why should the economy engine have the highest top speed with boost compared to the actual racer ones

check again, the economy engine is proposed to be renamed

Rename the Engine to be called: Bolt-ons & Retune
Stats Changes:

- Fuel Usage: -10.0%​

- Acceleration (Friction): +10.0% ​

- Top Speed: +10.0%​

- Turning Speed: +10.0%​

- Accelerator Chances: 5.0%​

- Accelerator Boost: +50.0%​

the reason i made it like that is because its the slowest engine without accelerator (and even with it, still slower than the current accelerator speed boost), but its an engine with the highest accelerator boost top speed but with it being super rare chance
