School Employee Role you are Applying For: Teaching Assistant
How often do you log onto the server?: Everyday, for most of the day.
Do you have discord? yes, xmaikeru#9143
Do you have a microphone? yes, i do.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: Within the past year, I have not been banned or warned. However, in the distant past I may have been banned once, though i do not remember for what.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Yes, I have no school so i will come on everyday, per usual. If i'm not able to come on, I'll notify a member of staff.
Do you recognize that you can be ICly fired?: Yes, for any reason ICly that my character messes up i can be fired for such.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: A teaching assistant is there to observe and learn from the teacher's teaching, and is tasked with assisting the teacher and helping out with the students and teaching them what they need to know. They help with supplies, discipline, and even teaching when the teacher is not available for their class.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?: As a teacher, no.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: Mainly gangrp, however within the past two years I have worked at the 11-7, the Subway, and the Yakuzba.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: My job is to assist the teacher in whatever they may need, such as teaching, discipline, escorting a student, handing out detentions, hallway monitoring, among whatever the teacher would ask of me to do.
[Situations]
During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would assess the situation, questioning whether I had done something wrong as i would try and calm the student in question down. However, per school rules, i would have to give them a detention and notify either the principal, vice-principal, or someone else with a higher ranking in the school district than myself.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: I react calmly, taking on the request, though questioning why it is me he requested to do it. No matter, I would get the job done in an orderly and timely fashion, taking careful care of the job to make sure that it's dangers would not affect me as I would finish the job.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: I would attempt to stop them, making sure I got a hold of the Principal or Vice - Principal as i would do so. I would put them in a room by themselves, and question what they were thinking or what their motives were and report that to the higher authority once they arrived, leaving them to take the situation over.

Motivation for Joining YHS: I moved to Karakura to pursue a better life and help the people around me better themselves, and what better way than to be able to help within a stable, school environment? From where I lived in the Roppong District, many children did not have access to school and were much less fortunate than here, and now that I am here and able to help those who are either un-disciplined or just chose not to listen, I intend to help in any way that I can, and inspire future generations to do the same as me.

Why should we accept you over the other applicants?: I'm outgoing, and around everyday and available to do my job. I have experience with disciplining children, as my younger cousin is fourteen, and i just about raised him on my own. I should be able to get the job done properly, and if i do not know what i am doing i am always open to asking for help from other employees.
