I pride myself in keeping a constant flow of activity on the server, staying in close contact with players both IC and OOC while managing to put a lot of time and dedication to my role as a faculty member, and assigning the necessary time for myself when needed in conjunction to my server playtime. I have no doubt that I will be a consistent face on the server and holding true to my responsibilities, while heavily prioritizing faction activity to the benefit of both myself and the faction as a whole. My presence on the server is greatly heightened by my activity in family events, gatherings and interactions as well as interactions with friends and other players on the server. My activity is only disturbed in the case of OOC reasons or mental heath, however I'm quick to bounce back as I'm highly motivated by my involvement in roleplay. My roleplay experience would be summed up in my playing of a variety of roleplay servers. I have spent the past 3 years playing Schoolrp and building my character up as much as I possibly could, experiencing all of the possible scenarios that come with roleplaying as a Grade 12 tag, until my eventual joining of the faculty faction, as a Professor. While being a Grade 12, I had exhausted every possible interaction, situation and was heavily motivated to explore other factions. This eventually led me to the faculty team, where I have been a professor for the past 6 months, roleplaying in an interactive environment that tested my roleplay to its absolute limits, however this never wavered me in the slightest. In addition to becoming a vital part of others roleplay, I developed teamworking experience, allowing for the proper behaviour as my actions could effect the people around me, in negative or positive ways. Additionally, I would involve myself in team based activities, strengthening my bond with the team both ICly and OOC and forming connections that proved to benefit both me and the team in events and roleplay.
Outside of Schoolrp, I've taken the time to explore a large range of differing roleplay servers. SeoulRP being my first experience outside of schoolrp. I was able to apply as a teacher and get accepted over other applicants but didn't properly experience the role because of the servers closed nature, eventually the servers closing resulted in the removal of my teacher role and myself losing interest in the server. Another roleplay server that I delved into was MazeRunnerRP, not the one on SRP but the one that was hosted on a different server. That was one of the servers where I was able to gain the role of a Runner and explore the maze while other non runners weren't allowed to. Sadly, the server was recreated and the changes that were made to it was enough to push me and my friend group at the time away from it. Following after MazeRunnerRP, I was able to play and experience DarkWinterRP, A server created to display the effects war could have on places and encourage realistic roleplay.
After a few months of being a consistently active player, I was given the role as Media Team, helping to give event ideas to the owner as well as providing ideas for possible advertisements to get the server from a tight picked community to a more wider audience. Sadly, a falling out with the owner caused me to leave DarkWinterRP and focus more on myself for the months that followed. After my long needed break, I was given a direct invite to RealityRP, an upcoming server that was planned to be a remake of DarkRP. After being invited by a close friend of mine, I became a builder, helping with creating much of the buildings that can be seen on RealityRP such as the University and the Police station among a plethora of other things. I was appointed Head Builder of RealityRP after my long term contribution to assisting in the creation of the map as well as the assisting in providing event, lore and server ideas to benefit the expected growth of the server and its player base. As of Today, my main focus has been Schoolrp and developing my roles, characters and connections within rather than delving into other roleplay experiences.

My main motivation is to continue doing what I've learned from the faculty team and effectively express my roleplay style in a way that's beneficial to both myself and other players. Players have always told me that I have a way with words and heavily detail my actions which gets them so invested into my roleplay and I found that it would be best utilized and put to good use in the Hospital faction, as a Psychiatrist. Furthermore, the hospital faction has always been something I was personally interested in. When I had my first interaction with the Hospital staff back in 2022, I was greatly surprised by the level of detail and care they put into their roleplay. The Doctor department has tiers which range from the Clinical Lead, being the head of the department, Clinical Supervisor assisting with operations management, Doctor being the main operations team and focusing on physical treatment, Senior Doctor resident and Doctor residents being the medical school graduates, and doctors in training, and finally Doctor trainee being the new initiates, learning the ropes and understanding the operation in the hospital faction.
'Psychiatrist Department'
The psychiatrist department specializes in mental health treatment and medications. Their primary focus being the mental examination of patients and diagnosing, and providing treatment methods. The departments tiers are as follows, the Clinical Lead, the head of the departments operations, The Clinical Supervisor, assigning tasks and acting as a advisor for lower ranking department personnel, The psychiatrist, being the departments mental health assessment specialists, fully trained for proper patient care, Senior Psychiatrist resident and Psychiatrist resident being the medical school graduates, in their final training phase before becoming an attending psychiatrist, and finally the psychiatrist trainee being the initiates and learning the ropes of the departments functions and operations.

