Describe your activity on the server:


As of right now, it’s on a constant increase. Seeing as, as of recently, I had just came back from a few month break I’m very quickly regaining my activity once more. For an extended time, I was dealing with mental and physical health issues that lasted longer than expected, but as of right now I’m stable and devoting myself back into SchoolRP. I’m planning and willing to spend up to four hours daily, planning on spending minimum an hour online per day. My schedule depends on my academic state and academic priorities { such as studying, college taster days as well as interviews for other OOCly priorities }. Other than that, I’m pretty much a no lifer and spend alot of my time on this server and alot of my time actively engaging in roleplay and other situations on the server.

TRIVIA QUESTIONS

What is the student council and what do they do?:


Councillors are generally known as the rats of the school. This isn’t only the idea of them being stuck-up and just snobby, it’s more the idea of them just completing their job. Councillors are a pair of eyes that see for staff all over the school, and it’s their complete responsibility to report this to other staff members that are seen fit to be reported to. Obviously, they’re the most known for finding out certain fights or any rule-breaking situations that occur within the school grounds. This hones relevance to Japanese schooling. In most Japanese schools, these students are a group of students elected by others that play a significant role in the school they attend too. As well as being the snitches of the school, Councillors are often known to be high-achievers and scholars within the school and are some of the most notorious for their knowledge of the school and it’s rules.
When you climb up the school Hierarchy, you may assist with planning events in the school, such as school dances, festivals of sport and culture as well as any other parties or particular events that should interest students. This can be done through council meetings that must be hosted regularly to discuss issues within the school.

What motivated you to apply for council? (e.g. Interests, friends, etc.):

Alot of Alos’ dedication to becoming a councillor was based around his future plans. I’ve purposefully crafted Alos to be a character of dedication and always seeking more, and I think the best path to start him on is that of Councillor. I’ve done this to prove make him prove to himself that he was a reliable student within the body, but also the ability to show this discipline, emotional stability and dependance that he can carry within such a small job. Moreover, due to my complete and utter boredom after a long break, I’ve ran out of options and opportunities for me to go down as a player on this server. I think that being a Councillor promotes my ideas of dependance and my own sense of reliability due to this factions high-demand and difficulty, whilst not abandoning the idea of being a student completely, whereas being a city-related faction worker rids my role of being a student { due to my adjacent role of Adult }. It’s also a good reputation boost to get back into the flow of SchoolRP and allows me to re-connect or completely connect with new and different groups of people.

Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):

Of course. Something I’ve yearned for for quite a while is to be seen and for my creative efforts to be shared elsewhere. This idea doesn’t repulse me in the slightest and is something I’m genuinely excited to get on board with.

Can you list the roles in the council along with other roles that might be important to the council?:

STUDENT COUNCIL PRESIDENT
These are notorious for being the highest-ranking members of the council board, responsible for overseeing any other councillors and managing their fufillment in their duties as a councillor. Being a councillor already is challenging enough but this has to be one of the most challenging jobs of them all within the board. These individuals earn their position through hard work, dedication and complete reliability, serving as a role model for new councillors, as well as any other present. They also serve as a role-model for any new students any people in particular wondering how to act as a student. These individuals have authority to make changes within the council and are trusted to priorities peace and safety for the student board.

VICE PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL
These are similar but less than those of presidents, they are the heir to the throne of the council hierarchy. They are known for almost being an assistant to that of a President Councillor. They aid with overseeing councillors, ensuring safety, and ensuring productivity within the environment. Their carry the same duties and responsibilities of a President, but don’t really match the power nor the dictation that the President holds.

COUNCILLORS
These are the most common of the councillors and are the core of the entire body. These are those who are expected to keep students out of harm and trouble and are seen as the sort of worker bees for those above them. They are seen to be unbiased and some of the most achieving within the community.





IC SECTION
SCENARIOS

While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?:


Alos approached the individuals and would whisper quietly to advise them to settle down before and during the Assembly. If, the student completely ignores this and continues to be disruptive Alos will ask the student is in need of anything and try to identify any issues or solutions that can quiet the child down. Once doing so, my character will do their best to solve the issue that the child was going through and provide what they need and settle them down to their quiet state { preferred, obviously }. If the issue continues, consequences will be handed out with warning beforehand. If disruption persists, my character will guide them from the hall and communicate the issue with a faculty member that could assist the situation further.

A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?

Not particularly that of wasting any time and effort chasing a student around campus, Alos would simply leave it up to faculty as he reports it as policy expects. Assault is not permitted on campus so it’s not like he can just go and chase the student down/ The consequences that are to be handed out for this are far beyond that of Alos’ power and so should be left to those with said power.

A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?

My first course of action will be to report this to any other staff members that I have contact with. My next action would be {say in this scenario it’s a rude not on a notebook or something someone has acted to draw into a notebook} to confiscate the item that’s been vandalised. My insight and my opinions will be communicated with the teacher that allowed me into this situation to figure out the next step in action and the next consequence or further actions upon the student. My main job from here is to carry out actions that the teacher instructs me too, as well as reporting constantly to staff through radio of the scenario that I’m in at the time.


