I've recently returned after a few months hiatus (approx. 4-5 months), with few changes to my previous inaccurate timetable. Most notably, I'm working a full-time Job, and have been for the past few months, with shifts starting as early as 7am until 5pm BST. Furthermore, I took a break from the social aspect of SchoolRP as I was figuring out a few personal issues, those of which I will not disclose here but have now resolved as of posting this application. This means I no-longer require any off days and can dedicate myself to activity on my account without the need for social breaks, and lack of motivation breaks. I am more motivated than ever to directly involve myself with SchoolRP and It's community, and I can promise activity from here on out. I hope I can prove this to you in the coming days and after the applications have been read and decided.

SchoolRP-
My roleplay experience would be summed up in my playing of a variety of roleplay servers. I have spent the past 3 years playing Schoolrp and building my character up as much as I possibly could, experiencing all of the possible scenarios that come with roleplaying as a Grade 12 tag, until my eventual joining of the faculty faction, as a Professor. While being a Grade 12, I had exhausted every possible interaction, situation and was heavily motivated to explore other factions. This eventually led me to the faculty team, where I have been a professor for the past 6 months roleplaying in an interactive environment that tested my roleplay to its absolute limits, however this never wavered me in the slightest and within the first 2 months, I was promoted to Assistant professor. In addition to becoming a vital part of others roleplay, I developed teamworking experience, allowing for the proper behaviour as my actions could effect the people around me, in negative or positive ways. Additionally, I would involve myself in team based activities, strengthening my bond with the team both ICly and OOC and forming connections that proved to benefit both me and the team in events and roleplay.
Other roleplay servers-
Outside of Schoolrp, I've taken the time to explore a large range of differing roleplay servers. SeoulRP being my first experience outside of schoolrp. I was able to apply as a teacher and get accepted over other applicants but didn't properly experience the role because of the servers closed nature, eventually the servers closing resulted in the removal of my teacher role and myself losing interest in the server. Another roleplay server that I delved into was MazeRunnerRP, not the one on SRP but the one that was hosted on a different server. That was one of the servers where I was able to gain the role of a Runner and explore the maze while other non runners weren't allowed to. Sadly, the server was recreated and the changes that were made to it was enough to push me and my friend group at the time away from it. Following after MazeRunnerRP, I was able to play and experience DarkWinterRP, A server created to display the effects war could have on places and encourage realistic roleplay.
After a few months of being a consistently active player, I was given the role as Media Team, helping to give event ideas to the owner as well as providing ideas for possible advertisements to get the server from a tight picked community to a more wider audience. Sadly, a falling out with the owner caused me to leave DarkWinterRP and focus on myself for the months that followed. After my long needed break, I was given a direct invite to RealityRP, an upcoming server that was planned to be a remake of DarkRP. After being invited by a close friend of mine, I became a builder, helping with creating much of the buildings that can be seen on RealityRP such as the University and the Police station among a plethora of other things. I was appointed Head Builder of RealityRP after my long term contribution to assisting in the creation of the map as well as the assisting in providing event, lore and server ideas to benefit the expected growth of the server and its player base.
Roleplay series-
My most recent roleplay experience came with joining a roleplay series on YouTube called Minecraft Yandere created by the channel SilverNStuff. I was one of the few actors who were allowed to be shown in the series, while also being the behind the scenes builder for many of the interiors and exteriors seen in the videos. My most notable work for this period was the interior for the school, and my own personal house, with exteriors like the movie theatre, police station and many others buildings being created singlehandedly by myself. I was honoured with a personal episode with small appearances of my character in all the previous episodes as a background actor. After the filming of my personal episode, I began my hiatus from roleplay, until very recently when I felt I was in the right place to come back.
↪What is your motivation for applying?
