But you should still follow and respect all of the rules revolving around combat(sections 6-9)

In general the rules are case by case. Depending on who you're P2Ling with, agreements are different. There's two main variants of P2L: Pre-determined’s an agreed outcome with who you’re P2Ling with. Improv’s undecided, going where the flow takes you, by following logic and reason of what’s plausible. So I bought but then I sold an apartment because I felt bad for the person that used to live in it and now I have to wait to get more money because of that:(
