What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
My experience with roleplay has always felt endless, no matter what. I’ve always been drawn to storytelling settings, even as a child. I grew up watching minecraft roleplayers such as Aphmau, Sam Gladiator, Little Lizard and Tiny Turtle , and of course Lady Mania which inspired me to create stories of my own. I would spend hours in a single-player Minecraft world by myself, using armor stands with zombie heads on them to act out different characters and scenarios. Drama got intense with those armour stands but the loneliness led me to google… which only led me to school roleplay.

As for SRP, I have been playing since late 2019 to early 2020. Although I did take a small break at one point, my time on SRP has still been very extensive. Specially with my time on the government faction being incredibly enjoyable. Over the years, I have met many different people, created a variety of characters, and explored many different styles of roleplay. The categories of roleplay I often take part in are very broad, but there are definitely a few favorites that stand out to me the most.

Slice of life :
When I say slice of life I mean just going about daily tasks and roleplaying them out. this just brings me so much joy to do. Activities that I often do when I roleplay like this would be doing Hoshimotos skin care and stretches or going to the hospital for his Physical therapy. Or for Misaki doing her makeup and baking food for her friends, Duri it could be his twenty-seven step skincare routine and him scrolling through the web for more information about cows. Theodore it could be him stealing food from his various owners. Lastly for my examples Gizma for his Owner which he works for as there service animal and detailing how he helps him throughout attacks.

Romance-RP :
This is one I don't particularly take place in often but it still stands as my favorite. it could also be me just being in love with cute shoujo romance animes and the cheesy romance I indulge in but with Romance RP you can open your zone much more. This opening can include Deeper bonds with your character even if it is a toxic relationship that you decide to do. Another opening can be how you can detail your messages with one each other and show off your dedication on how in love your character really is with one and another.

Detail-RP :
The reason this is one of my top three is definitely how much depth it can bring to my roleplay through detailing my messages. It makes scenes feel much more realistic and immersive. I can describe emotions, actions, and surroundings in a much more engaging way that can bring everything to life instead of a simple action (nothing wrong with them!). I enjoy putting extra thought into the smaller details because it makes the roleplay much more interesting and meaningful overall while keeping it immersive. Another reason I like detail RP is that it challenges me creatively. It tests my vocabulary, helps me think of new ways to describe things, and encourages me to improve my spelling and writing skills. I like to push myself to find better words or more unique descriptions. It makes me feel like I am constantly improving every time I type.

I am applying for Psychiatrist

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
(This is to gauge at your current understanding of the faction prior to acceptance)
Director :
The director of the hospital would be responsible for making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. They oversee the hospital as a whole, including staff. They can also look over Finance, policies and patient care standards. A director is going to be focused on the most important decisions that improve the hospital and ensure patient safety. They won't interact with Patients as often as other workers but they still hold a massive role

Clinical lead :
A clinical lead is going to be in charge of overseeing a specific department or area within the hospital. They can help guide staff while ensuring patients receive proper care. They will also make sure that their team is following procedures correctly. A clinical lead often balances both leadership duties and hands on medical work, this means they may still work closely with patients while also engaging actively with patients while also helping manage the hospital.

Paramedic :
Paramedics are charged with handling emergency situations and giving prompt treatment to patients before the latter reach the hospital. It means that they do not necessarily work in hospitals but rather on call and in ambulances, accidents sites, or public spaces where there may be people in need of urgent attention. These professionals undergo specialized training in dealing with grave conditions such as injuries, accidents, respiratory, and cardiac issues. Paramedics should always keep an open mind since their services may be needed suddenly via the radio call. Therefore, these professionals should always react promptly and remain calm.

Doctor :
The role of a doctor revolves around diagnosing illnesses, treating injuries, and making efforts to improve the physical well-being of a patient. They make observations, prescribe medication, and provide treatment based on the patient’s condition. A doctor in Karakura can work in many different divisions within the hospital, such as surgery, applying casts to injured citizens, or providing general medications and care.

