Describe your activity on the server:
I’ve been playing on SchoolRP for overall four years taking multiple breaks and repeatedly coming back to this server. Though, when I go on breaks, I have always made the appropriate inactivity logs where are required. Breaks have never been more than a month, except for when unforeseen issues occur that simply cannot be helped, for example, broken laptop.
My over-all activity on the server itself is rather solid, in my opinion. I’m forced to remain an active figure on the server, and consistent in activity due to leading factor of DelinquentRP at the minute. This already takes up quite a lot of my time, and my focus; though, of course, I’m willing to MAKE time for the EMS faction. As well as that, I plan to join the HS Swim-Team which will only increase the activity as time goes on. I’m only for about 5 to 7 hours a day. This is due to a combination of DelinquentRP, School-Time, and generally roleplay. So, I have a good portion of my day i can dedicate to this faction. If I had to put my activity on rating scale, it’d be sat at 7/10 - the remaining 3 isn’t there due to an upcoming OOC committment which is College, starting in September.

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Like many, my experience began several years ago, it was driven from watching multiple roleplay youtubers over my childhood, Aphmau, Ryguyrocky, etc. It was mere fun, entertainment, but became a lot more when I discovered this server. I wasn’t the most well-received nor the best writer around. As time went on, around a year later, I happened to accidentally get involved in one of Rakkiyatsu’s fights during school, and it practically catapulted me into DelinquentRP. I’d tried regular CrimeRP, but It just wasn’t for me. After this, I ended up joining Second Generation Rakkiyatsu, and that's when I began to take Roleplay more solemnly. I’ve mostly spent my time on this server indulging myself in DeliqnuentRP, it seemed to me as the best fit for a Japanese Based server, after all, Bosozoku’s are the main types of Street Gangs realistically. I most recently, a couple months ago, got involved with YakuzaRP, and it was like a whole new chapter for me, I finally took my time to learn a bit more about it, and the terms that followed. It pushed me to put a bit more effort into what I do, and thus leading me to where I am now, leading my own DelinquentRP Bosozoku, based on IRL/Realism and accurately fact checked. This isn’t merely to gloat, but it’s how I’ve grown and improved over time in this server.
What is your motivation for applying?
My motivation lies with the fact that I have a lot of time on my hands in-between my various roleplay styles, and it leaves me, literally, bored. I sit here, and want to roleplay, but lack the motivation – EMS is MY motivation right now, and it will continue to be when I’m hopefully accepted – I’ve always wanted to get more involved with the factions of this server, Caretaker was a part of that, but I was going through a critical point of my life and activity was NOT there. I just didn’t have it in me to roleplay, at all. Thankfully, I’ve gotten past that difficult stage in my life, and am back to roleplaying, I just hope EMS can be a part of that. It’s simple, but that is my motivation.

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
(This is to gauge at your current understanding of the faction prior to acceptance)
Doctor; simply put, what IS a Doctor? Well, there are a lot of types of Doctors. Some work in local health care centres, some in hospitals and some in other areas such as the armed forces. Some Doctors perform difficult procedures like surgery, whilst others treat with medicines or carry out tests and do research.
Pyschiatrist; again, simply put, what is a Pyschiatrist? At the heart of Pyschiatry is the primary role of diagnosing and treating mental illness and disorders. They often use a variety of tools from a wide selection, including detailed interviews, pyschological tests, and brain imaging techniques to understand their patients’ mental health needs.
Paramedic; again, simply put, what is a Paramedic? They are medical professionals who actively provide emergency care to patients and are often the first responders to medical emergencies, delivering lifesaving first aid at the scene. They are essentially highly trained professionals who asses a patient’s condition and provide treatment in a variety of settings, including homes, the emergency department, and pre-hospital environments. By obligation, this almost includes swift transportation from the scene to the nearest Hospital.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, absolutely. This is, again, a major factor of being in a faction. Upholding the obligation to BE PRESENT. If you are online, you should actively try your hardest to attend. Otherwise, in my eyes, you're letting the effort you put into getting in the faction go to waste, not to mention wasting the time of those providing training.

Character’s Full Name:
The individual was sat on the singular chair, leaning on the armrest with the form as a pen constantly clicked within his two fingers. The sound of the components thudding within his thumb echoed incessantly in the Hospital lobby. And then, the man began to jot down in seemingly decent cursive, more a show of his messy handwriting that technique. It read:

Character’s Gender and Pronouns:
The question, simple enough, though it took the man a few long-lasting seconds to actively write anything down on the paper. Not because of hesitation, or a lack of awareness, just, zoning out. Thought’s tossing and turning in his head. From an unkempt, temperamental delinquent, to now the elder man he’s become, it was an eventful youth he lived – sometimes, he wishes he could go back; but he can't.

