I've joined SchoolRP last year in March after coming across SchoolRP on Tiktok and I found it very interesting as I also wanted to get back into roleplaying after I haven't been roleplaying for over all a year before I joined SchoolRP. I have over 11 weeks of playtime on SchoolRP and I hope to make it grow wayy longer than 11 weeks. I typically log on everyday if I have time, or if I'm not exhausted after working. My timezone, CDT, really helps affect my playing time on SchoolRP as it lets me meet multiple people and possibly new friends. SchoolRP also got me to make my own family to try and grow. The numerous factions that keep me going on SchoolRP is Faculty, and Shopkeeper as I find those two the most interesting and I was actually in Faculty before. Currently, im in College Councillor and I'm having a very fun time being in this group as I met a lot of amazing people

Shop Information
What shop are you applying for?:
im looking to apply for ownership of Jaibatsume Cosmetics, yet I want to rename it to Yozora Shōten!
Why do you want to become a Shopkeeper?:
As I joined SchoolRP, I first joined Faculty, specifically the teacher faction as it was on my radar on factions I wanted to try. I quit Teacher Faction this year and wanted to try a new faction to get familiar with newer people. I always found the concept of people being able to run and open their own shops that they designed themselves pleasing, and a very interesting concept. So Shopkeeper was another faction on my radar that I want to try out for.
I also believe that being a Shopkeeper requires companionship, responability and a lot more for someone to handle and I feel like I have all of that to be capable to own this shop. Also, I originally worked at Jaibatsume Cosmetics under the original person who owned it, yet I was never able to get a shift in, and I want the shop to get the justice it deserves under my ownership, but make it into something new for SchoolRP to come across and experience under new ownership who wishes to be kind and welcoming to this lovely community.
What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
The place will be filled with galatic space themed decorations and Korean culture smells with the new owner being Kazuki Yozora, a former teacher at Karakura High School. Kazuki wishes for the shop to show his love for astronomy and anything space related along with his appreciation for his Korean culture. I don't have any ideas on the interior or exterior just yet since there's no specific photos I can find that can match said descriptions and still make Yozora Shōten look like a shop instead of a home makeover. But if I get this shop, I feel like I can make this shop really look out of this world!
The shop would smell faintly of Korean cultural herbs and Korean Pine incense always burning to give the shop a good smell through out the shop, giving a welcoming feeling towards anyone who wishes to shop while the shop is open on any day it decides to be open. Kazuki always wants to be there to welcome any customers into his shop instead of hiding in the back, making sure all is going well within his shop. And if you're lucky, you'll be able to meet some of his children who are always with him in his shop helping tend customers and helping them if they need assistance.
The shop will be vaguely open, full of shelves and display cases of the items that are being sold, so anyone can see what they'll like to buy at the front registers.
What will you sell in your shop?:
I plan to sell accessories to wear, furniture and gifts in this shop! Some being hard to obtain like customs, or some being easy and this is just another shop that sells a certain item that some people may be late to buy from another shop.
How many employees do you plan to have?:
There will be 20-25 in total, but seperated into different positions.
Shopkeeper (1/1)
The owner of the shop.
Cashiers (15/15)
Multiple cashiers are hired, and only three can take a shift. No one can take an opening after taking a previous one so every cashier has a chance to get an opening.
Security (3/3)
Each security guard will be present within the shop. One the first floor, and one on the second to make sure there's no shady business going on within the store. The manager security guard can be on either floor.
Managers (4/4)
There will be a manager for each position who trains a new person for said position
Security Animals (2/2)
Security Animals for the Security people incase they need speed to catch someone.
I have no uniforms right now, but I can make up some designs incase I get accepted into ownership for this.
