Annabell Sturm (Alive):
The day she finally gets tired of Karakura, she'd probably head back to Germany, retiring there. She'd probably move to a little house in the middle of nowhere and have a little farm with animals, growing her own food and just enjoying the peace of nature. At her age, Sturm would probably not have found a partner, her mental issues being the cause of that. Her companions being the animals on her quaint farm.
Kazuo DeLuca (Alive):
Kaz would probably get bored of Karakura or either be hunted by the police. He'd move to Tokyo, starting a new life and getting a new identity. He would probably continue being a reporter, gaining the reputation of being the one to get under everyone's nerves. Surprisingly, he'd have many social contacts, but barely any he actually liked. Once he's older, he'd probably move back to Italy and spend his years there with his partner.
Hana Yagi (Alive):
Finally growing up from her childishness, Hana would move back to Kyoto, where she would begin to work at the local hospital and finally help out people like she's always wanted to. She'd probably have found a husband by now and most likely have kids of her own! Hana would likely be known through the medical community, building up a relationship with officials. Knowing her, she'd never leave Kyoto, only retiring with her husband to the more rural areas of Kyoto, still helping those who need it with her medical knowledge.

She would probably move to Germany if she were to leave Karakura (though i doubt that'll happen tho LOL), finishing her college and expanding her business more. Creating her own yakuza (or in the more European term, a mafia) as to rebuilt what her older brother Sakuta's goals were before he died, and probably would try to establish herself as someone powerful while also keeping her true identity unknown. Would also probably still visit Karakura once awhile, seeing how its doing and basically visiting friends and family.
Barbatos Archon | Alive
As of now, Venti icly is trying to finish his degree in Arts at Switzerland, though I do plan for him to go back to Karakura someday as a arts teacher. But if that happens and he decides to quit, I would see him traveling around the world, perhaps with a partner or single traveling depending on how his relationships would go. He doesn't really have that big of a goal besides being satisfied with what he has, would settle somewhere back in his home country Germany if he decides to marry someone and would still visit Karakura from time to time.
Morax Archon | Alive
Once he quits his job as lawyer in Karakura, he would probably go back to China to teach again as a history teacher. He was a teacher before he took up law, so he has some experience so he would settle down somewhere in China while keeping in contact with his two cousins. Would rarely visit Karakura, though would only do so if its a special occasion, or for his best friend Koyuki.
Raiden Archon | Alive
100% would go back to Tokyo to continue her modeling career- she was a aspiring model in Tokyo before she moved to Karakura to follow her two cousins. Would never return to Karakura unlike the others, preferring to keep her history in the town a secret as she probably would finish college in Tokyo instead.
Aya Hanazono | Alive
If she were to quit her position as Reporter and move away from Karakura, she would probably travel around the world as a blogger, recording and writing down her experiences and knowledge she learns from traveling. Would settle down back in China if she finds a partner, living a quiet life while still continuing her blogs. Though would probably never visit Karakura again due to it reminding her of her dead cousin, not wanting to remember her yakuza days.
Michelle Rizal | Alive
Would 100% move back to the Philippines once she finish college, taking masters on her home country to further her education. Would take up a reporting or law position in the future, wanting to help others and better her home country. Would maybe still visit Karakura, though rarely since she prefers to stay in her home country much more than traveling to other places.

Nozomi will grow old of Karakura after all the pain that she was handed, leaving her family behind she would move back to Russian to get into a different college. She will continue her studies while probably forcing herself into many different jobs so she could be kept busy. She will probably start to visit her hometown as in it was the only place where she could remember things. She will most likely take her child all over Russian and make sure that the both of them live to their final goal.

Luke would just live along with his best friend Freddy, since he's blind he won't be going anywhere. Luke will live with the rest of his life not knowing who took his eyes, but the truth is he's living aside the person who stole his eyes.

Due to recent events concerning a close friend's death, her fiance wasn't able to handle the life living in Karakura anymore. Supporting him, the two moved out of Karakura and instead stayed in mainland Japan. However, Zacharie would still come by to travel to Karakura occasionally for college as well as visiting friends and family. While it's a bit of a hassle, it's something Zacharie eventually got used to.
