ur a cool cool person. i love old shading.Old shading is better.
yeahh... i try to practice old shading here and there just because why not, but haven't done it recently.Old shading was truly something special, it's a shame it went away so quickly in the past few years. :(
Oh 100%, it's something that will exist no matter what. I've unfortunately just seen, and directly experienced, this sort of process ruin IC scenarios for my character. Like, an entire dynamic cut off randomly with no RP to transition it.That's actually so real. It's something that's probably never gonna change since OOC friend groups have more say about scenarios and interactions, more so than a traditional IC interaction without any OOC intervention.
under certain circumstances i would use p2k, but at the best of my ability personally i try to learn about people via IC meansIt's something we need to learn to work with. We can't be expected to cut off OOC friends but finding common goals and ensuring no OOC intervention inside of serious RP take place, so it doesn't ruin the nature of it. It's the same for /p2k, it cheapens the impact of getting to know the character by skipping every interaction and immediately knowing everything about that specific character without the effort of attainting that knowledge ICLY.
THIS. Oh my GOD finally someone says something about it5. Disorders should be something that you need to apply for
I have seen too many people RP disorders offensively and based off stereotypes. It breaks my heart.
I've seen people roleplay a few things I struggle with myself. So it's very hurtful seeing those roleplay it who are uneducated on it or do not have the disorder themselves.THIS. Oh my GOD finally someone says something about it
I see way too many people portraying disabilities/disorders in a genuinely horrible fashion and it definitely should be something to consider adding to the application stuff as you said
Same here it's... really annoying honestly :sob:I've seen people roleplay a few things I struggle with myself. So it's very hurtful seeing those roleplay it who are uneducated on it or do not have the disorder themselves.
Respect ♥Same here it's... really annoying honestly :sob:
It's why I encourage those people, when/if I catch them, to do more research. It's way better than relying on harmful stereotypes to play a character
I AGREE WITH ILOVEMYPLANE HERE.. This ticks me off.. SO MUCH.. Like JUST DONT ROLEPLAY IT IF YOU DONT KNOW WHAT ITS LIIIKE5. Disorders should be something that you need to apply for
