Sec1: Player Information
❁ What is your Minecraft username?:
> Reximix
> Heximix
> Meximix (APPLYING)
❁ Do you have Discord (If so, what is your discord username?):
> reximix
❁ How old are you? (Optional):
> I'm 21 years old.
❁ What is your time zone?:
> GMT+3 or UTC+3
❁ Describe your activity on the server:
> I'd say I've been a decently active player on SchoolRP for the past year and a half! If it weren't for a 4 month long hiatus, I would have been online on SRP daily for an entire year, yikes! It's rare to find a game or concept that sticks with you for that long of a time, at least that's how it is for me, this makes SchoolRP all the more special to me. From roleplaying with friends, exploring stories and lore hidden in the server's forums and architecture, meeting new people, engaging with brilliant roleplayers and new ones alike. . . I've found the server to be less of a "cringy one-time visit" and more of a comfort place. Yep, when I first joined this server, I had NO idea what I was in for!
> It's only been a year and so, others have been around for much longer; God I wish I was others. At one point, it stopped being all about making new roleplay opportunities and more about reminiscing over past activities. You know a Minecraft server hits you well when you start getting nostalgic about it, after all! That was the spot I found myself in when I returned from that hiatus (January). Roleplay and engaging halted, I only came back to the server to go through memory lane.
> FamilyRP isn't just glued but also sealed and stapled to my heart. I've been HUGE on the Sidorov family for the longest time on SRP. Probably not the most reputationally gifted, but it was a community made of internet strangers that became the closest thing to a family. It's through roleplay I've developed relations with the community and that has always been the highlight of this server to me. I've been playing the character [Grade-12][Club-Leader] Nikolai Sidorov for an entire year, almost religiously! I lived and breathed through my character only to later admit that there's more to meet the eye when it came to SRP's roleplay opportunities.
> FactionRP was my next target despite having avoided it for the longest time. It was an internal conflict that I had to prove myself ready to take on Roleplay as a Faction member considering the endless possibilities but also the strictness of certain aspects. It wasn't until I engaged in DetailRP for the first time, then used it more often, then spoke in complete DetailRP. . . I felt good enough to take on [Club-Leader], [Faculty], [Basketball] team! To me, SchoolRP evolved from a fun 'little' server, an addiction, a comfort place, a learning grounds for RP, and now. . . Well, whenever I'm not actively online in-game, I only ever communicate with the SchoolRP community whether they're close friends, ICLY family, or club members.
❁ Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
> Of course, I've already taken precautions so that I will be able to remain an active Shopkeeper by reviewing the necessary details about its requirements.

❁ What are your current role(s) on the server? (If you're in college, specify your degree level):

Sec 2a. Shop Information
❁ What shop are you applying for?:
> I'm applying for the shop "Tokki-Yo", then rename it to "Yona-Yona!" when accepted. I'd like to keep the build the same until further notice since the appeal of the store matches Yona-Yona!'s concept well. Just like Tokki-Yo, my store will also be Gifts & Cosmetics, however it'll focus more on Cosplay Items.
❁ Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
> Frankly, the shopkeeper faction had always been the role I've been eyeing from afar ever since joining SRP. Y'know, the classic hunt for flip phones? One of my first experiences on the server was browsing through the catalog of items being sold at Sayonara Giftshop! Ever since then, the shop faction roused a great deal of interest as I would ponder how the whole process functioned. It was also nice seeing employees being real people rather than NPCs!
> Though, at the time, I was far too young in SRP knowledge to even dare apply for that role, or any role for that matter! I knew that tackling the fundamentals of Roleplay should come first. Over the year I've been playing SRP, I ended up working at Ryuketsu, Tokki-Yo, Igen'noaru, Mai-Yume, and Sayonara Giftshop. At this rate, I knew exactly how to function as an employee of a store, getting a few tidbits of information from higher-ups on what it was like running and restocking a store. This only furthered my intrigue into the Shopkeeper faction, however, not enough for me to apply for it.