My motivation for applying is to branch out my roleplay experiences/encounters and experiment with new types of roleplay in a variety of unexpected scenarios. With that being said, much of my previous application described it best. I'm always open to the thrill of new encounters throughout my roleplay experience and find that its a beneficial way of giving both myself and others the chance to create memories and delve into the world-building and lore that surrounds Karakura everyday. With a faction role, you feel more involved in the development of the people around you while better controlling your own story, not including the perks that also come with having a 'paid' role on the server. Backtracking to my previous application, I have completely recognised and incorporate meaningful roleplay into my everyday as I feel confident in saying that I roleplay much more efficiently, and heartfully when I have something to roleplay for. This remains true today. I also encourage others to find the benefits in roleplaying with purpose, and have previously rewarded players who've dedicated themselves to lore based roleplay and driven encounters through my role as a family lead, and as a professor. The importance of cooperative roleplay is crucial to the overall experience of the people involved and this is a thought process that I follow through with when involving others in my personal and public roleplay. Another statement from my previous application is my motivation for joining the Hospital Faction. This in its entirety hasn't changed since I last posted that application. Not only have I continued to want this role on the server ever since I first joined but I am more motivated than ever to pursue it, and am more than pleased to reapply for it again, in hopes of being given a chance to show you what I can do in game. Additionally, I am making plans to create a new family, Hyōgen, based on the lessons I have learned from leading Volkonsky Family and This would directly tie into my role as a psychiatrist should I be accepted.
Furthermore, my previous statement regarding my 'in real life' reason for joining remains very much the same. I have underwent personal experiences of my own and that of my close friends and colleagues since my departure and recent return to SchoolRP. I will not delve into the details of this as much of it contains personal information not suitable for this application, however I will say that It has been a push with much trial and error to get where we all have today and without taking complete credit, I have contributed to ensuring that their advice is handled properly and emotionally detached as to not involve myself in their own personal business in which I have no place in. | 'The Hospital Director and Clinical Manager' | They act as overseers of the entire hospitals operations, managing and ensuring that everything is ran effectively and professionally. They are heads in their own departments respectfully, and control entire departments actions while also working directly above the Clinical Lead and Clinical Manager. |
| 'Doctor Department' | The entire department is responsible for ensuring the administration of the proper medical care when treating patients. Their primary focus is ensuring the proper procedure is performed, with additional diagnostic of the patients vitals and physical state. The Doctor department has tiers which range from the Clinical Lead, being the head of the department, Clinical Supervisor assisting with operations management, Doctor being the main operations team and focusing on physical treatment, Senior Doctor resident and Doctor residents being the medical school graduates, and doctors in training, and finally Doctor trainee being the new initiates, learning the ropes and understanding the operation in the hospital faction. |

MEDICAL HISTORY
↪What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Psychiatry has always been a main focus of his as his education allowed him to delved into psychology during the early parts of his academic life. His studies consisted of a vast amount of knowledge on medicine recognition, psychological evaluation, mental illness identification and awareness to disorders. His interest in the human mind, was driven by his past trauma and to understand how it functions, allowing for easy recognition of someone's mental health though mental health examination, provided he can read them and prescribe the best suited medication and treatment to help give a long lasting solution to their greatest problems. His earliest memory of the role was of his family, pushing him into further education to pursue a well paying job, at least that's what they wanted. Kirai was quick to dismiss his future to the greed of his carers. He truly believes in making a difference and giving people the opportunity to speak out about their inner insecurities and express it in a way that's healthy for them, and beneficial for him as he can provide the correct method during every situation.

Kirai was employed into a Pharmacy during the early parts of his medical journey. He was just starting to study mental health inside of his second job, a mental health clinic in his hometown. Here, he utilized his skills in psychology to get a better understanding of mental illness identification and received training for his degree in medicine recognition, allowing him to excel his career within the clinic, granting him the role as their psychiatry trainee. | With his previous experience as a psychiatry trainee, he was employed as his psychology professor's assistant once he graduated from the university of Daigaku. In this role, he gained further knowledge in comfortably communicating others mental health in simple, understandable terms. Furthermore, he was awarded with a certificate of psychiatry authorisation after a few long years working under his psychology professor. |
CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
↪Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Kirai stood at 6'4, his towering, athletic figure working in hand with his toned smoothing voice. His black hair fell into gentle fuzzy waves across his face, narrowly missing his shark-like gaze and defined jawline. He was well spoken, and always accompanied with a warm smile that spreads across his face. Kirai appearance greatly resembled his families genetics. His most prominent features being the mole underneath his lower lip and the stern, well adjusted facial structure that held him in high regard with his slightly tanned skin well illumined across his face. He wore a combination of sleek, ironed formal shirts with his trademark, purple tie lining his chest, accompanied by his dark purple and black coloured trousers, bringing this entire style to light.
