A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Mirco's expression softened a bit as he folded his hands together, talking in a more quiet and less joking tone than earlier.
The first thing I wouldn't do is call them out in front of everyone. I'd rather check in with them quietly and find out what exactly they're struggling with. Sometimes it isn't that they can't do something, it's the way it was explained the first time.
He tiled his head a bit like he was picturing the scenario in his head.
If it's a physical activity, I'd demonstrate it myself or break it down for them again, maybe even pair them up with someone to help them understand better. It's easier to learn with another person. A lot of students get embarrassed if they feel like they're the only one not getting it, so I think it's important to help without making them feel singled out.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:

First of all, I'd give them a chance to fix it before jumping straight to punishment. A few students think some teachers are too laid back to actually do anything about it.
He raised a brow and shifted forward slightly, snapping one finger before talking.
I'd start with a verbal warning, making clear I've noticed and want them to stop. If they won't, I would separate them from the classemates they're joking with.
Mirco's tone was still calm, yet there was something sharp about it. He straightened his back again to sit up straight.
I like having fun in class and don't mind jokes. But if they continue after that, then I'd move to consequences. Wether that's removing them from the activity for the day or giving them detention is up to the situation.

Class Idea 1: Dodgeball Elimination Tournament
He held up one finger on his left hand.
For idea number one, I'd divide the class into two teams and run a dodgeball tournament during the lesson. To keep everyone involved, students who are eliminated could return to the game if a teammate completes a small challenge, like catching a ball or scoring a hit. It also makes the lesson more exciting and competitive while still focusing on teamwork and communication.

Class idea 2: Relay Race Competition
Mirco lifted up a second finger on his left hand, making sure he was ready to go ahead and explain his second idea.
Number two would be a series of relay races using different tasks. I would split the class into multiple teams and have each do a different challenge such as dribbling a basketball, balancing an item while moving or doing a set of exercises before tagging the next teammate.
His expression brightened and he gestured loosely with one hand as he kept explaining.
It would make the lesson feel more creative than just a normal race, while still being simple enough for one teacher to manage.

Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are one of the most important parts of SRP because they create consistent roleplay for students, giving them a reason to attend school and classes, even allowing them to earn credits in classes to make things a bit more fun and interesting. Teachers are also one of the first adult characters that students interact with, meaning they kind of shape a new player's experience on the server. Furthermore, teachers create oppotunities for character development, friendships, confloct, meaninful school-related roleplay and so much more. They help keep the academic side of SRP active. Without teachers, a big part of what makes the school setting so engaging would be missing.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?:

What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?:
My motivation for becoming a teacher is mainly that I enjoy helping others and guiding them into roleplay. I have only been playing for a bit more than a year on SRP, but I helped a couple people start on this server and explained the basics of roleplay to them. The teacher role gives me a chance to consistently help others while still engaging in roleplay myself. I like roles where I get to have regular interaction and build a connection with a wide range of characters, which is also why I want to play a teacher who feels approachable and fun to be around.

The man would sit back in his chair, one ankle resting over the opposite knee. He tapped two fingers against his leg before answering. Mirco Elia Accetta. He would give a warm smile, quickly tucking at the tie he put on this morning. I was born and raised in Italy, though I also have German roots.
What is your character's age?:
Mirco exhaled shortly through his nose, kinda like a small laugh, glancing down for a moment as if he had to think about it despite clearly knowing the answer. He looked back up with a grin. I am 31. He motioned a playful stop-motion with his hands. I know, I know, I don't look like it. People say I still look quite young. The man chuckled, exhaling deeply after he was done talking and straightened his posture again.

Mirco is a 31 year old man with a tall, lean build. He has tan skin and blond hair, which was probably the most noticable thing when it comes to his appearence. Even more noticable than his green eyes. He talks with his hands a lot of times, making people notice he's Italian before he tells them. Mirco is an outgoing and playful person, he enjoys joking around and making people feel comfortable around him. Despite this, he knows how to be serious and is not afraid to step in when a situation is getting out of hand. He values respect, teamwork and confidence and strongly believes that students perform best when they feel supported. He wants to be more than just a teacher who supervises physical activity, he wants to create an environment where students can enjoy P.E., build confidence in themselves and learn the importance of teamwork. Mirco hopes to become the kind of teacher students remember for being someone they could trust, laugh with and turn to for support when they needed it.