(An old photo taken after my first shift in Tokki-Yo!)
> After being introduced to the faction of [Club-Leader], that's when I got a taste of how it'd feel like to monitor the member's activity and organize events. This also further built up the confidence I had in my ideas since I was never outspoken when it came to such things. Being [Club-Leader] made me realize that sharing your ideas with your community only strengthens it. Being [Faculty] for a little while kept me in the loop on what it'd be like roleplaying as an adult. I even decided to start a business called [Karamount Studios] which would later be an integral asset to Yona-Yona!
> Gone were the days when I felt too little to apply for big roles such as Shopkeeper, I want in! I'm putting all the SRP knowledge, lore, roleplay quality, and event planning to the ultimate test by rebranding Tokki-Yo to Yona-Yona! Another important aspect of my application to Shopkeeper is that I would love to engage in more shopkeeper-to-employee roleplay. During the time I was an employee in many stores, the one thing I valued the most in a shift was the roleplay between employees that came after it, the interaction between employee and customer during it, and the words of encouragement given by a Higher-up before it. My primary goal is to sustain a revitalized environment for Roleplay within a cosmetics store similar to the rich roleplay featured in Restaurants.
❁ What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
[1] Karamount Studios:
> To view the full picture of what Yona-Yona! offers, you'll need to know a little about a partnered business called Karamount Studios. This business works in conjunction with this Cosplay Cosmetics shop by uploading movies made and recorded in SRP! From time to time, I'll be spending money from my own wallet to create batches of cosmetics that'll be featured in Karamount Studio's movies. Once the movie is released for the public to see, Yona-Yona! will be selling those featured cosmetics exclusively!
Karamount Studios founded by Anatoly Sidorov specializes in creating a wide range of films that encompass different styles and genres: from real-life stories to folktales and even fiction. Its 'Movie Productions' aims to bring entertainment and grandeur to the people of Karakura. It also features a 'Music Studio' dedicated to creating and sourcing royalty-free music and provides the perfect soundscape to enhance the cinematic experiences crafted by the movie division. A 'Photography Studio', a haven for photographers and videographers to express their artistic visions. From professional photoshoots to capturing the essence of Karakura, the photography studio is dedicated to preserving memories and storytelling through still images in contrast to the movie department. Karamount Studios doesn't merely entertain the citizens of Karakura only; its ambition extends beyond local borders. With a vision to captivate audiences worldwide, the studio aims to bring its productions internationally. By doing so, Karamount aspires to draw tourists from far and wide, inciting them to witness the beauty and charm of Karakura firsthand, and perhaps encouraging those tourists to consider moving and populating the beloved town even further. Aspiring actors, visionary photographers, musical virtuosos, professional dancers, skilled editors, compelling writers, and talented voice actors are all invited to join Karamount Studios.
[2] Cosplay Accessories:
> About every month, 5 new items will be introduced into the store's catalog! Two things, albums, and chapters. Albums will be decided on with the community, and chapters will be decided by upper management depending on sales! Every batch of 5 customs will be a chapter within an album, while every album is a different theme completely independent from one another. So, for example, January's album is all about D&D! The first chapter of the D&D album will possess 5 items relating to the theme such as a Bard's instrument, a knight helmet, medieval fantasy toy swords, and so on. February's album is about Hello Kitty, thus its first chapter will have all things Hello Kitty. In March, upper management discovered that Hello Kitty had gone completely off the shelves therefore March will feature Hello Kitty's second chapter with brand new items sticking to the theme!
> The idea here is that each item in an album is curated to fit the needs of cosplayers! This comes at the expense of item variety but excels in accessory matching. Heck, if I was a customer and liked D&D, I'd just take apart the entire shelf of each chapter knowing with confidence that these items share similarities in theme! Additionally, the cosplay accessories in albums are not considered Karamount Studio featured cosmetics. . . Meaning, more and more cosplay material for the entire server of SRP to enjoy and weeb over!
