What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: it's what we use for keeping track of what we are teaching students, and what kind of homework we give them so they know what to do at the exams. and what kind of classes we host that's questions they get to the exam.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: You need to ask the principal for permission.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
1. No use of phones
2. No eating or drinking in the classroom.
3. No talking or leaving the class unless you are permitted to do so.

Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I've been Roleplaying for about 5 years on pc, not on School RP but on a game called Gmod. and one day I found School RP and I joined and I thought hey this is fun I played for some days and then I got hooked, after that I left for some time and then I joined back and started Roleplaying again. and it has been great so far.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
- HD: Head of Department: They can host every class. and they are also in charge of making a meeting every month.
- QTLS: Qualified Teacher Of Learning Skills: allowed to host classes without HD
- NQT: Newly Qualified Teacher: A New Teacher that needs an HD to host classes.

((Icly)) The Teachers job is to prepare students for there future and their exams, the teachers also need to get the students ready for college.
((OOCly)) The Salary of the teachers in Japan is ¥250000.
Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general: Teachers are supposed to help the students get ready for the exam so they can go to college and get a future, They need to be good role models for the Students and needs to be trustworthy.
a teacher keeps there head cold and doesn't freak out if they don't know what an answer is to a students question. teachers also need to prepare their lessons before it begins and they need to stay on the school grounds until school is over.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: if there weren't any teachers you wouldn't get into college, and if there aren't any teachers that means it wouldn't really get a good RP Experience of School since the server is about school, and without teachers that means its just gangsters vs police and innocent kids in the middle nowhere to go = a bad experience.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: They use Mosco

What makes him unique and different? Takeshi is really friendly and good at breaking up fights and getting people into strong relationships/friendships, plus he always keeps his head cold when he does a task that you need full concentration for.
What is his outlook on Students? A Really Happy guy that would be a fantastic role model, He'd Be helping students with problems and known as the "Good Teach"
What about the other teachers? Also, a Really Happy guy living the dream life, and when he'd walk past other teachers he'd always say "Hey sir/miss have a good day".
What is his personality like? Nice person and really kind-hearted, He would also be trustworthy so when students come with problems he would do the best to help him/her

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I Would Kick them out of the class or Yell "I will give you all questions after this so if you don't listen you will get Detention" or who don't listen gets Detention.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: He Sits down looking excited about the next class that he is gonna host and he'd be looking really happy with a big smile on his lips.

Backstory
Born in 1989 to a single mother unemployed in Denmark in the city called Copenhagen. dropped out of school in 8-Grade to learn more about the world but came back in since the principal wasn't happy about his decision. since he got reports from The Local Authority about him dropping out early, then he came back and stayed there for a year and a half and then he finished/graduated 9-grade at the age 16 years old in 2004, after that he went to SU and stayed there for 4 years when he finished at the age of 20 in 2008. then he was a teacher at the school called Bagsværd School and stayed there for about 6 Years. then he moved to Japan at the age of 26 in 2014, he got a little apartment east from Tokyo and then studied Japanese for 4 years and he could speak Japanese fluid in 2018 at the age of 30. and after some time went by he moved out of his small apartment and got a nice house in the city Karakura, He used a whole year of getting to know people around the city and would be seen as a great and sweet guy, but he'd start missing his teaching job and how he was having fun teaching kids and making them learn new things, he also started to miss the looks on there faces when he showed them something amazing or beautiful about art. so he decided in 2019 that he would apply for getting a teaching job at the age of 31 in 2019. on his 31 Birthday, he got a letter from his old school saying that they miss him and that gave him more courage to take the job as being a teacher at the Karakura highschool.
