What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I’ve experienced multiple roleplay scenarios. Each scenario I’ve encountered has given me knowledge and experience that I apply to other roleplays.

Roleplays
Experience
SRP
I’ve been part of the SRP community for the past 6 years. Experiencing a good amount of roleplay of every style. From being a newbie, absolutely no clue how to do an appropriate roleplay with another individual. I've mastered the art of role playing that's engraved in my bones. I’ve Roleplay from the youngest child to a career choice path. In a professional setting to emotional situations.
Roblox
Roblox, a game where there’s endless opportunities for a person to role play. Some of the games I roleplayed in are cat warriors, countless Doctor roleplays, Family roleplays, survival roleplays for example creatures of sonaria, eternal enemies, etc. Wild Horse Island. ( dont judge my rp areas! THEY ARE ME YOUTH RP AND STILL HAVE FUN RPING IN THESE GAMES)
Animo, Blockman (Old blockman that allowed minute servers for bedrock), etc.
Like many others, I’ve roleplayed in amino before the ads, and when it died down. Countless roleplay communities. My first area of Roleplay was an app called Blockman, early 2010, this app was meant for people to create minecraft bedrock servers for free, allowing countless roleplays, play togethers and more. I did plenty of school and family roleplays. Good memories.

What is your motivation for applying?
My motivation for applying is I miss being part of the medical team. I enjoyed tending to patients. Performing small and major injuries. Filling out logs, and paying taxes. Also enjoy what I learn and know that I’m able to help keep characters alive. The roleplay that comes with the job.Enjoy talking to my fellow coworkers. How we work together, communicate and help each other in situations. I enjoy tending to most patiences, treating, reassuring them, and helping them get better!

Which role are you applying for?
Doctor

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
(This is to gauge at your current understanding of the faction prior to acceptance)

Doctors: Doctors are the front liners. They do from the simplest check ups to the risky surgeries. Tend to the front desk, sudden emergencies. Doctors also learn and perform the equipment. Such as MRIs, CAT scans, X-rays, and other medical items. Doctors also learn to do blood tests and the morgue. Also after a certain time they are also responsible for teaching the new trainees.

Psychiatrist: Psychiatrist are the counselors for trauma, mental, emotional, behavioral, and so much that a single out of the many people in this town have. I consider this role to be the most challenging one. Cause not only are you carrying the patient's inner wounds and scars but also your own. Beside that, they carry the responsibility to give therapy, give advice to the best of their capabilities. They also have to fill out forms, give out prescriptions and medication. Also tend to 110 calls if needed.

Paramedic: Paramedics! They are our little bit of everything in the medical department, but mostly the first responders when there's an emergency outside of the hospital. They have granted permission to Ambulance, and can also do common tasks that Doctors and Psychiatrists are able to do. They're basically the all in one package.

Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I Acknowledge and Accept any punishment if my attendance is not acceptable.

Character Backstory (Optional):
Angel Backstory

Infant

Angel, born in 1990, was radiant from birth. Rare set of white hair and violet eyes. Truly a rare sight for a child. Though this child, as rare as her features are, the strangest aspect was her lack of crying? All newborns cry and cry but one who rarely did, grew some concerns. After a few tests of studying Angel's behavior, tickling her feet, small little scares and a couple of tickles. No laughs, yells or signs of discomfort or happiness. Constantly neutral look. Her parents worry some about their daughter, doctors confirmed to be symptoms of a condition called alexithymia. In other words primary alexithymia which means genetically passed down of an individual who has a difficult time in identifying, describing, and expressing one's own emotions.

Her parents worry for Angel's growth and state of being as she grows, Doctors reassured the parent that with time it can be ‘cured’ with Talk Therapies. The effective treatment already focuses on Building Emotional Literacy and Strengthening the Mind-Body Connection.

With the parents more at ease, Angel's life begins.

