This isn’t me ranting about this or anything, but like especially on art posts from people on the forums, I notice these posts rarely ever get anything that isn’t a reaction.. simply curious how come.

but I’m not pressuring anyone into leaving comments either! leave them at your choice. I just really like seeing positive words underneath people’s posts (I try to leave them too!)

to be honest i feel like most people hang in discord and talk, however forums in general are supposed to be long term guides and advice

The short format forum reply really is a thing of the past and was falling out of favor in the early 2000s. Right when ICQ and Trillion and all the other messengers appeared.

I guess it's because people don't usually come onto the forums as much as they used to. There is only a select amount of players who actually take the time to check though people's posts and the most you'll see on average is about 17 to 20 people on at any given time. There are spikes of activity, however it's not as active as it used to be which you can't really avoid in the grand scheme of things. Most players just prefer the discord or the server itself to communicate OOCly and find that its a better way of communicating in general. The only real times people come onto the forum is when they wanna write an appeal, if they need staff support with a lost item and if they wanna put though an application and the occasional biography. The forums are no longer the SRP chat room so I suppose people will be less inclined to come here which basically means people won't be leaving reactions or comments as much as they used to.
