Vending Machines

Does anyone know how to actually but items from the vending machines because whenever i try and click the signs or anything else on the vending machine nothing actually happens, i withdraw money and try and still nothing happens

Its a glitch of the robbery purge. It happened the same with shops. Its getting sorted out.
