step-dad, dad and four siblings. She loved telling her parents what she had learnt at school and was quite an intelligent girl. When she turned 13, her and her step-dad and dad moved to Japan, Karakua this is where she attended the Karakua Highschool. While being there she was bullied for having braces and would come home crying each day because of it. So her fathers decided to homeschool her, she learnt alot and loved the company. Her father happened to work as a professor, so he taught her advanced things. When she turned 19 she joined the Karakua College and worked really hard there. She was certain she was going to be a doctor so took all the qualifications for it. Addaline decided to apply for a position at the EMS when she was 25, but sadly they did not accept her into the team. This left her out of words, though soon she sas re thinking. She tried many jobs but didnt get accepted, so deicided to look at working at a school, she looked through many positions but none suited her for her intell until she came across the Tutor, they were low on Tutors at the time so she decided to go in for a interview. A couple days after, she received a letter reading that she had been accepted. She has been working as one for over a month now, and is still hoping to go for more!
Motivation for Joining KHS:
I have always wanted to join the KHS faction, no matter what role. I’ve always had a thought of thought of becoming a Tutor but never done it, so I finally had the chance. Others may be there for the money but personally I am here to make new friends and help others, even if it is just the little things. My dream was always to have a position at KHS and I am willing to put in the effort to get that dream caught. I have always been motivated to join the KHS and I am always going to be motivated to do so. I love writing these applications and try to put my best effort into them. My motivation is that there may be better and more experienced applicants but without accepting some new ones, they could excell and try their hardest like im going to do!

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I think I should be accepted over the others as some may be better some may be great, but I will excell and try my absolute hardest, and I’m sorry if my hardest isnt good enough, but I will try to get better and better, improve my skills and hopefully do everything read in this application. I understand if I am not accepted and will not ask why, I will understand if this application is not up to standards. I should be accepted over the other applicants as they may put in 100% effort but I will put in 110% effort, I will add the cherry on top the finishing touch.