-Madara Volkonsky was born on March 1st, 1986, in the small town of Novgorod, located in the vast and picturesque landscape of Russia. Growing up in a tight-knit community, Madara experienced the beauty of Russian culture, its rich history, and the warmth of its people. From a young age, he displayed an inquisitive nature, always seeking knowledge and understanding of the world around him. As a child, Madara was exposed to diverse perspectives through his parents, who were renowned scholars in the fields of psychology and philosophy. They nurtured his intellectual curiosity and encouraged him to explore different subjects. Inspired by their academic achievements and a desire to forge his own path, Madara developed a profound interest in the human mind and its behaviour, in hopes to make the same impact as his parents. Madara was relocated to England when he turned 10 and spent 3 years studying in a public school in Westminster. Eventually, his parents decided to move him back to a Russian public school once he turned 13.
Age 13-23
-His early teenage years would have him attending a high school which couldn't keep up with his intellectual prowess. Which left Madara with the lingering feeling of not belonging. However this never wavered his eventual ascension towards his dream career in psychiatry. His parents relocated to Karakura, the birthplace of his mother and Madara was enrolled into Karakura Highschool and with this goal in mind he continued his studies into college where he eventually gained a Bachelor's degree, alongside a Masters degree in Psychology and Psychiatrist respectively. This coinciding with his experience, lead him to a plethora of different jobs, keeping him financially stable enough before heading towards his main goal, and making his parents proud. He was profound in the understanding of the human mind, utilizing it best when dealing with other people's problems and finding the words to advise others about how they could change their lives for the better. As a father, Madara knows the importance of listening and responding to the many questions that his children have about everyday life. Many of his children were adopted and come from rough backgrounds and Madara knows that it's in their best interests to be given a parental figure in their lives that helps sway them away from going down a bad path. Fortunately, Madara was always good with words and helped to convince his own children of their importance in life and helped them strive to becoming independent individuals that know their worth in society.

-However, tragedy struck as Madara lost his father and a close friend who he considered family within the same month. Another incident with a close family friend left Madara feeling betrayed and slowly outcast from his friend group who traditionally worked in the criminal underground. The sudden absence of his mother and father sent Madara into a spiral, until his sudden withdrawal from working closely with his criminal friends after seeing the disappointment in his parents' eyes a few days before their untimely passing. It shocked Madara's perspective which slowly began to shift into a more positive light and he vowed to finish what he had started, finding a respectable job as a college professor teaching philosophy and computer science in Karakura High School. Eventually, He was appointed the highest position of leadership within the families inner circle and he became somewhat of a influential figure amongst much of the Karakura population, most notably the members of Minori, Akiyama, Holland, Hattori and other families situated within Karakura. Madara recently resigned from his position as a college professor for Karakura Highschool to pursue a career in psychiatry at the local Karakura hospital. He is currently working on finishing the final year of his medicine recognition program abroad before making his way back to Karakura.

↪What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Psychiatry has always been his main focus, as he's delved into psychology during the early stages of his academic life. His studies have given him a vast amount of knowledge on medicine recognition, psychological evaluation, mental illness identification and awareness to disorders. His interest in the human mind, has driven him to understand how it functions, and allow for easy recognition of someone's mental health though mental health examination, providing the best suited medication and treatment to help give a long lasting solution to their problems. His interest in the human mind stems from his early childhood with his parents, where he was put under immense pressure while trying to achieve something worth while in his life. However, the course of his life was shifted completely to the study of the human mind when he was involved with a involuntary brainwashing incident which caused him to develop symptoms of memory loss, amnesia and mental distortion. He was luckily able to recover from the symptoms unharmed singlehandedly because of his intense study in the human mind and psychological prowis, guiding himself into getting the proper medication and treatment, before taking an interest in persuading a career in psychiatry.