A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?

If the students propose a protest, Alos will first ask each of the members of the protest what exactly they will be protesting for. If the protest is a peaceful protest for a good cause, he will move further along with allowing it to occur and happen. However if not, he'll tell them specifically that they do not have his permission. If permission is given my character will show them explicitly where to protest so that other staff can watch over this protest. Obviously, the chances of this protest happening are increasingly small as most of them are that of delinquency or that of violent cause. Of course, before making any of these decisions myself I will bring it up with any faculty or perhaps a president of the council before affirming this.

A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?

An instant apology will occur between me and the faculty present. They will ask for more of a specification on what they did wrong to subdue any issues or problems that may occur within future terms. Even on the situation that he did something wrong, no matter what my character will talk to a higher-up to confirm these accusations and also confirm advise from them to rid of this misconception.

Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):

COLLEGE SLEEPOVER!
As per alot of the student's having their independent social lives I thought it'd an amazing idea to have them all have a large sleepover at the main hall! This would be done through confirmation with higher-ups and would take alot of planning but I think would be so cool! My main idea for this is that the basketball courts are disabled { Or whatever they do for things like disco's } and instead for some comfortable looking tents to be built! This would be constantly surveyed by faction members and any staff online, assuring no silly delinquency to happen within the hall. The event would start around 7pm School Time and would end 6am the next morning { Assuring that the staff can clean up any mess, remove all the tents and so that the students can get changed and get ready for the day ahead! }. Alot of the time would be spent with various events and games throughout the night. The main course of action will be that we could have some people choosing music and a main staff involved in what music will play{ This all happening both through ICLY /it and maybe even a VC open with a spotify bot that only the person in control can act }. The sleepover will occur with games such as hide and seek, arcade games and all else. Moreover, a drinks and snack bar will be set up where students can stay fed and hydrated through different party foods and other drinks. There will be a strict dress code on only pajamas to allow COMPLETE comfort-ability throughout the night. To entertain the students throughout the night, there will be different shows, movies or even youtube videos to keep the students happy!

Karakura fest!
I know this is something done multiple times but how about this. We have a traditional carnival. Music blasting, different rides and some food bars for the students to enjoy but even LIVE MUSIC! Something that I thought would be really cool is to merge some of the two best events in the school together! I know we have our music talent show every now and then but I think having the ability for people to do these same concerts at these school-wide festivals would be even cooler! I think the addition of even letting people play their own covers or music in VC would be even cooler. Moreover, the social media team for SchoolRP would be able to show of the schools amazing talents through all the covers that people may do. There will be games as well! So many games! One of which I really like is the idea of being able to use different sports as a competetive event to gain prizes! Volleyball and football courts all open and with their individual stalls for people to go and win prizes if they get a certain score or win against a certain number of players! ANOTHER GAME I think would be really sick is the idea of sponge the faculty. Something done purposefully where a student rolls 20 with a staff member and if they win the roll then faculty ICLY will be hit with a wet sponge! This wouldn't give permissions or anything but is more a way of getting some silly revenge back at that one faculty member you really hate.

The man sat back on his chair with a slight glint in his eye as his soft soothing voice slithered from his lips. His hands remained clasped among the table as he very simply began
“Anyway of describing this sounds pretentious in every manner so it’s very hard to say. I think I’d describe myself as a well astute student with a heart of kindness. I think I gain the maturity to take on this role and I think I have the social empathy and / or sympathy to take on this role on a kind set of eyes. I also like to think of myself as the confrontational type, not only finding the heart to talk things out but finding the heart to take offense and confront things when needed appropriately.”

What separates you from other applicants seeking your position?:

“I don’t think theres much mate. I’m being so honest theres no reason why I should be taken higher than others around me.. However! I do really think that the way that I take these hot-headed situations and calm them down almost instantaneously is that of wonder. An advantage of looking so bright all the time is that I really do find that middle ground where people do gain that emotion for themselves and generally calm down easily!”

Why do you want this position?:

“To put it quite frankly, school is too less for me. I find myself gliding through these projects and this course work like it’s nothing! I think that being able to have this side job of constantly having something to do will really appease me and make me more eager to get myself to school.”

What interests you the most about student council?:

“Honestly it’s the authority. Now don’t get me wrong, wait that sounds really wrong BUT! The authority that I’ll gain through ending fights arguements and any other issues will really fill me with this sense of almost self-worth {really not to sound depressing} but to find the assistance that I can help others with that I perhaps couldn’t find for myself starting off in this school. It’s the impact and things I can do that make me want to do this so bad.”

What could you contribute to make the school a safe and fun environment?:

“Positivity is a thing for all to encounter, I’ll do everything I can to provide this.”