Toddler

Ages 1-8. Throughout her toddler years the young Angel has proven herself to be a bright child. At 1 year had a grasp of walking on her own. Her parents realized, took either time to properly teach her the Alphabet and Numbers up to 50. On days out Angel would point out numbers and letters, her parents took this chance to build up the difficulty of learning every time they saw improvement. Ages 2-3 Angels spent her days learning from 2 letter words to up to 3-4 letter words. Single number math problems to two numbers math problems.

This routine created an environment for Angel with the urge of wanting to learn more and improving herself. Fast learner she was as well, each time she found her studies too simple, on her own found a lil more complex material for her to read or try to understand.

Ages 4 - 10. A time period where things became more of a challenge for dear Angel. Starting her talk therapies at 4 years old. The sooner she improves her emotional numbness the better her future. (The parent’s thought process). Her therapy sessions at the beginning were- chaotic. Imagine telling a child without knowing how to feel emotions. With a contestant question “How does this make you feel?” and the loop answer being her reply “ I Don’t Know.” Eventually allowing her to express and feel frustration and anger as her first emotional responses. Being the first emotional response, of course it is intense, leading to panic attacks throughout the first 2 months of therapy talk. Continuing these sessions no matter how challenging and stressful of an impact it left on Angel. Yes it helped achieve other emotions but at the price of Angel mental state. 4 years passed by 8 years old. Having achieved multiple certificates and awards for studies, reading, math and science. Ability to maintain focus and concentration allowed her to become a high educational student. While struggling to comprehend classmates and teachers in communication. Ages 8 - 10. Angel continuing her therapy sessions only intensified. Causing her to react strongly towards others when feeling pressured or annoyed. Adding her stress and anxiety overcomes her when struggling to answer or respond to something she doesn’t comprehend. Leading her to be home schooled through her teen years.

Teen

Ages 11 - 18. As Angel grew, her parents drowned themselves at work, neglecting their child. Appointed a nanny to take care of Angel to replace their absence. This is where Angel developed the emotions of confusion, frustration, and sadness. She didn’t comprehend why. Why she felt emptiness, a tightness in her chest, and lost. All so different, yet felt at the same time. It was too much for her to process, distracting her from the feelings, closing herself in her own room. Throughout her youth, well, the majority of it was spent in her house away from the world. Every family dinner, going out and vacation. Less and less every year she stops caring. Stop speaking. Started listening and observing. Yes, Angel felt so neglected by her parents, she became independent, avoidant, vigilant and social withdrawal.

Age 15-16. When Angel turned 15, her mother announced she was pregnant. Which led to a new Emotion, Surprised. Her mother, gonna have a child? She was confused on how she felt but accepted that she was not going to be an only child any longer.

As months passed, Angel's mother stayed home the majority of the time. At the beginning being uncomfortable with each other's company, slowly warming up to each other once more, talking, sharing moments and helping her mother out. Angel finally felt a slight feeling of happiness, while helping her mother cook, she expressed a smile. Her mother was shocked at the view of a smile, dropping a pot on the ground. The first time she saw her smile, emotions followed the mother realizing her neglect towards her daughter, tearing and crying, having a sentimental pause to their cooking with an embrace of mother and daughter. A couple months passed, 2 months before Angel's 16th birthday, her twin brothers were born. Gabriel and Raphael, both in their own baby carrier. For twins, they were nothing identical. One had bronze-like hair and the other a dark brown hair color. One honey colored eyes and the other hazel eyes. Wasn’t sure if they were actually her brothers. Having that thought in her head, she heard a cry. It was her brother Raphael, crying and crying. Angel found it bothersome, though the moment she experienced a new emotion. Her mother asked if she’d like to carry her brother. She felt scared. Bits of trembling hands reaching out to her brother, quickly retrieving, denying in a polite manner.

Age 16-18. Since the birth of her brothers, for the next 2 years struggled to adapt to the new environment in the house. Of course to also co-exist with the twins too.

