Character Summary:
Alcide Blaise was born on January 10th in Rouen, France. He never had it easy as kid, as his mother was a alcoholic and his father was nowhere to be seen.
His mother often neglected him and his sister, and because of this, Alcide resorted to selling alcohol in his early teens as a way to provide for his family.
Later in his life, the situation with his Mother got increasingly worse, so he had to leave her behind and decided to move to Karakura.
Appearance:
Behind his sunglasses, he'd have very light brown eyes that would closely resemble grey. His hair would normally be held up with a headband, but when it isn't, it would be at a very good length and would fall down to his face.
He'd stand at 5'10, and underneath his signature yellow sweater, he'd have a slim fit physique, and there would be noticeable scars on his right arm and shoulder, which would be from his previous experiences from living on the streets of Karakura for a time, and
he would have a very youthful looking face with no blemishes at all.
Personality:
Alcide would be a calm and collected person, always seeming to act rationally rather than emotionally depending on the situation. He would always try to find a better solution in situations that may seem like they wouldn't have any at all.
He's not a shy a person when it comes to speaking to new people, but he'd rather avoid it, as he considers it to be tedious and takes a lot of energy.
Alcide cares about his friends dearly, and he would do anything for them and their safety.
He tends to keep a few close relationships since he wouldn't be one to easily let people into his close circle.

Hanging out with his friends, playing volleyball, going to the shrine, and laying in his bed.
Flaws:
He comes off as too nonchalant, which can give off the wrong messages.
He's very stubborn and carefree. He'd also be hardheaded and easy to anger. Whenever he's angry, his anger could tend to last for hours, and he'd be very aggressive during this period. He also wouldn't be that much of a talker, he normally relies on other people to start a conversation so he can follow up on what they're saying to not come off as dry.

Twin Sister

Lucielle is Alcide's twin's sister who he left behind in France. She surprised Alcide with her sudden appearance at this door step, he was shocked to see her but he had missed her greatly. They bonded quickly and it was as if nothing had ever changed. He loves his sister dearly and considers her to be his #1 best friend, he appreciates the fact that she's willing to join a team that she's passionate about and he wants nothing but the best for her.
Akihiro 'Scythe' Blaise | Alive
Older Brother
"I'll always be by your side."
The two brothers would have a complicated relationship. Alcide loves Akihiro dearly even though Akihiro has put him through immense emotional and mental turmoil. Alcide can't bring himself to hate his brother as he tries to constantly help him become a better version of himself. Though, Alcide is slowly reaching the end of the line with Akihiro after finding out that he's making Milo's at home life very inconvenient and pushing his own hardships onto everyone else to be burdened by. Alcide wishes that his brother would get the proper help that he needs. Though throughout all this, Alcide will forever be by his brothers side no matter how far Akihiro pushes him away.
The two brothers have finally reconnected and are on better terms with each other now. Alcide is happy to have his brother back to being himself, and he cherishes the newfound happiness that Akihiro has found within himself.
Milo A. Sandora | Alive
"If you leave me again, there'll be another French invasion of Russia."
The two used to date until they had broken up.. They didn't end on bad terms or anything, the relationship was quite healthy. Milo had just left Karakura randomly, he didn't even give Alcide a warning or reasoning, kinda sad right? Alcide was hurt over this for a while, he tried indulging in other women to shake off the breakup, but nothing had hit the same as Milo did... crazy huh. When Milo had returned to Karakura, it was like a flashbang to Alcide's eyes, he was happy and shocked. He had missed Milo, Alcide had literally forced Milo to be friends with him again (he's gay guys). After the two had to come to terms with their feelings for each other, they both expressed how much they love each other still and isn't willing to let each other go again, buttttt they arent dating again YET.
Nash T. Atkins | Alive

Alcide met Nash through Nebb. The two are sometimes a great duo in volleyball when they're both in the zone. Another drama free friendship which Alcide appreciates a lot. He hopes to try out for the volleyball team with Nash one day when the duo becomes better and improve on their teamwork and individual skills. After spending a lot more time together and going through intensive training to the point where they actually managed to make the volleyball team, the two are now best friends. They argue and fight sometimes as friends normally would, but Alcide enjoy's Nash's company greatly, he wouldn't trade him for anything.
Nebb T. Anderson | Alive

