Make the cosmetic system actually functional. Ofcourse gadgets, pets, miniatures and all of that works, but the greater part of the cosmetics menu is "Unavailable". Maybe add stuff like cosmetics-coins (Srp-bucks istg) that'd allow you to buy things like music, tags/statusses, etc.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
It'll make the cosmetic system all the more fun and allows something that's been broken for a long time to finally actually work

cosmetics are already not allowed to be used in ICly situations, so i dont see a point to this unless they added some type of reward system to allow people to buy ranks by using some type of ingame system