Character’s Age (if accepted):
Yet again, the question that plastered the form forced him into reminiscence. A whirlpool of memories etched into him like a reminder that although he escaped that life, a retired delinquent, he’d never break free from the times he perceived as fun, mere entertainment. An excuse to do whatever he wanted and never have to bear the repercussions; he was so foolish yet driven by the rebellious phase of youth. Though he couldn’t sit here for hours on end, thinking back on all the things he’d done. No, he had to move on:

Hayabusa’s teeth grit, the idea of how he’d never managed to actively finish college quite literally reeked in him. That alone was a consequence to his actions – forced, kicked out of college as if nothing more than a sewer-rat. The college wanted the future; not some demise waiting to happen. Either way, where did that leave him? Right here:

Unlike the questions before, this one didn’t reprise him of forgotten memories, as vivid as they already were; no, this one burned. Like, he knew the answer but could only jot down half of it. As if confined with no way back, shackled down, restrained from crossing back over that bridge which he’s floated between so many times. Yet, he knew he had to write something, so why not it be the truth.

Upon reading, he very almost shed a tear, metaphorically; a break down wasn’t in the cards for him – there was a woman – but that felt like a lifetime ago. It was. What he wrote was nowhere near the truth, but it wasn’t something he felt the need to dig back into – some wounds were better left unattended to.

The man wasn’t ever spiritually in touch with his religious side, though by his father; he was bound to it. The question was simple enough, without little hesitation:

The retired Delinquent didn’t think much as he scanned over these last few minor questions of the sections – they didn’t much leave a mess in his head, except for the one beneath, but, he’d get to that one soon enough, or... Will he? Either way, he continued to write in the required subjects.

Hayabusa’s gaze, lazy and sluggish, scanned over the question. What could the man put? That he was so keen to a sub-culture driven on rebellion that he inevitably damned himself and his surrounding family? Those which remained standing at least. Even his father wouldn’t look at him anymore. There was nothing left to say – he was starting anew, and that would be acknowledged, he makes sure of it. And so, he left the question blank; taking advantage of the leniency on the question’s necessity.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
It seems these last questions didn’t so much boil his blood. Simply put, the prior ones brought back memories he’d fought his hardest bury, deep beneath his stubborn mind. It was nothing but a lifetime dragging him down, he knew that.
‘General Surgery. Though, I studied a lot more on Forensic Pathology during my time at college.’
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Hayabusa knew his way around basic medical procedures; the gauze, the application of a torniquet to an in-need patient. And when needed, surgery. But it mostly came to experience; a past so violent he had to learn most on the spot, without assistance – though, a large sum of the technique he learned was supplied through his few years or so at College – Luckily, he didn’t much have to fib, making it a small white lie.
‘Yes. Mostly due to college. But I’ve helped a friend before who was somewhat attacked. I helped the man until Paramedics arrived at the scene. It was life-changing, and what me know this was my life goal.’

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Ryuji Hayabusa were rather tall, boasting the height of 6’4. The man had physically been through the wretched parts of Karakura and that, despite his lack of admittance, was present on his features. The man’s facial features were often lined with stubborn grumpiness, like he could flip out at any moment. Not so much these days, but his youth? He was considered a temperamental stick of dynamite, ready to implode at any moment. His once long dark brown hair, now buzzed, it could only add to the look as beneath his clothes, almost like it was tattooed onto him, were a nasty scar piled onto another, like he’d been stabbed twice in the same place; the liver. That’s because he was, and he was lucky he even survived. To him, it was the dawn of realisation. His unique youth is what makes him different. He wasn’t a ball of energy excited to go work. No, he was a gloomy, stubborn young man who simply wanted to get the day over with. Many may perceive him however they want, but they’d certainly take note of his appearance, it may not seem so approachable, but he’ll do the job and, nonetheless.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Hayabusa acted as stated prior. The man will come to work, he’ll speak to whom he must, but when it comes to outside those walls? He’s secretive. The man has a past h quite literally wants to forget, and act like it never existed. He was shaped by his wrong doings. His youth was no longer there, and in its stead, just the shattered pieces remained. His colleagues would now doubt feel the gloomy presence and tension he holds, but he wouldn’t put it against them. Work is still work, and he needs to make a living to survive.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Some may say Hayabusa is ignorant in the workplace, but that was no doubt due to the lack of years he’s had with others. Once a man surrounded by delinquency and fellow troublemakers, were now alone; a crumbled cookie trying to get on. The man can work with others, sure, but does he want too? Assumingly, no.