A very unconventional friendship, Alcide never thought he'd see the day where the two would be as close as they are. He thinks Nebb can be a little bit much sometimes, but he manages to handle her throughout her foolishness. He appreciates her silliness and the lack of the drama that comes with their friendship. Overall, Alcide is glad to be friends with Nebb as she is funny and fun to be around. Alcide now considers Nebb to one of his bestfriends... though he wouldn't confide in her for something serious as she's still childish as hell, but he's accepted that as her main personality trait.
Kotaro Hamaski | Alive

Alcide met Kotaro through volleyball and they ended up joining the team together. Alcide appreciates Kotaro's wild energy and finds him to be entertaining. He's happy that Kotaro was able to confide in him for advice on his relationship, he's also glad to be on the team with someone who has killer fucking serves (real). Even though Kotaro tends to cry on the court a lot and talks about his girlfriend 24/7, Alcide see's him as a worthy opponent on the court and hopes to get a winning streak against him one day.
Thomas Wilde | Alive

Alcide had also met Thomas through volleyball but since Thomas is in college, he couldn't make the team with him. He's one of Alcide's biggest supporter when it comes to the sport and is one of his teachers fr. Alcide admires how good Thomas is in volleyball and aspires to eventually have catches like him. Alcide designated Thomas to be his personal photographer (Thomas didn't consent btw). He appreciates Thomas's presence and hopes to continue being his friend.

The first time Alcide met Ollie, Alcide aplogized to him over how Akihiro was acting in Ollie's home and to the people close to him. Ollie never bashed Alcide for how his brother acted, and he even said that he thinks that Alcide was wonderful and he approves of him more than he does Akihiro. After hearing those words come from Ollie, Alcide had a sigh a relief and became happy knowing that Ollie doesn't dislike him for anything Akihiro did.

At first Alcide didnt think too much of her, she never really did anything special to make herself stand out in Alcide's eyes, but the two got closer after hanging out more with each other, which made Meika become one of Alcide's best friends, and he wouldn't give up their friendship for anything.
He cherishes the bond they have made together and he hopes to continue being her friend.

Alcide appreciates Aether's sense of positivity and joy. He doesn't know much about Aether, but he's happy that he's a positive part of Milo's life and he wishes to get to know Aether better.

Although Alcide initially forgot who she was at first, he took the time to properly remember her as he felt bad over forgetting her. He's glad to have someone around who knows how to handle Nebb's rowdiness when he's unable to do so. The two have sparred a few times, but he hasn't managed to get away with a win yet. He plans to prove himself to her by eventually winning against her.
Miyako Sakai | Alive

Alcide and Miyako would have a very interesting bond. The two would always exchange harmless quips and joke around with each other. Though they would often argue a lot about their different views on certain situations and on Alcide's current behavior. Alcide cherishes her friendship a lot as he trusts her dearly, even to the point where she knows the most about him out of all of their friends.
He regrets the way he acted towards her, and because of that, he wants to do better for himself. After multiple arguments and a lot of miscommunication, Alcide has lost majority of his feelings for Miyako and he does not know what to think about her anymore. Her presence to him has become a slight inconvenience and he'd much rather avoid long conversations with her if possible.
Yikes, just yikes.

Heo would be the first official friend he made in Karakura. The two bonded quickly over their passion of making money through unconventional means.
Even though Heo went out of town for a long time, nothing between the two changed, and Alcide trusts him with his life.
Alcide's finds joy in his company, as the duo would always be doing complete nonsense or either teasing Miyako. He appreciates Heo's friendship and he hopes to keep it forever. Though, overtime, the duo has grown distant and there has been a lack of communication between them. Alcide still appreciates Heo for all that he has done, and he hopes to one day continue being his friend if possible.
Sofina Lemaire | Alive

Sofina is Alcide's ex girlfriend. The two started off swimmingly well, he got along with her great, and felt as if he can trust her deeply.
The two begun dating soon after they made a friend group. The relationship went well, but they broke up sometime after their friend group slowly fell apart for a while.
Even though their friend group is back together again, Sofina would be the outlier, as she's never seen with them, and Alcide doesn't think about her in a romantic manner anymore.
He's not opposed to speaking to her again, but he'd rather avoid it if he could in order to avoid any complications or awkwardness.
