What happened to Grade-12s in RP

I'm really confused because I went offline (I had to) when you was announcing what happened with 12 graders. can you reply with an answer for me (E.g. Did they get put up in College or something like that), and if they did will I be getting my College Rank?.

They only get their college rank if they pass the Grade 12 exams, if you did not take the exams and pass them, you did not get into college.
