Describe your activity and roleplay experience on the server:
I am basically always active unless it's for sleep or work. I spend most of my free-time on SchoolRP. I’m involved in multiple communities and enjoy branching out and finding more reasons to hop online. As time has passed my roleplay experiences have gained depth and this has allowed me to refine my roleplaying skills and abilities.
In your own words, why do you think professors are important to SchoolRP?
Faculty are a crucial part of the school and the roleplay that takes place within the building. Both Teachers and Professors alike are fundamental to assisting students with progression through the education system as well as helping students choose the right path by leading by example and enforcing Karakura High School’s code of conduct within the school.
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive, you may face demotion or removal from the faction?
I do acknowledge that inactivity in the faction may face demotion and/or removal. The reasoning behind these decisions are valid and I will not question the decision of the higherups in the faction as I’m sure that it was done with careful consideration.
Do you understand if your application is accepted, you may have to undergo professor training?:
Of course. It is important to have an understanding of the system that the faculty work with.
In-Character Information
Valentine stepped into the room, each measured stride oozing absolute confidence. Her unwavering gaze settled on the interviewers.
What's your character's full name?
Extended her hand as she initiated a handshake, dipped her head before she sat down. “I’m Valentine Vesper LocheHeart-Armàni. It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance.” She offered a polite smile.
Age (Minimum is 27):
She quirked a brow, a mischievous smirk curled at her lip. “Isn’t the number one rule to never ask a lady for her age?” She’d tsk. “I’m 27, can’t you tell?” Bringing a hand to sit horizontally under her chin as she modeled her face. “The secret is sunscreen and a good night's rest.”
Nationality:
Valentine rolled her shoulders back, shifting herself forward on her seat. “I’m a proud African-American woman, I spent the majority of my life in France though.” She spoke clearly, her tone melodic. A slight French accent coated her words like honey as they fell off of her tongue.
Preferred Subject:
Narrowed her gaze, a small smile settling on her face. “I specialize in Criminology. Teaching youth criminal behavior and the justice system is my passion.” Her head would angle slightly to the left, prepared to take in the next question.

Describe the character:
How do they look and act?
Valentine sat there, exuding complete unwavering confidence. Her long off-white locs cascading down her body, shifting only when she adjusted her upright posture. She seemed to have a fixed expression of curiosity, her green orbs encapsulating you as she studied your body language. A habit she had gained in her years of study. A lean, well disciplined frame hidden under her formal attire, sharp white canines shone through her smile, small gems adorning her teeth. Scars scattered across her skin, it was clear this woman had a history prior to this. From the looks of things.. She could’ve been an officer of some sorts?
What makes them unique and different?
Valentine had almost a vampiric presence about her, her mannerisms oddly romantic in a way, despite her pure hatred for affection she came across strangely warm, acting as if she had known whoever she was speaking to for a lifetime.
What are their plans for the future?
Self-assured and confident. Valentine knew her future in Karakura was full of possibilities. Her ultimate goal is to teach the younger generations about criminology and how to identify criminal behavior. Hopefully guiding many towards the legal justice work fields. Especially after seeing the crime rates within the city.
What is their outlook on students and their co-workers?
Valentine views all of her students as humans, none are beneath or above the other. The same goes for her colleagues. Valentine bases her judgement on the actions and behavior of someone, finding always that actions speak louder than words. Something that she had learned in her time within the justice system, many times actions disproved words, and so she only takes into account the actions of someone to form an opinion.
What is their motivation for becoming a professor?:
Having seen the crime rates within Karakura, Valentine found it would be a wonderful idea to fly over from France and teach the youth about the justice system through criminology. Steering her students in the right direction towards a lawful pathway in life.
Roleplay Scenarios
A jock is ignoring your lesson and throwing paper balls at another student, what would your character do?
-Valentine paused, looking at the balled up paper that had slowly rolled to her feet. Taking a steady breath before pivoting on her heel to face the class. Clasping her palms together as she began to stalk her way through the class, marker still in hand. “Would anyone care to explain why we are littering in my classroom?” -She spoke, her tone low and controlled, studying the tension in the room. “Ms. it was him! He threw it at me because I told him to stop talking.” A young girl spoke, hand pointed to the sky as she threw the boy under the bus. -Valentine dragged her gaze to the young man, pulling her shoulders back before she spoke. “Care to explain why you thought this was a wise choice, Mr. Rākena?” She allowed the student to explain his choices before taking action. “Tsk- She had it coming! She didn’t even say PLEASE.” He argued, clearly not understanding that HE was the one at fault. “Very well then, Mr. Rākena. I look forward to seeing you down in detention after school. Now pick up your rubbish and pay attention.” -Valentine commanded, she was not a force to be reckoned with, especially within her classroom. Strutting towards the whiteboard to continue her lesson.
A student doesn’t seem to understand the material, yet hasn’t requested help, what would your character do?
-Valentine often explored her classroom, looking to offer help wherever it was needed. Spotting a student massaging their temples while looking at the work, she understood exactly how that felt from her academic years, subtly making her way over as she pressed her palm into the corner of the desk, peering down at the student. “How are we going? Do you need any help, love?” She spoke quietly, careful not to draw attention, nothing more embarrassing than being outed by the teacher about struggling with the material. “Yes.. I’m just not understanding the pattern of this spatter.” The student pointed to the provided examples of blood spatter, they were ****yzing how different spatter patterns indicate different points of height that it had dripped from. “Well let’s take a closer look, why don’t we?” -Valentine began to go over the material once more, simplifying it for her student to understand.
When in the faculty lounge, how does your character act?
Taking a long sigh after a day of stressful events, she leaned herself against the counter, both hands wrapped firmly around her coffee mug. Noticing her colleague she leaned towards them, a polite smile on her face. “You look out of it, here let me make you a coffee, how many sugars do you take?” -She’d spin, placing down her coffee as she began to make up a cup for her colleague. “So, any stories you want to share over a cup?” -Winking, she knew exactly what school days often entailed, preparing to hear her co-workers' day as they both sipped their cups of life support coffee.

- Field trip: multi class activity. Class 1: Students enact a crime scene and prepare statements for the court based on crime scene evidence, there are prosecuting and defense attorneys as well as witnesses and suspects. Class 2: Using the material from the previous class, students and teachers make their way down to the courtroom and enact a trial, students will debate and attempt to win the case.
