Make it to where vehicles aren't able to be "avoidrped" with. As of current, if you are in a combat scenario and a vehicle pulls around (as this can happen), then someone just gets in a car, what are you to do about this? There have been multiple scenarios where I've seen people being chased, and someone drives around the corner with a vehicle. Then they are unable to be caught in any way, this makes it more boring for the player, however also just a challenge of who can afford a vehicle, and who can't. I'm aware some vehicles can be bought in-game, however, they are very expensive for the common player, as some may not be able to get over 100,000 yen, or perhaps less. Yes, you may say that is their problem, but it's just a factor of it being unfair for the player. Vehicles are simply just a nuisance to most players. Maybe add a cooldown after a combat scenario so that you are allowed to enter a vehicle? I'm unsure of what could truly fix this, but this is just a suggestion.
I mean, this is also a possibility, similarly, how officers can tase through windows, why can't players stab people or swing at people while they are idle? I know people who have been told off for this in the past, and it practically makes the player invincible, causing avoidrp.
How will this benefit the server and community?:
Giving a chance for players to do something in any case, whether it be Crime Roleplay or Police Roleplay, without vehicle interference, removing "AvoidRP"