Psychiatry apprenticeship: While in University studying for his Bachelor's in psychology and Masters in psychiatry and English language, Madara had the privilege of attending psychology assessment sessions in a local hospital in Novgorod. He watched closely as the psychologist gave his assessment of the patient, and gave a full diagnosis while providing assistance in choosing the correct medication for them. This was his early experience into Psychiatry though a Psychiatrist, assigned as a practical task for his masters degree in psychiatry by the University he attended, taken on as an apprentice and finalizing his degree in psychiatry before seeking employment.
Mental health clinic: Madara was employed into a mental health clinic in his hometown of Novgorod. Here, he utilized his skills in psychology to get a better understanding of mental illness identification and received training for his degree in medicine recognition, allowing him to excell his career within the clinic, granting him the role as their psychiatry trainee.
Physiology professor: He was employed as a Physiology professor in Karakura Highschool, utilizing his skills in psychiatry and psychology to engage college students in the practices of the human mind and the study of the human body. Although not his desired subject, he feels that it would only benefit him and the students around him who share a keen interest in the testing and innerworkings of the human body. In addition to working inside Karakura Highschool, he spend his time studying for his final year of his medical recognition course and going abroad to complete it before coming back to Karakura.

Madara stood at 6'5, his towering figure working in hand with his muscular physique. His blonde hair fell in gentle waves across his face, narrowly missing his shark-like gaze. He was quite well spoken. His mannerisms assert a comforting voice, accompanied with a warm smile that spreads across his face. Madara's appearance greatly resembled his Russian genetics, his most prominent feature being the mole underneath his right eye and the stern, well adjusted facial structure that held him in high regard with his rosy skin well preserved. His appearance was heightened by his choice of clothing, proudly wearing his 3 piece suit set, sophisticatedly tailored slightly loose with comfortability in mind.
Madara, despite keeping to himself, was quite eager to socialise with the people around him, leaving a cascade of laughter subsided by his professional manner. Madara keeps to his professional manner even when speaking with his close friends, and family. Despite only being 39 years old, Madara is quite knowledgeable on many of the pressing issues that arise in Karakura, keeping with the times and closely relating to his academic achievement and career. This alone allows him to keep interest in a conversation, while being deemed as someone you may think would be less sociable when first perceived before leaving behind a good perception, bringing people back because of his interesting, and hearty charisma. Many will notice him drinking tea undisturbed however few will remember when Madara was a smoker with a drinking problem, who suddenly becoming sober and drank his occasional tea while reading a book. The sudden change is unclear but his healthy appearance is heavily influenced by his sobriety.

Madara has a deep understanding of working in a place which carries itself by its professional reputation, following his morals and values and allowing his demeanour to work adjacent with how he acts in and out of the workplace. When dealing with patients, Madara would converse strictly around his profession, until he develops a long term closeness with a patient, which would allow him to sympathize with the patient, while maintaining a good standing within the Hospital. He stands to provide for the patient in conversation, while keeping to his roots and valuing the time he spends taking care of them, slowly developing his understanding of them, in turn growing into a mutual respect or association. He makes the most of every interaction, making mental notes on their mannerisms and creating his own perception of them.
With his previous experience as a professor, Madara has a common understanding on co-workers importance, and values the company that it provides in and out of the hospital. He is used to working in conjunction with others, assisting in the management of tasks with ease, never wavering from his passion for coinciding with his co-workers. He holds them in high regards, mainly stemming from his admiration for the service they help to provide, and for the dedication that comes with working in a demanding role. He values them greatly, appreciating their efforts and supporting them through mental or physical turmoil. It's in his nature to help others, providing them with a sense of comfortability in his presence, and letting the warmth of his heart sink into them, allowing for meaningful relationships and collaborations to be formed.

In the circumstance that he's working with a patient, he prefers to work alone as his train of thought is primarily focused on doing his assigned job, and providing the best service with minimal interruptions. He's keen to agree to helping others, however when it come to his patient, he would rather keep it one on one, so he can better concentrate on them and solely be responsible for them. In the event he needs to do a joint examination with another co-worker or a co-worker would like to be in the room to witness his examination, he would be open to communicating between both the patient and the co-worker so he can maintain productivity. He would never refuse the call for help from one of his co-workers, especially in the event of an emergency or for immediate assistance with either a patient or themselves. He wouldn't spare a second before rushing to the aid of his co-workers. If he's mid examination with a patient and something comes up on the radio, he would be more than eager to respond in the event that something dire comes up, or he is contacted to respond on the radio directly.

