Urgent, please help w/Allowance problem

Ever since the Server restart or whatever, my allowance is gone. I'm getting more broke by the second, because they also changed the peach/marshmallow treats. Please add back allowance so we won't starve.

Im guessing because the peach and marshmallow treats now is one bite and gone and its costing people a lot of money so they dont die by starving? So they are saying bring the old ones back that give you 4 hunger bars instead of one
