Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
As a game based around, school, hence it's name "SchoolRP". I believe that teachers are the main attraction in SchoolRP. They offer many roles during both school hours, and outside. And I will present all of the benefits.
Firstly, teachers offer to host classes during school hours, something necessary for the servers progression, and a basic roleplay necessity. Talking about the aspect of roleplay, teachers may also offer great roleplay, both with other faculty members and other students.
Outside of school hours, the teachers are as important. Teachers aswell offer great roleplay advantages to any player there is, from spending time with needed students, or other necessities.
They are the core of SchoolRP, and offer many "services".

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?: Yes
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?: Yes

In-Character Section

What's your character's full name?: Kai Yenson-Shiki
What is your character's nationality?: United states
What is your preferred subject to teach?: Physical Education

Describe your character:

Kai Minyang, a bold african-american man staggering at the great height of 7'0. He is, by not means, a giant. His broad shoulders respecting his wide arms and straight posture. He is always seen in something formal, from summer to winter. Wherever you see him, you will always notice his Hilal necklace around his neck, showing him muslim decent. His most noticeable trait would be his missing eye, and the big scar covering it. And his good eye, brown and cold ,watching your one and every move. He has a small scar on his chin, though invisible by his lush beard.

Huge tattoos would scatter around half his chest and stomach, the ink of the bloodhounds. Kai always acts a bit more loosely, he is the kind to flow with anything his friends throw at him. Though, when needing seriousness, he is focused. He could drop everything just to focus on the important part in anything. Kai is also very patient, absorbing the trait in his abusive household.
Kai has been part of a few memorable families, from his biological family, Minyang, all the way to his current ones. Yenson is an adoptive family of his, he is an elder in it, but it's pretty new. Shiki on the other hand is much more memorable for him. Kai has been in it for a good while, and an elder in it too. It is quite the interesting family, and there is even another teacher in it.

What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?:

Kai sees his students as his children, treats them with respect, and never ignorance. He could spend an entire day if a kid didn't understand something, paying all of his patience to them. To his co-workers, he treats them as his friends, and friends to him is family. Safe to say they are like family to him. Though he pays everyone respect, he manages to balance everything out, giving anyone needing attention. And though there might be people who dislike him, whether it is a student or teacher, he will find a way to de-escelate the situation between them.

What is your character's motivation for teaching?:

Kai has experienced a harsh life, especially education. Kai, back when he was in high school, was never focused on school, comletely neglecting it, and even dropping it for the crime life in Karakura. And when he arrived at college, he barely did anything, considering dropping out. But then he had a good, long conversation with one of the high school teachers, and it changed him. The teacher has showed him how much education is important, both giving it and recieving it, which then drove him to put more time, and end up graduating with a Bachelors degree in physical eduacation and excercise science.
To sum up, my characters motivation came all from understanding how much education is important in said conversation with the teacher. it drove him all the way to graduation, and to apply for a job in Karakura high.

Roleplay Scenarios

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
If a student was struggling to understand the material, Kai wouldn't give up on them like others might. Kai will come up to the student, he wouldn't call him up to the board. He would then talk to the student, make sure he gives them all the attention they need. And if they need, talk to them after class about it.

A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Kai wouldn't do anything at first, it's minor after all. If it continues again, Kai would warn the student, he would tell them to wait for his turn or to calm down. If it happens again, he will give him another warning. If they keep that up to the third warning, Kai would make sure to give the student detention for not following faculty orders and disrupption.

Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject:

"Memory Circuit Training" Class Idea
Human Anatomy Pointout" Class Idea
Objective: Strengthen memory through physical activity + mental challenges.
Objective: Students will learn about muscles, bones, and organs in the human body in a fun activity.
1. Warm-Up for 5 minutes, to prevent any injuries.

2. Kai would call out two numbers, odd or even, while students jog in place. (Spam crouching)

3. Students clap for odd numbers and jump for even numbers.
This trains both working memory and focus!

This class would take place in the track field.
Students will sit down, and Kai will give a little introduction on what the class will be about.

1. Kai would call for a student up, position him in a somewhat of a T-Pose next to the whiteboard, before calling for another student.

2. He will tell the student to point at an organ, muscle group, or bone on the other student, correcting them if their wrong, and maybe giving them a sticker if they are right. Only if it was a difficult question (write and action that includes the position they are pointing at).

And then it goes like that for about 6 rounds before Kai starts to teach about these organs, muscles, and bones. Their role in the body, their location, how to take care of them, and more.
