I am fairly active on the server, either roleplaying with my friends or just roaming around. I spend around 4-5 hours every day on the server (Can be less depending on if I am working IRL or not), and I try to be as active as I possibly can be!

I am applying for Caretaker!
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
Well, from what I have personally seen around the school and on the server, I believe that the Caretaker position in the school is one that involves a few different things, I know that Caretaker’s are allowed to clean up the school in RP, check CCTV after a fight or something along the lines of that, and step in to help other faculty occasionally if needed. Caretakers play a big part in the school faction, ensuring the school stays clean, and helping people and faculty when needed.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have learned different types of roleplay over many years. I have had experience with FamilyRP, StudentRP, AnimalRP, and much more. I have roleplayed before previously on other types of roleplay platforms such as Roblox, FiveM, RedM, and much more, which furthered my experience in roleplay over time. I am hoping to in future get experience with working in a position such as a school employee to further my experience with roleplaying as an adult or someone with a higher role in the school as well.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
Well, overall, I want to just join any type of school faction as it is the most unique to me in roleplay. I have enjoyed attending classes and seeing school employees all around the school RPing with other students or just hanging out. I would say another big reason for me wanting to join the School Employee faction is for the experience of being in a faction so that I can hopefully have further experiences in the future if I wish to apply to other factions. I really want the opportunity to roleplay with more people and get to know people better as I keep playing the server, and I believe being in a faction could help with that. I enjoy helping people IRL and I want to bring some of my skills that I have learned in that aspect into RP and really contrast it in different ways.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Rowan would stay calm the entire time that the student had their rant. He would listen to what the student was trying to say, why they thought he was pathetic, and he would not interrupt them unless the situation drew too much attention and he had to. Rowan would try to understand the student and what made them made, hoping he could find a way to calm them down. If he was unable to calm them down, he would give them 3 warnings; if they broke all 3 of the warnings, he would hand them a detention slip.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: If Rowan came across a fight happening between two students, he would immediately yell at them to break up the fight; if they did not listen, he would physically step in and separate the fight to ensure more injuries did not occur. Rowan would then talk to each individual, trying to understand what caused the fight to happen in the first place. After understanding the situation, Rowan would hand each student detention slips for them fighting, and he would warn them not to do it again or there would be further consequences.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
Rowan would immediately rush over to the employee, pulling out his phone to record and take photos of the altercation or what the employee was doing so that he would have evidence against them if needed to argue his side. He would try to talk to the employee, explaining that what they were doing was highly dangerous, and how it could encourage students to do bad things as well. If they did not listen to him, he would find other faculty members to hopefully convince the employee to stop. He would then forward the evidence that he took to SLT for them to properly deal with the altercation, so that more incidents like what the employee did does not happen again.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
While in the employee break room, Rowan would stay calm, minding his own business unless he needed to step into something. Rowan would more than likely be seen scrolling on his phone, texting someone, eating food, or doing something along those lines. Rowan would occasionally talk to other employees in the room as well, trying to make conversation and to talk about things that may be happening around the school. Rowan would also be seen pacing around alot, trying to clear his mind of anything that may be bothering him. Rowan loves sunshine so he would often be seen staring out of the window at the sky, the pool, or other things around him.

/me Coughed. Rowan began to slowly open the storage room door, looking around him as he began to think in his mind what he needed to grab again to clean up the giant mess that the students had left.. Being extremely tired, Rowan could remember half of the stuff that he needed to grab, saying out loud “I need some coffee.” Rowan began to grab the tools that he needed to clean up the mess.. A mop, soap, and the cart with the bucket of water.. Rowan then looked around the room again, thinking to himself for a moment before slowly walking out of the room and going over to the area that he needed to clean.
/me Rowan began to walk over to the pool slowly.. Not in excitement for having to clean up the mess that would be awaiting him. Having the students follow him to show him the mess, he had been prepared with all the equipment that he would need to clean up all of the dropped food in the pool shower room. Rowan walked into the room, groaning in exhaustion from the work that he had to do.. Even though he knew it was his job. Rowan then took out his mop and began to clean up the mess thoroughly to ensure there were no hazards that a student could slip on and get injured.
/me Heard over the radio that there was a food incident at the cafeteria.. As Rowan prepared his equipment, he started to walk over to the cafeteria, stretching his arms and legs along the way as he had not done so in quite a long time. As he reached the cafeteria, he immediately noticed the mess left on a table. Walking over to the table, he brought his cart along with him as he carefully began to place each piece of trash into the bag that was already on his cleaning cart. Rowan then took out a spray bottle and a wipe, wiping the table down to ensure that the table was spotless.

Backstory

Growing up in a small town in Belgium, Rowan had to adapt to learning new things constantly. He always aced his classes, often being called out for being smart. Rowan often had to help sc**** together money for his family, who were poor when he was growing up, when he was a teenager Rowan worked around 3 different part-time jobs to help his family afford basic living needs. Rowan always liked to watch television, learning new things along the way that he did not know previously. As a teenager, Rowan was into many different hobbies, whether it be football, exploring, or just meeting new people.
As Rowan got older, he started thinking more of what he wanted to do with his life in the future. Rowan always liked to help people, calm people down in stressful situations, clean up after others, and just take care of situations with a calm sense of attitude. When Rowan eventually graduated highschool, he decided to start to go to a local college near him, getting a steady job near where he lived to pay the fees off. Rowan eventually took courses in Finance and Psychology, which he could use in his future. Rowan always wanted to be a psychiatrist, and he still plans to in his future when the time comes.
After Rowan graduated, he decided to move to a small town called Karakura which was located in Japan. He took a few years to settle down in the town, learning what he wanted to do in the future and what jobs there were to offer. After getting settled down in the town for a while, Rowan met a lot of new people, learning new facts and the history of Karakura. Rowan eventually came across a job offering poster around where he usually walked which was interesting to him. Rowan eventually decided to try to get a job in the school faculty team as a Caretaker as he found it interesting, and somewhat along the lines of the type of job he wanted to do.
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective): Well… I have been wanting a job similar to this for a while now.. After I completed all of my studying a few years back, I have been searching for a good job to settle down into. I have always enjoyed helping people, whether it be ensuring places stay clean, stopping fights, or calming people down. I believe that this position would be a really good fit for what I have planned to do in my future. I really want to get to know more people, try to socialize and fit in more when I can.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Ill be quite frank. I have more experience and knowledge than some other people. I am good with calming people down in stressful situations, to which some others are not as good at that as I am, seeing as I have a Major in Psychology. I believe that I could bring a good personality to the school, helping everyone who needs it, ensuring the rules of the school are enforced properly, and just making sure that everyone is having fun!
