Describe your activity on the server: Currently, I don't have much activity because I haven’t had time to get on but if this application was accepted I will get on more and do some cop work. However, my old activity was getting on with friends running around and rping.

What is your motivation for applying?: My motivation for applying is the fact that I miss being a cop and hanging out with all my police force. In all honesty, the police force was one of the best things I’ve done on the server and I really miss all the fun times I’ve had, I even miss the stress.
Do you understand Japanese Laws and Basic Conduct? Yes
What are the Police ranks?: Cadet, Patrol Officer, Corporal, Sergeant, Investigator Trainee, Investigator, Head Investigator, Lieutenant, Vice-Head-Lieutenant, Captain, Commissioner.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?: I have a vast knowledge of Police Work seeing as I was the past Head-Investigator, I still remember how to properly use coms and how to do a proper search and how to run training sessions. I also remember how to properly do an investigation and all the tools that police officers use on a daily basis.
Why are Police important to SchoolRP?: Police are important to SchoolRP because many players like to SRP and there needs to be some sort of organization that upholds justice. That organization is of course the police force.
Do you acknowledge that you're subject of being demoted if accepted at any given time?: Yes

CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Tell us about your character, how he looks, what makes him unique?: Ren is a 5’11 Japanese Spanish male with a deep almost entirely groggy sounding voice. He would also have silver-colored and heterochromatic eyes. He would never seem to be able to smile or be happy at all. He is always figuring out ways to better the police force make sure he quickly makes it up the rankings so he can better the force and the city. He feels as if he could have more authority he could make the city a better place. He is unique because he is a hard worker he has lived in this city for all of his life so he wants to try his best to make it a better place he would do anything to make his dream possible.
What he's like on and off the job? On the job, he is very clearly an extremely dedicated worker who strives to make his city a better place. He always tries his best to complete all the work given to him. There is also the aspect of the mysteriousness he attempts to bring to the workplace. He never confines in his coworkers about his outside life and makes it seem like his only life is the police force. Off the job, he is a very boring mundane person who spends most of his time training or sitting on his couch.
Outlook on his co-workers? Plans for the future?: He treats all his coworkers with respect although if one were to cross the line he would begin to look down upon them. He would try to be mysterious always attempting to keep his outside life, never really telling any of coworkers anything about him. He would leave it to them to figure out who he is.
BACKSTORY: Ren was born on December 1st, 1987 on a cold snowy night he was born to a born single mother and a bastard Spaniard father. He would grow up in a small apartment and would always hate the way Karakura was, there were so many gangs and underground organizations that plagued the city so he decided he wanted to purge it all. He would grow up as a troubled kid he would always be angry and aggressive to all the other kids in his class which would then give his trust issues because he would never know who is in a gang or is the son of some mob boss. In the later years of his life he would be seen beating up kids who would bully the weak or commit crimes which would lead him to have an encounter with the local police showing him there are other ways to deal with the criminals he would then go to military school so that he can learn how to be proficient in combat and discipline so he could be better suited in the military. He would then, later on, be drafted into the military becoming a corporal and then a Sergeant after a few years he would then take a leave of absence so he could finish his college education. He would then meet a woman named “Kim” a pretty little Asian girl who he would then go on to marry after he graduated from college. They would be married for multiple years before he would be asked to return to the Military for a “Private Affair” Code Named “Wrath of God”. After a year and a half, he would return from the secret mission to find his wife screwing a man named “Koji”. This would cause him to go into a blind rage immediately filing for divorce the next day. After 6 months of going to Court, she takes all of his Assets leaving him alone and angry. He would go back into the Army as an angry mess he would be very sloppy with his training and would be seen over killing the enemies. After about 1 year of this, he would then be politely asked to retire causing him to go into another rage causing him to be kicked out for good. He would move back to Kakakura living in a cheap apartment reminiscent of the one he was raised in. He would be looking for a job, living off of side jobs and paid leave checks. He would be browsing through a newspaper when he saw in opening for the Karakura Police force the recruitment note would read as follows : “We need more good doers in our ranks this town is plagued with gangs and we are looking for people with the exact requirements now accepting ex-military” He would then post his application in the mail awaiting his response the then disgraced ex-military man had some new hope in his life. After getting a job in the police force he would work his way up to the rank of Head-Investigator before quitting and re-apply months later.