[3] Advert Trailers for Each Chapter:
> Every so-month, an album gets released bringing in fresh new items to Karakura. When the new batch gets integrated and is ready for an opening, the next advert will highlight the newly released items in a w2g video trailer INCLUDED in the in-game advert! All thanks to the partnered business of Karamount Studios, these short trailers will bring excitement, rouse interest, and offer an easy way to view the new items without needing to bother canceling their RP sessions; convenient, eh? Here's an unfinished example of a trailer showcasing some of the first cosplay items I will be introducing. Click here!
[4] The Yona in Yona-Yona!
> The main focus of 'Yona-Yona!', aside from the super duper cute cosplay cosmetics, is a rich roleplay environment for both employees and customers alike! With every opening, 2 models will roam the store wearing tailor-made cosplay outfits paired with our accessories. The spotlight, however, goes to the 'Yona!' who will make surprise appearances in certain openings! While the models are mostly there to showcase items and cosplays, the 'Yona!' does exactly that but is also the manager of these models. Think. . . cheer-captain slash choreographer slash idol, the 'Yona!' must be charismatic and interactive with everyone without being an annoyance. They delegate tasks to models to ensure that they're not just. . standing there! They pre-prepare detailed actions with certain models in the case of flash performance, and they collect customers' suggestions on potential future albums! The 'Yona!' will also play a significant role by introducing the items being displayed in an advert made by Karamount Studios. Oh, yeah, and do imagine the 'Yona!' being exceedingly adorable, with slight crackhead energy, and packing a punch of optimism to throw at security employees!
❁ What will you sell in your shop?:
> All things cosplay! We're talking accessories that go on the head, on the shoulder, hanging from the back, to be held, all of the above. . . The quantity of 'Yona-Yona!' cosmetics will grow over time as I've explained, but for its beginning stages it'll sell some cosplay items such as Sailormoon, Hello Kitty, Anime themed items, toy weapons that pertain to a fictional character, jewelry pertaining to a character, and an arsenal of my customs such as:
Sec 2b. Employee Information
I like to keep the number of employees at 25! Employees must be aged 16+ and not employed by more than two other shops to be hired. Additionally, employees can swap their roles if a spot is available by reaching out to me. Here's the division (excluding Shopkeeper & Trial Employees). The discord server is a WIP currently.
> Shopkeeper [1/1]
Oh, hey! It's me! As shopkeeper, I'll be in charge of quite literally everything that goes around in my store in-game and in its respective Discord channel. The ambitious nature of 'Yona-Yona!'s concept considering the monthly albums, video trailers, themes, 'Yona!' coordination will keep me on my toes! Apart from the extra responsibilities due to this concept, my role will also regard maintaining stock, organization of storage, the hiring process and occasionally training sessions, promotions, and demotions, ensuring the 12 quota monthly quota is met, and moderating staff activity. With authority that falls right below the Faction lead's, I'll need to demonstrate fairness to my staff in terms of pay, treatment, and roleplay engagement.
> Store Managers [0/2]
Sitting right below the shopkeeper in terms of store authority, they'll be mostly in charge of restocks, openings, and staff moderation. Their attendance is only ever necessary in case I won't be able to proceed with an opening at a desired date. However, they're more than welcome to take on the role of either model, security, or cashier as store managers are required to be experienced individuals within Yona-Yona! Similar to the 'Yona!', they'll need to communicate with me often regarding any concerns, suggestions, and receive permission to proceed with an opening in my absence. These top dogs are also capable of monitoring sales and deducing potential chapters for each album by alerting the shopkeeper personally. They're also the ones who might give me enough reason to check CCTV cameras for potential theft.