At first sight, Kirai would be described as mysterious, keeping to himself, but being quite eager to socialise with the people around him. This effect left a conversation with the pure remanence of his professional manner. Kirai keeps to his professionalism even when speaking with his close friends, and family. Despite only being 26 years old, Kirai was quite knowledgeable on the many pressing issues that arise in Karakura, keeping with the times and those which closely relate to his academic achievement and career. This alone allows him to keep interest in a conversation, while being deemed as someone you may think would be less sociable when first perceived before leaving behind a good perception of good will, which make people come back because of his interesting, and hearty charisma.
↪How does your character act around the hospital?
Kirai is grounded to reality with a deep understanding of working in a place which carries itself by its professional reputation, allowing him to follow his moral values and append to his demeanour to work adjacent with how he acts outside of the workplace. Kirai is nothing less than serious in his line of work, and his train of thought. When dealing with patients, Kirai would converse strictly around his profession, until he develops a long term closeness with a patient, which would allow him to sympathize with the patient while maintaining a good standing within the Hospital. He stands to provide for the patient in conversation while keeping to his roots and valuing the time he spends taking care of them which slowly develops his understanding of them. This in turn helps grow into a mutual connection. He makes the most of every interaction, keeping mental notes on their mannerisms and creating his own perception of them which helps him notice the little discrepancies in their behaviour should they struggle to tell him outright, or in the case they haven't fully grasped the damage they may be doing to themselves without proper communication. He uses this to his advantage even when directly told of the patients issue so he can determine the best course of action, and the right words to convey when discussing it with them directly.
With his previous experience as a psychology professor's assistant, Kirai has a common understanding on co-worker importance, and values the company that it provides in and out of the hospital. He is used to working in conjunction with others, assisting in the management of tasks with ease, never wavering from his passion for coinciding with his co-workers. He holds them in high regards, mainly stemming from his admiration for the service they help to provide alongside him, and for the dedication that comes with working in a demanding role which requires the upmost accuracy. He values them dearly, appreciating their efforts and supporting them through mental or physical turmoil. It's in his nature to help those he deems worthy of it, providing them with a sense of comfortability in his presence, and letting the warmth of his heart wrap around them, allowing for meaningful relationships and collaborations to be formed. His admiration for the working members of society will always out way the cost of exchanging a few words after a busy day. Each and every connection allowing him to manifest his understanding and hone it for practical and hearty purposes.
↪Does your character function better on their own or with others?
In the circumstance that Kirai is working with a patient, he will devote his time to work alone with his train of thought being the primary focus when doing his assigned job, and providing the best service with minimal interruptions and inconsistences. He's keen to the idea of offering a helping hand to others, however this comes with the risk of delaying or losing his train of thought when it revolves around his patient. He would rather keep it one on one for comfortability for himself and his patient while making sure that confidentiality is kept strictly inside his enclosed room so he can better concentrate solely on them and take full responsibility for treating them, and making them feel as comfortable as they need to be. In the event he needs to do a joint examination with another co-worker or a co-worker would like to be in the room to witness his examination, he is open to communicating with both the patient and his co-worker so he can maintain productivity while also giving both parties a sense of purpose. He would never refuse the call for help from one of his co-workers, especially in the event of an emergency or for immediate assistance with either a patient or themselves. He wouldn't spare a second before rushing to the aid of his co-workers. If he was mid examination with a patient and something comes up on the radio, he would be more than eager to respond in the event that something dire comes up, or he is contacted to respond on the radio directly. In the scenario where he must leave the room and his patient, he would quickly ask for assistance in keeping the patient feel comfortable until he returns, or take over for him if he's got his hands full.
