Situation:

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?

Chae-yeong would at first try to resolve the situation at first glance by, she would approach the said student asking, What's the main issue for their behavioral outburst or on behalf of why they are saturating that behavior towards her. If she is unable to resolve the angered student by herself. She'll radio for another Faculty member for existence with the situation. Now if the situation was more tamed, instead she would offer the student to come down to the tutor room with her until they can calm down at first, she will offer the said student to see if they would want to speak to a counsellor with any personally problem that they could be experiencing inside of school or outside issues they could be facing, if they feel uncomfortable with that at the start, I'll insure them that they can feel completely comfortable with talking to me about anything that could be happening. Either if it's academically or emotionally. I want every student to feel like they can come to me with anything, and they don't have to feel afraid.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:

Chae-yeong wouldn't hesitate to immediately rush over the situation as fast and efficiently, before admittedly pulling them off one of each other, before prepositioning herself in between them before to separate the two students and to help calm down the situation but also to stop them both from doing any further actions that could either involving them getting themselves, even more hurt or injuring another student's or employee's , she'll then proceed to with both of the students to get down to exactly what happened and how it escalated to becoming a physical fight. I would proceed immediately to bring both of the injured (if any) student to the nurse’s office or try to get another employee to do so. Of course, the incident would be reported as soon as possible we have solved the situation.

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?
Chae-yeong would at first gather evidence of the incident to back up her claim, either if it was a video, audio recording or pictures taken by her or another employee then. She would then intervene with the situation, by correcting and advising that school employee to stop their actions there would be consequences with the actions they were affecting. Regardless of whether said employee saying they would stop or not, she would proceed to report them to his high-ups with the evidence that she has collected to back up her claims with the situation of ever happening in order for proper action to be taken.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?

Chae-yeong is a very friendly, outgoing girl. She would be kind and sweet to everyone she came across, she would also take her time out of her break to make sure the other fellow employees were or had something to eat or spending some alone time to finish up on paperwork or even be reading a book. She would mostly just keep to Herself or having small talk with other employees in order to still have a work friendship with each employee but also to avoid disturbing other employees in the break room.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

/me she'd slightly turn her head towards the student with a neutral but warm welcome expression, as she raised her left hand, waving to the student " Hello! What can I help you with?" She'd lowered her hand down, resting it back onto her lap.

/me she'd nod to the student once given the information she needed to help with the situation before offering them a warm yet wide smile. She'd then grab a pen from her pocket and start to note down all the information she was given. Once finished, she'd looked toward the student with that same smile on her face, telling them in a smoothing yet relaxing tone ''Alrightly, thank you! every much with this information it should be really useful with the situation"

/me: tapped, with her pen in hand, against the top of her hand as she kept her gaze locked on the pieces of assessment paper in front of her “Do you perhaps need help to understanding the full topic of the assessment?” She asked, resting the side of her hand on the lower half of the paper. Chae-yeong eyed the paper from top to bottom before lifting her gaze towards the student.

Backstory

Chae-yeong grew up in the less fortunate part of Melbourn, Australia. Specifically, the west coast Her parents definitely weren't the greatest to Herself and her two little sister Lee Seo-Yun and Lee San-min, Chae-yeong. Their Mother Min Ji-Soo was working as a Lawyer and due to her working in that faculty area it Required her constantly travelling to other sides of the continents, but her father on the other hand was a completely different story he was working for a non-family-friendly business, as for Chae-yeong and her two little sisters Lee Seo-Yun, Lee San-min were left with nothing else but their education to focus on. However, education wasn't funded well in their part of West coast Of Melbourne so forth. Chae-yeong took it upon herself to get small side jobs so she was able to afford her and her siblings education.to learn more, fully delving herself in her education, along with her sister's. They all saw learning as an escape from the constant cycle of family issues that kept occurring. Once Chae-yeong came the age of 7 her parents sent her off to Ecole Des Roches Private Boarding school in Frances from the ages of 7-12 in France but at first, she disagreed with the thought of leaving her sisters behind to defend for themselves, but they ended up Persuading her to take the offer.
As soon as she came back to Australia from France, she took it upon herself to apply for local good paying jobs around her area just to get them by soon she soon came upon an opportunity for freelance tutor/teacher for her local schools around her area, of course she took the offer, not only she was helping her sisters and other students at the school she was attending at the time but she also got to help out at local schools in their area. She wanted to make sure the three of them were knowledgeable on the basic things, of their own country, and of course more popular areas around the world. She found herself to be fascinated with different cultures, The most interesting, to her, being the Japanese/Korean culture caught her eye the most. Upon further research, she stumbled upon the small city of Karakura. For her first time taking a trip to Japan, this piqued her interest to the point where he thought it would be the perfect escape for her and her family a fresh start, away from their pasted,

Upon Chae-yeong arrival, at Karakura She was pressured by her parents into applying for multiple academies and colleges of any choice. Rather than her doing the most necessary research, she decided to apply for any and all that She could find out about from a few quick searches. Of course, She decided to enroll at Karakura College, and She temporary guardians gave her the freedom of picking her own major. She worked hard to achieve her goals towards a Masters, graduating with a degree in Psychology.
Luckily, during her time in Karakura Academie, she made sure to go out of her way for her and her sibling's way to make sure she wasn't to cause any trouble,or conflict, she made sure to be a good role models to her sister and her peers around her, she was a completely average student with average grades, performance and behavior. Surrounding himself with a completely new group of people was nerve wracking for her since she came off to people as the shy, not outgoing type, and she hoped to never act in a way that would regain the same reputation she held back at home in Australia. Chae-Yeong even took it on step further for her love of education and helping people to she ended up becoming a tutor once's she was finished with her education.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
My past experience and still out going experiences with helping my following peers getting to learn more from their classes on of my number one motivator for applying for this job. is that I personally hate to see other people, especially peers of mine, to see them struggling while knowing I'm able to do something to help them. Especially if someone was going through something that I once had to dealt with myself, by using education as get away from things that could be happening. I would definitely feel satisfied knowing, I was able to help the students of KHS in any way possible that i could help with. I want everyone to be able to work to their best abilities and to believe in themselves not matter want situation is thrown at them.

Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"):
Not officially In Melbourne, I was placed as a freelance teacher/tutor for my local school's district in area.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?
I believe that I’m a great fit for this job. I have enough patience, work ethic and confidence in order to do my tasks efficiently. With my vague experience in this field, I’m hoping to become a beneficial member on the faculty team. Alongside my kind and welcoming personality would make me a valuable addition to the faculty team.
