In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
The janitor, my chosen school employee, that can also be known as a custodian or caretaker, is responsible for keeping the school clean, in the simplest terms. They will clean everything that is not considered sanitary enough and does not meet the school's standards. The janitor will make sure the school is kept in order. Their job can be indoors and maybe even outdoors, sweeping the sidewalks in the courtyard. Some of the work that the school janitors will do includes- cleaning garbage bins/taking out garbage, sweeping the floors, washing the walls and ceilings, cleaning sinks and toilets/urinals, cleaning mirrors, restocking toilet paper and paper towels, and other products such as air fresheners and feminine products. Some more include- washing/dusting lockers and shelves, replacing furniture and carpets, tending bushes, flowers, grass and plants, pruning the plants sometimes, spot cleaning, cleaning out vents, picking up trash, sometimes even raising and lowering flags in schools in some cases, and maybe even helping to clean crime scenes if they are authorized to do so. These are only some examples of what the Janitor should do. Sometimes the stuff they do may be minor, or it may be difficult. They might do repairs on leaks in pipes, for example. The role of the janitor is extremely important, as strange as it may seem. Some of the things that need to be fixed may be lethal, and might endanger the lives of the students, so it is the janitor's job to repair these things. A janitor is vital in keeping a safe and clean environment. In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
I have a bit of experience with roleplaying as a janitor/school employee. However, I've seen people roleplay as a janitor before, on different servers as well. I thought this would be a fun job, so I decided to apply. I really wanted to try out something new and I decided to go with janitor. But, here are a few /me examples as to what a janitor should do on the job-
/me He/she'd walk through the hallways, sweeping the floors
/me He/she'd dust off the shelves
/me He/she'd wipe down the mirrors in the bathroom

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I've been roleplaying, in total, for quite a while now, around 3 years or so. I've been roleplaying on SchoolRP for a bit more than half a year now. I've roleplayed on other servers that isn't SchoolRP, and I've roleplayed as a student for the majority of the time. I've also roleplayed as a prisoner + shop owner on a different server. But, I'd say I'm quite experienced with roleplay. I am quite familiar with the rules on SchoolRP, as well, which is an important part of roleplaying. The almost 7 months I've spent on SchoolRP have given me time to adapt to the style of roleplay I prefer and use now. I consider myself to be quite advanced at roleplay.

Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Yes, I am familiar with what this job does, and some of this has been answered in one of the previous questions. The School Janitor will inspect the classrooms, hallways, bathrooms, ect. and clean the areas that are not sanitary and do not meet up to the standards of the school. The school janitor will make sure the school is both safe and clean for the people who are inside it.

[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
Remaining calm is vital in this type of situations, as shouting and yelling will either make the student scared/uncomfortable or will aggravate them more. Usually, this problem would be due to the student being mad at something else, not them being mad at me, as I usually wouldn't have done anything wrong. I'd kindly warn them to stop, as what they did was very disrespectful and rude, and then continue with my work. If they continue to act out of order after I gave them a warning, I'll remove them from the area so they do not disturb any other students or others that may be working there and speak to them about the situation. If they do not cooperate, I'll hand it over to a school staff that is more experienced so they can punish the student accordingly with detentions or whatever they see fit. Or, if there are no other school staff present, I'll handle the rest myself. On the other hand, if they do cooperate, I'll let them go, but take action and punish them if they start cursing at me for being pathetic again.

You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I'll carefully complete the task as requested. If the job requested is too difficult for me to handle, I'll speak to the principal to get a better understanding of how to complete the task. If I still do not understand how I am supposed to finish the task, I'll ask for another job to do that would be easier to complete or more to my understanding, or I'll request to have the job handed over to another school employee who would be better at that particular task. Or, if the job can endanger the lives of myself or other students and adults in the premises, deny doing the job and speak to the principal about the dangerous job.

Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
If they were acting out of order, I'll tell the school employee to get back to their work and do it correctly. If they continue to act out of order, I'll report them to someone higher in authority such as the Principal or Vice Principal so that the employee can be handled with by people who are more experienced than me. If they were doing something dangerous that could potentially harm the building and/or students and adults in the school, I'd call the authorities so they can take care of the situation without anyone else being harmed, and escort any students within the dangerous area away to someplace safe, away from the employee that is acting in a dangerous manner and that is a threat to the lives of the students and adults.

Applicant Name: Tucker Greene
Chosen Job: School Janitor
Applicant Name: Tucker Greene
Chosen Job: School Janitor
Motivation for Joining YHS:
Well, first off, I would like to join YHS because I personally don't think the school premises is very sanitary. There are children and adults in the school, and the fact that the area has been kept rather unclean is quite disturbing for me. Also, I've been looking for a job that would suit me and I believe the school Janitor role is the one for me. I'd also like to put an influence on the students, and teach them that even jobs that don't seem to be that important are ideal (the janitor, in this case). Usually, the children that go to YHS, and just schools in general, are trouble makers, and I believe this is due to not only the bad choices they have made, but their environment; there is nobody to correct their mistakes and help them learn from the mistakes they have main, and help them to grow into a respectful person. I want them to see me as a figure they can trust and a figure that they can look up to. Me being a janitor in the school would give me the chance to help them. I personally feel as if it is my job to keep both the students and the area safe and clean, and put a positive influence on everyone in the area. Many of my good friends have had the chance to be important and have worked in YHS, and they are very inspiring and important people. I strive to be just like them one day, and I believe this is the first step in becoming an independent, mature individual. I wish to be like those friends; successful and important.
Age: 22
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I think I should be accepted over other applicants because, though it may sound ****y, I personally think the majority of other people lack the courage, time, dedication, and most importantly the proper mindset to get the work done. They usually also lack the right attitude- something that I have. I like to put a lot of effort into the work I do, as it is a very important part of having this role, and I take my work very seriously. I am a very motivated person and I always try my best- you usually see people say this a lot, but I mean it when I say it.
