Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?): Yes, Minge/Failrp (2018-2019?), ERP (2019-2020?), Frequent OOC toxicity ; failure to maintain a stable attitude towards players, involvement in OOC targeting, involvement with harassing (2021). I understand what I have done is wrong and have become a better person since then. I have learned my consequences and now know what to do and what not to do.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: A school nurse plays a crucial role in promoting the health and well-being of students within an educational setting. Their primary responsibility is to provide medical care and support to students, as well as contribute to the overall health and safety of the school community. Overall, a school nurse plays a crucial role in safeguarding the health and well-being of students, promoting healthy behaviors, and facilitating optimal learning conditions within the school community.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have plenty of experience, I have been around SRP since late 2018, early 2019 and have been pretty fluent on the server, I have nearly 3,000 hours on the server.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: I want to join the School Employee faction because I have yet to experience it. I also find it intriguing to see the point of view a School Employee has and promise to do my best for myself and the faction as well.

Situations
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: My character attempts to calm the student down, and if the situation continues I call a higher up such as Dean or Principal/Vice Principal.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: First as a nurse my character would attempt to break up the fight, if done right, treat the students involved while a higher up is on the way to learn about the situation. If gone wrong, call a higher up to help.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: Confront them and then report it.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act? Professionally, maybe throw a couple jokes to other employees but nothing inappropriate.
Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:
/me would examine the sc****d knee to assess the extent of the injury, (their /it). Would clean the sc****d knee with a sterline solution splashed on a cotton ball to wipe away debris and dirt and to also prevent infection. Once done, take a clean, damp rag and hold firm pressure against the cuts to slow down the bleeding, then wipe it with a clean gauze pad as he placed a pillow under the knee to prevent major blood flow to the area. Once done cleaning, he would take a tube of antiseptic ointment cream and apply it to the sc****d knee and then place a proper fit bandage over the knee. “You’re gonna be fine, just be careful on it, yea?”
/me Examined the students ankle, checking for swolleness, bruising, range of movement, and pain level. (Their /it). After examining, he would take two pillows and place them under the students ankle to minimize blood flow to decrease the throbbing and pain level. He would then walk over to the counter, grabbing an ice pack and walk back to the student, placing a cold ice pack on the student's ankle gently. “It’s gonna hurt for a while, looks like you sprained it kiddo..” He would then walk back to the counter, searching in the cupboards looking for a Ace bandage, once he found one he’d walk back to the student, removing the ice pack and then attempt to straighten out the students foot gently and softly to wrap the bandage to keep it firm and in the right position to heal. “I recommend not spending a lot of time on it, sit down as much as you can, keep weight off of it for a while.. Should feel better in about a week.”
/me Checked for symptoms of an asthma attack, once confirmed he would assist the student to an upright position while comforting the student, “Everything’s gonna’ be alright kiddo.” He’d then help the student with their bronchodilator, making sure every step was done perfectly to minimize the situation. He’d then continue to check on the students vitals and help them remain calm, once the attack was over, he’d give the student a small cup of water and a couple jolly ranchers to cheer them up.

Backstory
Dekio Lemaire Fujiya is a triplet, he has two other brothers from his home in Africo, Italy. Growing up Dekio barely had a decent meal. He also grew up with the mentality “The Government will save Africo..” While living with that mentality he searched for better places to move to. He had 3 options: Colorado, USA, Berlin, UK, and Karakura, Japan. While going more in depth over the years, exactly when he turned 18 he moved to Karakura for a better life. When he moved there he found an older woman who wanted to adopt him, formally known as Alice Lemaire. She instantly took him in as her own, letting him meet the rest of his newly founded family, Marcel Lemaire and Varian Hashirama. Dekio didn’t like Varian as much because Varian wasn’t fond of Dekio being adopted into the family. Over time Dekio lost contact with his adoptive family completely, but still writes ‘Lemaire’ in his name as they helped him succeed through his life in Karakura. Next was Kiyomi Fujiya, who was sweet to Dekio and claimed him as her brother, while Dekio doesn’t talk to much of his adoptive families, he still loves them all. Dekio was soon to join the College Track team and became one of the best runners under Ren Takashi’s lead. With Ren leaving the team he became the Co-Captain of the team, under Jayu/Korain Saiky. Dekio was soon to leave the team after inconvenience with another member, following Korain to work at Sayonara Gift Shop. After quitting that job he decided to train in the sport of Volleyball, in high hopes of joining the Male Spartans. Dekio met his “Highschool sweetheart” Amara Sanchez, soon losing contact with her as he Graduated from College, moving to the Americas for military training in the Marines, soon coming back after a small breakout of a pandemic, moving back to Karakura as a Marine Corps Veteran. After his return he didn’t do much, he mainly hung around the Shopping District looking at cool vehicles and attending car meets and street races. Knowing he needed a job and had experience in health, he decided to apply as a Nurse in the KHS Employee Faction.
Motivation for Joining KHS: I want to see how it is to be a school employee, from what all my friends have told me it’s very fun and all that. I want to learn and test my knowledge and other capabilities by being a part of this faction.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I don't like boasting myself over other people, I find that rude. But if I'm asked I must say I have been an EMS before, I worked at the hospital when Berrtie was hospital owner. I am very exposed to this type of RP.