Early Adulthood

Ages 18 - 19. In these early stages, Angel completed her home schooling. Decided and prepared to move on campus, University of Oslo , most known University in her living area. Known for the studies of Medicine,Law and Science. Before heading to University, Angel’s mother was diagnosed with a tumor in her stomach. Thankfully it was caught on time. Her mother is now safe. Due to this, Angel learns to feel fear for a loved one. Researching careers paths towards studying the nervous system. Which are connected to multiple diseases, strokes, tumors, disabilities, pains and other chronic conditions. Finding a field of study in Neurology.

Ages 19-25. Finally moved into campus, her studying journey begins. Spent the past 5 years studying child neurology, clinical neurophysiology, endovascular surgical neuroradiology and neuromuscular or pain medicine. Doing countless exercises, performances and presentations throughout her university time. Her social life throughout this time wasn’t the best. Mostly isolated herself in the dorm, Sticking her nose in books and may open session practices. Eventually graduating at age 25.

Present:

Ages 26-27. Turning 26, Angel moved to Karakura. In hopes for a better job opportunity. As she got adjusted to her new living environment. Prepared for any new experiences and opportunities she may encounter.

SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical speciality? Why did they choose this focus?
(Ensure this is appropriate to the position you have chosen. Some examples can be found here)

Angel's medical speciality is neurology. The reason for this focus is witnessing her mother's condition when diagnosed with a stomach tumor, the process, how she needed to eat, and how painful it must’ve been for her mother. Her mother, now healthy and well, decided on a career path that diagnoses and properly treats any disease, tumor and other conditions through the nervous system. This way if any family member has any symptoms that sound concerning, she can quickly get to work to diagnose and be treated in the best possible way that she can offer them.

Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Yes. During her studies, Angel performed several exercises, training and sessions. Learning how to manage CAT scan, MRI scans, and EEG’s (electroencephalogram). Countless students volunteer to participate in being patients. Even participating herself to experiencing what patients would experience throughout scans and some treatments. Angel also Volunteer in multiple events and in-town clinic and hospital apprenticeships. To gain hands on work and oh job experience. On events, she helps with blood donations, testing for viruses and free small check ups. In local clinics and hospitals, Angel did a good amount of tasks. Check-in patients, grab their information, do eye sight check, vitals, reflexes. Common procedures throughout her time.

SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE

Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?

Angel is albino (sudden change). Extremely Pale skin, white hair with a purple tint. Messy hair length is slightly below the waist. Height is 5 feet tall. Weight is 110 LBs. Body structure is thin and slim. Has eye prescription, due to sight being nearsighted.
( note: The skin in the images is made by me, and YES, I have alot to work on but I'm proud to be using a skin I made for this field of work, even if it's too bright. Might tone it down later)

How does your character act around the hospital?

With patients: Attending patients becomes a priority. Is quiet and gets straight to the point. Tending to small injuries, Angel doesn't small talk. She tends, does what's required for patients. Only talks when needed. For example, describing a person's condition, medication, asking for events, name, personal information. But in the case of major injuries, after making sure the patient is stable and safe from danger. She’ll personally question the patient and those who brought them. If it's possible to save a life, she’ll do her best. As for co-workers, she co-operate. Small talk isn’t something she finds comfortable. But if in cases, she’ll ask for help or help someone out, or a name to memorize, and to fill out paper work. She’ll do small chores here and there. Fold sheets, set them to wash, clean stations, restock supplies, keep track of medicine and keep track of patients she tends each day.

Free Time: In her free time. She doesn't do much. Her day is planned with simple house duties. For example, she cleans the house, groceries, wash clothes and other simple labor chores. Besides this, she travels to find relaxing areas to have a small picnic to read a book. Or stay at home to watch a movie or series. Her free time is pretty simple.

Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Angel works better on her own. She struggles with asking and communicating. The reason why she studies constantly is because she’ll know what to do in situations. There will come times she will be confused or struggle to comprehend. Only then did she ask for help. Yes she would work with others. If others needed help or guidance when doing a task or attending a patient.
