Backstory:
September 29th, 1995, a albino female was birthed from Aiko Ōmori. As her own health dwindled from cancer, her premature daughter was placed in the NICU. Aiko named her daughter Wisteria after the floral tree that Aiko and the father, Kenta Atsuko, had fallen in love at. Sadly, two months into Wisteria's life, her mother succumbed to her disease and passed away. Her godmother was Aiko's sister, Nadja Ōmori, who took on the role of Wisteria's parent. Meanwhile in America, Kenta was with another woman who had just given birth to her healthy girl, Kawata. The Ōmori family decided that because Wisteria's father wasn't made aware of the pregnancy, that he should now not be made aware that he has two daughters instead of one.
Aiko's other sister, Azumi had also given birth to a healthy, normal, baby girl, Amaya. The cousins were raised together as Nadja needed the help of her family to maintain her job as an Officer and raise a child she did not birth. Both the girls were raised to see everyone as equals and that there was good in all. They were both told to follow in the footsteps of their family, joining the Karakura Police Force once they became of age. Although the two were raised the same, Wisteria couldn't help but feel self-conscious around the tan, ginger and brunette women of her family, being the only one without parents never helped her grow close to her other cousins.
Once Wistiera was enrolled into school at six, she began to struggle with her appearance more than before as she noticed that now everyone around her had darker skin than she, and her classmates often would bully her, calling her ‘ghost’. Her self-consciousness continued to affect her until she turned 17 and began to hang out in ‘Powerplant’ where she would find herself becoming friends with the masked people who to others, seemed scary. Though to Wisteria who had grown up scaring other children around her, this made her not as scared of them, being able to get to know who they are even when they would try to scare her off. Listening to exactly how she was raised, to Wisteria, everyone can be kind when given the chance. And she will try to bring out the best in others by showing them only kindness and cheer. .

Her views on life stayed that way for a long time. Even though she was unable to become a police officer herself, she watched as her cousin Amaya became a respected and deservingly loved KPD member. She'd keep her own head down and hid their relationship, not wanting to bring attention from her masked friends that she, was close to the cop they sometimes targeted.. This stayed like this for months, until Amaya stopped responding to her phone for over a week, which was unusual. Then the report, of the corrupt cop being killed had been released. Wisteria's world fell apart, the last remaining Ōmori. That's how she felt in the moment of reading the report.
Wisteria's views on the town shifted, mostly on KPD. What she was raised to believe, the safe haven of the town they grew up, took away her favorite person. She became violent for a time, although she'd never take it out on a person or living creature. Only the trees of the forest with a fireaxe, she wanted the town to burn but not the people of it. The death of her cousin wasn't the towns fault, it was the polices. Her own plans to hurt the members who worked along side her cousin were in motion until she had joined a family. A family where she'd relearn what it was like to have people by her side that weren't just murderers.