The first stage of becoming a Veterinarian is to become a Doctor or Psychiatrist and complete the designated exam to get proper certification of ability, allowing them to become a part of the Veterinarian department.

-Madara Volkonsky was born on March 1st, 1986, in the small town of Novgorod, located in the vast and picturesque landscape of Russia. Growing up in a tight-knit community, Madara experienced the beauty of Russian culture, its rich history, and the warmth of its people. From a young age, he displayed an inquisitive nature, always seeking knowledge and understanding of the world around him. As a child, Madara was exposed to diverse perspectives through his parents, who were renowned scholars in the fields of psychology and philosophy. They nurtured his intellectual curiosity and encouraged him to explore different subjects. Inspired by their academic achievements and a desire to forge his own path, Madara developed a profound interest in the human mind and its behaviour, in hopes to make the same impact as his parents. Madara was relocated to England when he turned 10 and spent 3 years studying in a public school in Westminster. Eventually, his parents decided to move him back to a Russian public school once he turned 13.
Age 13-23
-His early teenage years would have him attending a high school which couldn't keep up with his intellectual prowess. Which left Madara with the lingering feeling of not belonging. However this never wavered his eventual ascension towards his dream career in psychiatry. His parents relocated to Karakura, the birthplace of his mother and Madara was enrolled into Karakura Highschool and with this goal in mind he continued his studies into college where he eventually gained a Bachelor's degree, alongside a Masters degree in Psychology and Psychiatrist respectively. This coinciding with his experience, lead him to a plethora of different jobs, keeping him financially stable enough before heading towards his main goal, and making his parents proud. He was profound in the understanding of the human mind, utilizing it best when dealing with other people's problems and finding the words to advise others about how they could change their lives for the better. As a father, Madara knows the importance of listening and responding to the many questions that his children have about everyday life. Many of his children were adopted and come from rough backgrounds and Madara knows that it's in their best interests to be given a parental figure in their lives that helps sway them away from going down a bad path. Fortunately, Madara was always good with words and helped to convince his own children of their importance in life and helped them strive to becoming independent individuals that know their worth in society.

-However, tragedy struck as Madara lost his father and a close friend who he considered family within the same month. Another incident with a close family friend left Madara feeling betrayed and slowly outcast from his friend group who traditionally worked in the criminal underground. The sudden absence of his mother and father sent Madara into a spiral, until his sudden withdrawal from working closely with his criminal friends after seeing the disappointment in his parents' eyes a few days before their untimely passing. It shocked Madara's perspective which slowly began to shift into a more positive light and he vowed to finish what he had started, finding a respectable job as a college professor teaching philosophy and computer science in Karakura High School. Eventually, He was appointed the highest position of leadership within the families inner circle and he became somewhat of a influential figure amongst much of the Karakura population, most notably the members of Minori, Akiyama, Holland, Hattori and other families situated within Karakura. Madara recently resigned from his position as a college professor for Karakura Highschool to pursue a career in psychiatry at the local Karakura hospital. He is currently working on finishing the final year of his medicine recognition program abroad before making his way back to Karakura.

SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
↪What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
Psychiatry has always been his main focus, as he's delved into psychology during the early stages of his academic life. His studies have given him a vast amount of knowledge on medicine recognition, psychological evaluation, mental illness identification and awareness to disorders. His interest in the human mind, has driven him to understand how it functions, and allow for easy recognition of someone's mental health though mental health examination, providing the best suited medication and treatment to help give a long lasting solution to their problems. His interest in the human mind stems from his early childhood with his parents, where he was put under immense pressure while trying to achieve something worth while in his life. However, the course of his life was shifted completely to the study of the human mind when he was involved with a involuntary brainwashing incident which caused him to develop symptoms of memory loss, amnesia and mental distortion. He was luckily able to recover from the symptoms unharmed singlehandedly because of his intense study in the human mind and psychological prowis, guiding himself into getting the proper medication and treatment, before taking an interest in persuading a career in psychiatry.

