whats the version and i cant join

i tried joining on 1.20.4 but it says when i join ''cant serialize unregistered packet'' what do i do?

Try playing on an older version. I currently use 1.19.4 so i can confirm that there is nothing wrong server-side with that version.

I experience the same when playing on newer versions, I recommend playing older versions like 1.19 versions.
