Araya Kisa would probably have a vtuber based on a vampire. She would have full body, 3d avatar. The avatar would most likely wear her causal clothes. It would be a minimalistic model, not much stuff on screen. The model could well be cell shaded, because she really likes that type of shading.
Erik-Kun would get into a hololive scandal or something silly
and close up shop after 9 months runtime...

You smell correctly. We use AI in the agency too. Mostly Adobe Firefly (because it's ethically trained, but lots of my colleagues also use Dall-E and Midjourney)
There are like 30+ problems with the way how most AI generated models are used today, that I'm aware of. It's a complex topic.
