You want to start a school field trip, what would you do? I would firstly plan out the trip and ask some of my fellow co-workers to help supervise my students. I'd then fill out the field trip application and send it to the Principal a fortnight before the date of the trip.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class:
1. Do not eat or drink during class.
2. No vulgar language.
3. Raise your hand when you want to ask a question, or when replying to a question asked.
4. Do not speak unless given permission to.

6. Stay seated unless told otherwise.
7. The use of phones during class is forbidden.
Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise): I have roleplayed as a teacher on another server, therefor having experience. I have also roleplayed as a student so I have observed how a teacher should act and such.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that? I would change the way classes are handled because every time I attend a class, there are a handful of students disobeying the teacher and moving around the classroom whenever they feel like it. There are also a handful of students eating during class and going on their phones, but the teachers don't do anything about it.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers play vital roles in the lives of the students in their classrooms. Teachers are best known for the role of educating the students that are placed in their care. Beyond that, teachers serve many other roles in the classroom. Teachers set the tone of their classrooms, build a warm environment, mentor and nurture students, become role models, and listen and look for signs of trouble.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: Teachers are important to a SchoolRP server because without the teachers, it wouldn't exactly be a school roleplay server, right? A school can't be a school without teachers teaching the students lessons.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Trainee
This is the newest you can get, you will only be placed on this rank for around a few days. You do not have permission to start up new classes and you aren't assigned to work for any specific Teacher, you must come into lessons and sit down (make sure to ask them first) and start to learn from them, and how a lesson works. You can also take this time to impress the SLT members by reporting if they are doing anything wrong from the CoC
Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT)
Congratulations, you have been promoted to the NQT. You are now a more advanced teacher and you have the correct qualifications to start a lesson, but before starting a lesson you must still check with your HD and in the roleplay documents check for what you must be teaching. If there are no lesson plans yet, tell the teachers. You do not have to follow the lesson plans by the book, but you must cover some of the key parts mentioned in there. As an NQT you should still be guided by higher peers, and you are allowed to make errors. You are not allowed to take Trainees in to watch you
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skill (QTLS)
You are finally in the norm for teachers, you now have permission to start a class whenever you want (inside school) but discuss and organize when it will be with other teachers. You should not make as many errors or mistakes now. You are allowed to let Trainees in to watch your classes, but you do not have the skills to trainee them yet.
Head of department (HD)
It is unlikely you will ever reach this stage if there is already a HD of that department in place, however, they can offer you to be Co-HD. But if you have became a HD, lucky you. You must plan what lessons will be taught amongst your department, including lesson plans.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The lesson planning system that the school works on is called for a must have/should have/could have system.
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us everything you know about the character you will be playing in a few paragraphs. How does he look like? What makes him unique and different? What is his outlook on Students? What about the other teachers? What is his personality like? What is his plan for the future?
Leon Mercier is a male standing at 5'11, and weighs around 140lbs. He has an average build, but leaning more toward the muscular side. He has blonde hair, gray eyes, and his skin is a warm beige colour. He has a deep, clear, masculine voice accompanied by a strong French accent.
Leon treats his students equally, with full respect. He does not tolerate any sort of bullying in his class as he was bullied as a child and knows how it feels.
Leon is usually very friendly with anyone and does not discriminate. He loves getting to know people and where they're originally from as he finds it very fascinating.
Leon is usually seen in a great mood, and always smiling and being positive about things. He does try to refrain from shouting at his students, but if it leads to that, he will.
In the future, he wishes to be married and have children and become very successful at his job.
SCENARIOS
You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: Firstly warn them, but if they continue doing so he'd give them a detention and then report them to the principal.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do? He'd raise his voice at his students but if they still continue to not listen to him, he'd give them detention. If they still continue to ignore his lesson, he'd call in the principal in to deal with them.
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act? He acts very friendly and cracks in a joke or two from time to time. He also tries fit in some work for him to do, or read a book.

BACKSTORY
Leon Mercier was born in Nice, France. He grew up as an only child with a Mother and a Father. He had always wished for a younger sibling, but his parents just didn't have the money or the space for another child. He was enrolled in school at the age of 3, and he always learned at a quicker pace than the kids at school. As he grew older, he developed vision problems so he had to begin wearing glasses. The kids at school began bullying him for that, calling him names like 'nerd' and 'specky four eyes'. This then resulted in him moving to a different part of France; Rennes. He was enrolled in a small school with only around 800 students. He was always a very happy and positive individual, which some of his classmates made fun of, saying that he was always on drugs- which he wasn't. He began working many jobs at once, while still a highschool student, to help with his parents' financial struggles. One day, his parents won the lotto and received 1,250,000 euros which they were all over-joyous about. He was then moved to a school for the gifted for his excellence in mathematics.
Fast-forward to his years high school years; he graduated as a valedictorian for the class of 2011 and won many math competitions in Europe. After graduation, he received an e-mail from the University of Tokyo asking if he would be interested to study there- he gladly took that opportunity and moved to Tokyo a few weeks afterwards. He struggled learning Japanese, but as the years went by he caught onto it.
At 20, he began teaching at primary schools in Japan for a few months at each one, just to get some work experience. At the age of 21, he graduated the University of Tokyo with a Bachelor's degree in At 22, he became a full-time teacher at a high-school in Japan and later resigned at the age of 23.