The services doctors provide lead many patients to seek their assistance for various medical purposes. It is essential for a doctor to remain calm in high-pressure situations, particularly during emergencies. Collaboration and coordination with other personnel, such as nurses and paramedics, are also very important. Doctors are a major staple of both the hospital and the community, as they play a huge role in improving the health and well-being of patients.
Three medications a doctor can prescribe at the counter is Oseltamivir, a antiviral.
Cetirizine is antihistamine.
Januvia is for diabetics.

Psychiatrist :
A psychiatrist is a medical expert that deals with mental well being and emotional issues. Psychiatrists treat people that might be dealing with such conditions as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic shock, stress, psychosis, or other problems. These specialists take some time communicating with their clients and trying to learn about their feelings and emotional state.

A psychiatrist's duty is diagnosing psychological problems, conducting therapy, and prescribing medicines, if necessary. They work with their patients for quite a while helping them deal with their emotions and making their condition better. If it comes to the work in the hospital, psychiatrists will also help patients suffering after a trauma, severe illness, or psychological breakdown. The role of a psychiatrist is rather crucial since it helps patients understand themselves better and become mentally healthier.
Three medications they can sell is Aripiprazole An atypical antipsychotic medication.
Fluphenazine a antipsychotic medication that helps treat schizophrenia
Cymbalta is an antidepressant along with nerve pain medication

Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?

Character Backstory (Optional):

"Ill never let this happen again"

April 22, 1990 brought Xué Zhao into the world, deep in China's Jiangnan area. Without a father around, it fell to Huī Zhao his mother who was only 23 years old. she was alone to raise him. She poured love into every choice, doing what was needed to keep her child safe. Years passed quietly before twin daughters arrived, named Huìyún Zhao and Huìlán Zhao. Their early days tangled with medical issues, stretching already thin resoorces further. Life weighed heavier after that, though care never ran out.
Running from hardship, hoping for something more for her kids, Huī ended up marrying a rich Japanese man living in China. Life shifted after that, tighter rules, sharper expectations. Her son Xué felt the weight earlier than most she drove him hard, always urging higher grades, constant improvement. Books filled his days, performance mattered in every task. Beyond classrooms, his schedule packed with extra paths, hip-hop dancing stood beside martial arts, one lesson after another stacking through youth.

Back then, growing up tight under rules meant Xué stayed distant from friendships alone and his only socialization was with his tutors. School days passed with books, drills, whatever it took to match what others wanted. Then came high school, His mind changed after what happened after running into Haoyu Wu. Something clicked right away. Haoyu saw through to how Xué really was. A bond built quick between them, deeper than anything before. Suddenly, having someone real around didn’t seem impossible anymore. Haoyu pushed Xué in ways he thought he would never experience. Xué slowly felt like this realationship was somthing more than friendship, Haoyu felt the same exact way. In secret they fell in love. Sneeked out just to hug after a long day. That was until Haoyu's parents figured out what had been happening. why their son had become so happy. It didn't end well.

Haoyu carried deep struggles inside for years before, hidden well from nearly all who knew him. Not until Xué saw the weight Haoyu bore did things shift.. but by then, nothing could be undone. his loss of his one love loss tore through him, reshaping everything that came after. He decided to not hide from people. he decided to not hide in his books and open himself to the world. That wasn't his only change. he would never fall in love with another man. even if he didn't like women.
Right then, something shifted inside Xué. Not just treating illness mattered anymore, it was about peering into how thoughts take shape. His path locked onto psychiatry, guided by one clear aim: reaching others earlier than he’d reached Haoyu.
Xué graduated his high school class and immediately got a scholarship into college while doing so he got an internship at China Nanjing BenQ Medical Center. He became a trainee there before he decided he wanted to move away from his family.. and go live in japan
Here he stands inside a hospital waiting patiently for his interview. Probably listening to classical music.

SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
(Ensure this is appropriate to the position you have chosen. Some examples can be found here)

he was always drawn to emergency Psychiatry after understanding how quickly situations can escalate without warning. Immediate intervention can mean the difference between life and death. He wants to help to the most he can as quickly as he possibly can Knowing someone will need it.
He chose to specialize in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry because he lost someone very close to him when he was a teenager. Someone close to him, a boy he once cared about, A boy he Loved, had a lot of trouble with his mental health but didn't get the help he needed at the time because he was 'too young to have such problems'. Xué's experience had a lasting effect on him. It made him more empathetic and determined to better understand and help young patients before their problems get too serious.

[!]

"My medical specialty.. is Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. When i was younger.. I lost a man I cared about deeply and sadly he is no longer with us. Not only do I want to prevent that happening with another kid but I want to help the ones suffering from a loss. People think kids dont feel the same as we do, they do. they just cant express it as well,"
-He paused his facial expression softening when mentioning his friend.. He paused for a solid amount of time before he began to speak again-
"of course ive gotten my own help on that, I also Specialize in emergency Psychiatry because I know things can happen quickly and it wont always be predictable before somthing happens."

Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
he did Psychiatry residency training in China Nanjing BenQ Medical Center

[!]

"Yes! I worked in Nanjing BenQ Medical center for a bit before moving here"
-He smiled proudly as he said that.-

SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?

Apearence
The male that stood in front of you had a lean build, standing at 6'4 with a composed, controlled posture. He wore a subtle scent of O Boticário Malbec, clean and refined without being overpowering. His skin was olive-toned with minimal birthmarks scattered faintly across his face, barely noticeable at a glance. His features were sharp, a defined jawline, straight pointed nose, and dark brown eyes that carried a steady, observant intensity. Long eyelashes and neatly shaped eyebrows gave his expression a composed, almost unreadable quality. His hair was dark, nearly black, cut short in a grown-out buzz style that suited his practical appearance. Thin, square-framed glasses rested on his nose, adding a mature, academic air to his already professional presence.

what makes him unique
What makes him unique is the way he blends professional precision with an almost unsettling level of calm. He never rushes to speak nor does he react inappropriately. Instead, he observes everything first, as if he’s quietly mapping people’s thoughts before they even realize it. He is respectful to everyone he possibly can be unless they become aggressive or push him a step too far. He isn’t cold in a careless way, just in a controlled, measured one; each action is deliberate. His presence is steady and grounding, but there’s something slightly distant about him too, like he’s always a step removed from the room he’s in. He would offer a helping hand even if he wasn’t working or being paid. His top priority is people’s safety and health.

Perceived
People usually think of him as calm, professional, and very composed. He has a quiet authority that he doesn't need to show off. He often seems observant and a little distant to coworkers but actively engaged to patients, as if he is always trying to think ahead of everyone else in the room. Some people find comfort in the fact that he doesn't show his emotions very often, seeing it as stability and control. Others may find it hard to read him or not know how to act around him. People still respect him a lot because he is professional and clearly cares about his patients' well-being. He is often seen as someone who puts care and responsibility above all else.

-------------
How does your character act around the hospital?
He stays calm, in control, and very professional around the hospital. He moves with purpose and never seems rushed. He usually looks around before talking to other people. He is direct but polite when he talks to people always maintaining his eye contact, and he chooses his words carefully so that he doesn't get too emotional or make things sound worse than they are. He talks to staff in a calm and helpful way, focusing on getting things done and taking care of patients instead of small talk. He is attentive and careful with patients, often listening more than he speaks. He gives them space while subtly guiding the conversation in a certain direction. He stays calm and steady even when things are very stressful, putting clear thinking and patient safety above all else. He always cleans up around the hospital to his best abilities, he would most likely stay after his shift just to clean up another persons mess so others don't have to work with it. If he notices a co-worker struggling he would come in to help them. If they dont request help he would try and provide little nudges as often as he could. let that be him 'accidently' ordering too much food and giving them half or letting them crash the night at his place.

Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Xué is very hardworking when he is working alone, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that he does not like working in groups. In fact, he is extremely flexible when he needs to change his plans according to the prevailing circumstances. If anyone needs his help, he will always adapt to the needs of the moment without any reluctance whatsoever.
