As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: Simple teacher rules would be;
-No Speaking
-No cell phones
-No Arguing with the teacher
-Show full respect to the teachers and other members of staff.
Summarize your previous experience (both in general and teacher wise): I started off as a History teacher about a year ago, I then moved onto VP. Even as a VP I still did lessons and I structured the whole Teacher System alongside with Ducks (Not the first system but the newly updated add-ons such as Teacher Logs). I was also in charge of the clubs and was in charge of the School Council.
List the ranks of teachers, starting from the bottom leading to the top: Trainee, Newly qualified teacher, Qualified teacher learning and skills, Head of the department.

From your perspective as of right now, identify one thing you would change about the Teacher Group. Why would you change that?: So far nothing to head can come, If something could be improved and changed I would have done it myself. Amount of teachers is the only issue the server should tackle.
KNOWLEDGE
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose to they serve, what salary they get. Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server: SchoolRP's vital importance to the whole server is the feel of being in a classroom school roleplay.
Describe the ranking system of teachers:
Trainee: A Trainee is the newest rank you can get as a teacher. A trainee cannot start a class up, they must sit there and watch another teachers lesson (must ask though) and learn what the teacher does and gain tips and things to teach in the future.
Newly Qualified Teacher: NQT is a promotion from trainee, so now you can start lessons but you must make sure things are okay and a go with the HD, you must also check for lesson plans, you do not have to follow them but you must teach key elements in your lessons.
Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills: This is seen as the normal stage as a teacher, so you can now start a lesson whenever, BUT must let other teachers know.
Head of Department: This is the rank where you run the department (English, Science) so it is your job to make lessons that other teachers in your department can follow and make sure they teach the key elements. You can not become HD if there already is one, but you can get Co-HD.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?: It uses MoSCo which means (Must have, Should have, Could have).

Matthew Stone is a simple man, he suits up very formally even if he doesn't need too. His outlook on the school system is strong. Nothing unique from him besides his Strict / Goofy side to him. He finds strong working students his favourite. He wants to work on a best selling book in the future

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I would walk up to the gang of scoundrels and sort out the issue, later I would report it to the SLT members and make sure school justice is done
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I would use the book tactic, which is slamming a book on the desk. I would basically do anything I could
When in a teacher lounge, how does your character act?: My character is generally quite well mannered and polite, would probably be drinking some tea as that is his favorite.

Matthew Stone was born on March 7th, 1971. He was born in some part of the UK at a very young age and was moved to japan most of his life. He grew up in love with books and writing long projects and essays. These habits and love soon molded his future life going to a teacher. His love for helping others and educating them was something he liked to do, only one problem. He hated children. This was probably what was going to make him into a strict teacher. His training began when he was 21 years old, he did some practice in college and continued his career. He was in training for 3 years until be became an official teacher. He was told by students in past schools that he actually was a very funny teacher, he learned that the students he could stand were mildly entertaining and enjoyed teaching them even if sometimes he would get distracted and joke around. Matthew Stone worked in 2 other schools before applying to Karakura High School, he had previous work as an FQT and as an SLT member.
