What is your motivation for applying:
I have different reasons for why I want to become part of the force. To begin with, I want to be capable of helping the citizens of Karakura and ensure their safety. I believe that by starting off as a Cadet it would motivate me more to be online more than before and provide stability to the city of Karakura. And another motivation is I feel that becoming part of the KPD force would allow me to stop the GangRPers as they are a dangerous group of criminals to the city of Karakura, so by joining the KPD it'll give me the privilege to stop them and to keep Karakura peaceful and a safe place to live in. So I want to help these people more often and grant them a more enjoyable yet fun experience while they're playing on SchoolRP.

What are the Police ranks?:
Normal Division (lowest to highest):
-Police Cadet-
Is the default rank upon joining the KPD. A Cadet's job is to spend most of the time doing front-desk work, they also have to go through training and must take the Cadet test before being deployed as a Patrol Officer.
-Patrol Officer-
After successfully taking the Cadet test and being promoted, a Patrol Officer's job is to take Cadets out for patrols, and they are authorized to leave the front desk and patrol the city alone and conduct arrests.
-Corporal-
After being promoted from Patrol Officer, the Corporal supervises the performance of police personnel under his/her command as assigned by the Sergeant. They are like the Patrol Officers except that the Corporals are more experienced.
-Sergeant-
Police Sergeants present the first line of supervisors in the police force. They perform all the duties of a police officer as well as supervise, coordinate, and guide police officers and other department employees in their daily activities.
-Lieutenant-
Is now deemed to be a higher-up. Can have access to a Glock and Police cruiser.
-Head Lieutenant-
Is responsible to look over the Officers under them. This rank can be achieved by being extremely trusted and through great dedication and hard work.
-Captain-
The police captain is responsible for such activities as Inspecting and overseeing the functions of the Patrol Officers or Investigators.
-Commissioner-
The Police Commissioner is a senior rank in many police forces. Leads and gives orders to the whole police force.

-Detective Constable-
The Detective Constable is responsible of, directing and participating in criminal investigations. Assessing a range of information and data, to come to precise choices. Developing strategies for managing investigations.
-Detective Sergeant-
A police officer who investigates crime and who ranks above a detective constable but below a detective-chief inspector. Is responsible for Assisting in departmental training activities. Performs investigations on most major incidents, crimes, and accidents, and oversees the investigation done by others in the department.
-Detective-Chief Inspector-
Chief Inspectors manage large teams of inspectors, sergeants, constables and police staff. They may be the most senior operational response officer or manage assigned specialist policing functions such as investigations.
-Detective Superintendent-
The highest role in the detective division. A Detective Superintendent is responsible for the coordination and management of serious crime investigations and the protection of vulnerable people.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?:
I know that you'll start off as a Cadet and that a Cadet must remain at the front desk all the time, Cadets also must take the Cadet test to get promoted to a Patrol Officer. Upon being promoted to a Patrol Officer, they are authorized to go outside and patrol the city, and a Patrol officer can take the Cadets out to train them. After working hard and showing good dedication you can get promoted to a Corporal. Corporals are the officers that can train the cadets and also do everything a patrol officer can do. A Sergeant is in charge of watching the Corporals when training, and they report everything to the Higher-ups. The Lieutenant can obtain a Glock and can do everything that the lower-ranks can't do. The Captain is in charge of everything below their role. The Commissioner leads, handles, gives orders, and controls everything on the force. The Karakura police are to patrol the city every day and every night to make sure no one is breaking the rules, you can issue citations, arrest, put people on protective custody, take reports, and bail people.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?:
Police are extremely crucial in ShoolRP the main reason for that is because people love to GangRP. And it's a pretty a common thing in SchoolRP so I'm pretty sure that without the Police 90% of the people would be killed. And it's not only GangRP they should worry about, but various crimes can also occur such as assaulting people or mugging them and possibly shop burglary. So The Police are extremely important to SchoolRP because they enforce order and they are the peacemakers of the city of Karakura, If there were no Police Officers the entire city would be in a dangerous state. A Police Officer's job is to Protect and Serve the citizens of Karakura and to try their best to minimize or stop any criminal activities that are occurring in SchoolRP, so I believe that the KPD are the main structure of maintaining peace in SchoolRP.

Yes, I totally understand and I respect that, however, I'll do my best to avoid being demoted.

Again, I'm fully aware of that, and I will do my best to attend each and every training if possible.

It can be stressful to me, however, I agree that I wouldn't take IC situations to OOC as that is against the rules.

Kagami Constantine would be a 20 year old male with dark brown hair, with an average body build, he'd stand at the height of 6'3 and he'd weigh at 157 pounds. Kagami is the quiet type, he doesn't like to talk too much unless spoke to, he is also a deciplined man and a man of hard work and didcation, since his late father was a Police Officer.
What he's like on and off the job?:
On the job he will only be focused only on his job, he's very dedicated, serious, and formal since you can't let your guard down at a job like this. He would be at full service and would give aid to any civilian if requested, he'd do anything to contribute for the police force. Off the job, He will be like any normal person, the friendly, supportive, and talkative one, he would hang out with his friends and try to enjoy life while it lasts. However, if he's off-duty and spots a criminal activity he wouldn't hesitate to take action.
Outlook on his co-workers? Plans for the future?:
Kagami would be quite respectful and polite to his Co-workers, he'd try to have good relations with everyone at the job and make his life as a police officer as enjoyable as possible, and he'd never think about disrespecting them whatsoever. His future plans are to get married and have kids and become the best father and retire from his long served job peacefully.
BACKSTORY:
Kagami was born in the United States of America in San Francisco to be exact, he's father was American and his mother was Japanese which gave him the Japanese name Kagami by his mother. Kagami's father was a Police officer and his mother on the other hand worked as a nurse, But upon moving to Karakura they were relieved from their duty. Ever since Kagami was young he always wanted to follow his father's footsteps and to become a police officer like his father. But his parents didn't want that to happen since being a police officer is a dangerous job which may take your life, but Kagami didn't mind he said, "as long as I can protect the helpless then I don't mind taking 10 shots for them", Kagami's parents were shocked so they decided to support Kagami on his dreams. So at the age of 5 Kagami and his parents decided to move to Karakura Japan to settle for a peaceful life, his father worked as a blacksmith and his mother worked at a drug store. Unfortunately at the age of 10 due to unknown reasons, Kagami had to witness the murder of his parents. 4 years passed and Kagami felt alone without his parents by his side, to him his parents were his guideline in life. But then 'Task' one of the founding fathers of The Constantine Family decided to adopt and take care of Kagami. Task loved Kagami as a son and Kagami Loved him for taking such good care of him which reminded Kagami of his late father. At the age of 16, Kagami entered Karakura High school in order to chase his dream of being a police officer like his deceased father, Kagami loved the concept of helping the helpless, thus, he'd do anything in his power to protect the helpless and defenseless people.
