I am fairly active on the server, either roleplaying with my friends or just roaming around. I spend around 4-5 hours every day on the server (Can be less depending on if I am working IRL or not), and I try to be as active as I possibly can be!

What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
Over the years I have gained experience in different types of roleplay out there. I have roleplayed on different platforms such as Roblox, FiveM, RedM, and much more, which have furthered my experience in roleplay. On my time on the server I have learned many new things and have gained experience in StudentRP, FamilyRP, and many other aspects out there which I hope to learn in the future. I have done MedicalRP on GTA before but I really want to be able to further my experience on this and become a psychiatrist, hopefully.
What is your motivation for applying?
I am interested in joining the emergency faction as a psychiatrist because of a lot of reasons, really. In my time on the server, I have seen all the types of factions, with EMS being one of the coolest to me and one that stood out the most overall to me. I have seen all the RP that they do with patients, including checkups, working alongside KPD, and much more. I have really wanted to explore different types of roleplay out there besides what I have already done previously on different types of RP platforms. I believe that if I got into EMS, I could get to know people better and work alongside people while also learning more things with MedicalRP. I have always been intrigued by medicine, and I am actually an EMT in real life, where I live so that plays a part of what made me interested in the first place. I want to help portray what I do IRL with SOME parts of MedicalRP on the server, as I know not everything can be carried out the same way. I really want the experience of being in a faction overall, any really! But I believe personally that EMS or any Medical / Police related job on the server is really cool which persuaded me to apply. I really want to be able to pursue my character and his story into helping different people with problems that they might have, and share how my character became a psychiatrist in the first place. All of these reasons contrast onto what makes me want to apply to this faction but I mainly just want it for the experience!

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
As of currently, I am still learning all of the roles of the Hospital Faction, but I will put a brief description of what I already know. Director: The main person who oversees the whole faction, in charge of making sure the hospital runs smoothly and new people get hired when needed. The Director keeps everything in check and ensures that everybody is doing a good job and helping people. Clinical Leads: To my knowledge, I believe that there is a Clinical Lead for Doctors, Paramedics, and Psychiatrists. Each in charge of managing their own department, training, and making sure that they are doing their jobs correctly. The Clinical Lead reports to the Director with what is going on and how things are doing. Doctors: The doctors are a key role of the hospital, dealing with all types of medical emergencies and general procedures, the doctors are in charge of things that come into the hospital, injury-wise, such as a broken leg, bleeding, and much more. Paramedics: Paramedics go out into the field and respond to calls alongside KPD if I am correct, they respond to things such as when a KPD officer might need help, transporting a patient, and providing care if the patient cannot get to the hospital. Psychiatrists: The psychiatrists are in charge of the mental side of the hospital; they help with people who may need someone to talk to or therapy, although they can help doctors and staff around the hospital with other things if necessary, if I am correct. A psychiatrist cannot perform procedures; however, they are allowed to host therapy sessions.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I acknowledge this, and I am fully fine with this. I will try to my best ability to be on as much as I can.

Rowan Margiela.
A troubled male. Always stuck in a loop over time since he was born, constantly doing things over and over again. Rowan was born in Belgium as he grew up there in his childhood, becoming fluent in the Dutch Language. Rowan grew up alongside his brother Milo Margiela who was always the troublemaker of the pair.
Rowan was the older one over his brother Milo, always helping him with his schoolwork and teaching him new things that would eventually help him in the future. Rowan was always vibrant with what he did, looking at things carefully before doing them. Rowan graduated from a prestigious college in Belgium that his parents paid for him to attend, earning his PhD in Psychology, which he was always determined to use to help people with their problems.
After Rowan graduated from college, he eventually came upon a low end job in his town that he lived in as a psychiatrist in a small clinic. He enjoyed it! He learned many different things there over the year he worked there. Rowan learned many skills that would help him in the future when he chose to find a new place to settle down.
Rowan spent his time researching different places that he could move to and settle down in to get away from his hometown even though he knew he would eventually miss it. Rowan eventually stumbled across Karakura, Japan. A small town that Rowan believed would be a good fit for him and his unique personality. Rowan eventually moved to Karakura from his hometown, meeting new people and learning how he could take his skills to somewhere else to help people who needed it.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Rowan’s medical speciality is Psychology as that is what he has a PhD in. He enjoys talking to people, getting to know them and hearing their backstory, what makes them unique and how he can help them with what he personally knows and has learned over time. Rowan is very good at helping people’s mental health, getting people relaxed while talking to him. He chose this focus as when he grew up, nobody cared that he had ADHD and for his mental health, he went through rough patches and couldn’t get therapy which is why he chose to become a Psychiatrist and help people with their problems.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Rowan briefly worked at a clinic in Belgium when he first got his PhD. He was a Psychiatrist where he learned to work with colleagues and how he could personally help people with their problems.

Rowan is a 6’3 male with brown hair and dark eyes. He is often seen wearing vibrant and colorful outfits as he likes to contrast himself with society and let people view him for how unique he is. Rowan has ADHD and has had it his whole life, his ADHD makes him view things 1000x differently than others, his brain running at a million miles per hour and making him constantly think of situations that aren’t even happening yet. Rowan is perceived by others as a kind and careful individual, he is often seen in public talking to people and getting to know them if he is not alone. Rowan LOVES music, all types of hip-hop really as well as walking in nature, visiting places like the shrine, and much more.
How does your character act around the hospital?
Generally, around the hospital Rowan is seen talking to people, helping people when they need it and just beind kind in general. Rowan is always wanting to learn and get better at things so he is always seen asking for advice from people. Rowan would always treat his patients with respect, how people would want to be treated, he always asks if people need anything to be extra polite, always wanting to be over the top and on top of things. Rowan likes to roam around alot, exploring everything that he can get his hands on and meeting new people.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Rowan has always worked better with people, he always gets along with people and enjoys learning from his mistakes. Rowan has always believed that life is always better when you are with other people even though he believes that he can do his job by himself, he believes that with help and persuasion from his colleagues, he can always be a better worker. Rowan enjoys to talk a lot, learning about people and getting to know people over time which was one of his main goals when he moved to Karakura.