Psychiatry apprenticeship: While in University studying for his Bachelor's in psychology and Masters in psychiatry and English language, Madara had the privilege of attending psychology assessment sessions in a local hospital in Novgorod. He watched closely as the psychologist gave his assessment of the patient, and gave a full diagnosis while providing assistance in choosing the correct medication for them. This was his early experience into Psychiatry though a Psychiatrist, assigned as a practical task for his masters degree in psychiatry by the University he attended, taken on as an apprentice and finalizing his degree in psychiatry before seeking employment.
Mental health clinic: Madara was employed into a mental health clinic in his hometown of Novgorod. Here, he utilized his skills in psychology to get a better understanding of mental illness identification and received training for his degree in medicine recognition, allowing him to excell his career within the clinic, granting him the role as their psychiatry trainee.
Physiology professor: He was employed as a Physiology professor in Karakura Highschool, utilizing his skills in psychiatry and psychology to engage college students in the practices of the human mind and the study of the human body. Although not his desired subject, he feels that it would only benefit him and the students around him who share a keen interest in the testing and innerworkings of the human body. In addition to working inside Karakura Highschool, he spend his time studying for his final year of his medical recognition course and going abroad to complete it before coming back to Karakura.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
↪Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Madara stood at 6'5, his towering figure working in hand with his muscular physique. His blonde hair fell in gentle waves across his face, narrowly missing his shark-like gaze. He was quite well spoken. His mannerisms assert a comforting voice, accompanied with a warm smile that spreads across his face. Madara's appearance greatly resembled his Russian genetics, his most prominent feature being the mole underneath his right eye and the stern, well adjusted facial structure that held him in high regard with his rosy skin well preserved. His appearance was heightened by his choice of clothing, proudly wearing his 3 piece suit set, sophisticatedly tailored slightly loose with comfortability in mind.
Madara, despite keeping to himself, was quite eager to socialise with the people around him, leaving a cascade of laughter subsided by his professional manner. Madara keeps to his professional manner even when speaking with his close friends, and family. Despite only being 39 years old, Madara is quite knowledgeable on many of the pressing issues that arise in Karakura, keeping with the times and closely relating to his academic achievement and career. This alone allows him to keep interest in a conversation, while being deemed as someone you may think would be less sociable when first perceived before leaving behind a good perception, bringing people back because of his interesting, and hearty charisma. Many will notice him drinking tea undisturbed however few will remember when Madara was a smoker with a drinking problem, who suddenly becoming sober and drank his occasional tea while reading a book. The sudden change is unclear but his healthy appearance is heavily influenced by his sobriety.
↪How does your character act around the hospital?
Madara has a deep understanding of working in a place which carries itself by its professional reputation, following his morals and values and allowing his demeanour to work adjacent with how he acts in and out of the workplace. When dealing with patients, Madara would converse strictly around his profession, until he develops a long term closeness with a patient, which would allow him to sympathize with the patient, while maintaining a good standing within the Hospital. He stands to provide for the patient in conversation, while keeping to his roots and valuing the time he spends taking care of them, slowly developing his understanding of them, in turn growing into a mutual respect or association. He makes the most of every interaction, making mental notes on their mannerisms and creating his own perception of them.
With his previous experience as a professor, Madara has a common understanding on co-workers importance, and values the company that it provides in and out of the hospital. He is used to working in conjunction with others, assisting in the management of tasks with ease, never wavering from his passion for coinciding with his co-workers. He holds them in high regards, mainly stemming from his admiration for the service they help to provide, and for the dedication that comes with working in a demanding role. He values them greatly, appreciating their efforts and supporting them through mental or physical turmoil. It's in his nature to help others, providing them with a sense of comfortability in his presence, and letting the warmth of his heart sink into them, allowing for meaningful relationships and collaborations to be formed.
↪Does your character function better on their own or with others?
In the circumstance that he's working with a patient, he prefers to work alone as his train of thought is primarily focused on doing his assigned job, and providing the best service with minimal interruptions. He's keen to agree to helping others, however when it come to his patient, he would rather keep it one on one, so he can better concentrate on them and solely be responsible for them. In the event he needs to do a joint examination with another co-worker or a co-worker would like to be in the room to witness his examination, he would be open to communicating between both the patient and the co-worker so he can maintain productivity. He would never refuse the call for help from one of his co-workers, especially in the event of an emergency or for immediate assistance with either a patient or themselves. He wouldn't spare a second before rushing to the aid of his co-workers. If he's mid examination with a patient and something comes up on the radio, he would be more than eager to respond in the event that something dire comes up, or he is contacted to respond on the radio directly.