> Yona! [0/1]
Reaching catastrophic levels of energy, this prima-donna is expected to make an appearance every now and then during openings. Customers all over Karakura will know if the 'Yona!' is present or not through the initial advert. They serve the purpose of entertainment by interacting with customers charismatically and occasionally throwing a surprise performance with the models. The 'Yona!' also lends an ear to wandering buyers of any suggestions regarding the next album to be featured. This talkative bundle of joy also serves the role of being "The Face" of Yona-Yona! Additionally, they're responsible for what the cosplayers/models will be wearing; this includes keeping tabs on tailors who would extend a reasonable fee for designing the outfits. Heavy knowledge of Roleplay is a requirement for this role, thus any employee with proper skill may apply to take the role.
> Cosplayers/Models [0/5]
Two cosplayers per opening, one cosplayer being the minimum. In the case that no current cosplayer is available for an opening, any member of the security or cashier role may take their place. These employees are responsible for showing off the store's catalog of items on their person. They're expected to have a decent amount of knowledge on certain themes present at the store as they'll most likely be asked questions by customers. Before an opening, they will receive a skin file of a cosplay outfit to put on, then they'll receive an assortment of 3-5 cosmetics by the shopkeeper, store manager, or 'Yona!' only. These items are expected to be returned after the shift is over.
> Security [0/5]
Two security per opening. It's easy for customers to get a bit too excited in a store filled with themed items, thus security is there to escort civilians out in case of extreme rule-breaking or harassment of any of the models or 'Yona!'. Additionally, they serve a purpose on the store's discord server similar to a moderator. They're meant to gather evidence of civilian OR staff disruption and they'll send the proof at a designated Discord channel only accessible to them and Store Managers. With enough warnings and evidence given, they are essentially able to blacklist a customer from entering the store.
> Cashier [0/12]
Three per opening, six maximum swapping spots on the second opening announcement. Cashiers are tasked to stay behind an aisle and proceed with any sale. Training sessions will primarily focus on these cashiers where they'll be given detailed instructions on what to do. Greet, listen for requests, get the item(s), receive payment first, and then hand over the item(s). They'll also be given a demonstration of the shop panel and its functionalities.
> Trial-Employee [0/?]
These are employees who passed the application process for their desired role, they're meant to receive as much training as possible before promoting them to a fixed position.
Sec3: Character Information

Anatoly Sidorov
> Age:
30 years old
> Pronouns:
He/Him
> Sexual Orientation:
Pansexual
> Education:
Master's degree in Fine Arts & Graphic Design (From age 20 to 26)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing (From age 24 to 28)
> Appearance:
(Despite running a Kawaii-esque store, his cosplay style is quite edgy!)
> Details:
Anatoly Sidorov is living proof that it's not always 'just a phase. . .' often seen wearing dark clothing, maintaining a rough exterior, emitting a sense of danger in his presence. . . However, this 6'5" Russian male does not pose any sort of threat; he's quite a nice person underneath the plethora of dark-themed cosplays he enjoys wearing. During his teens, he would save up money working as a tattoo artist to support his family. While his methods seemed grim in the eyes of his traditional parents, Anatoly simply meant to express his love for art. Later on, he'd take on university as a graphics design student before graduating thanks to the years he spent developing his tattoo art. This aspiring art student would then come across the concept of cosplay when he fell in love with a cosplayer during a convention in Germany. A wandering Korean brunette named "Yeon-Hwa" had stolen his heart from the very first moment he laid eyes on her. The pair would have fallen deeply in love with each other and then got married when he turned 24. Unfortunately, their romance would not last since she passed away during childbirth. The tragedy of losing her etched melancholy in his heart that would never fade away. Caring for their child and watching him grow all on his own. . he only hoped that Yeon-Hwa would watch over them from above. However, Anatoly would not go down without a fighting chance to bring Yeon-Hwa's memory to light. This brings us to the present day as he aspires to create 'Yona-Yona!' in loving memory of his late wife Yeon-Hwa.
❁ Additional notes about your application:
> Karamount Studios is WIP. After making the business official, my only adult slot was changed to HS. Therefore, upon acceptance into the Shopkeeper faction, I'll resume the movie business as well assuming the shopowner also owns the business.
