What is your motivation for applying?:
From my previous application, I have expanded my ways of roleplay. I have recently joined the high school male volleyball team, and I have been a part of the SRP community for about 4 years. I have been in the teacher faction for over a year, and I have recently became apart of the shopkeeper faction on April 8th, 2026. I really want to see the point of view KPD has on the server, and this is a perfect opportunity to.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Outside of watching the police body cam videos on YouTube, I don’t really have much, but after some research on the faction, I have memorized the following:

| Handcuffs | A pair of handcuffs, given to all officers, is used to limit the target's hand movements. If the target decides to resist, an action and a roll that beats yours must be done before continuing. This item only has one block reach. |
| Police Radio | A waterproof device that is used by all emergency units. It is primarily used for long-distance communications and important duties. |
| Stun Blaster | A stun device used by officers to stop a target from moving. It requires a successful roll to be taken out whilst in range of a target. |
| Breathalyzer | A device to check how drunk a person is. It is available to all officers and EMS. Its accuracy varies depending on its proximity to the KPD station. |
| Pepper Spray | A device that is in possession of all officers and EMS. It temporarily blinds the target and requires an action to be taken out whilst in range of a target. It requires a successful hit to blind the target for 60 seconds. Can be bypassed if wearing a gas mask. |
| Tranquilizer | A device made primarily of plastic is used by officers to temporarily stun a target. This is limited to Police Sergeants and Detective Inspectors. Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
With the new crime faction lead, gotsnapped, there have been many people who have joined the crime faction, and new criminals are joining gangs. Police are very crucial to the server to keep Karakura safe. Additionally, it would shelter the server from being boring with only criminals running the city. It's good they have something to be scared of and watch out for.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?
Yes

Rocco has dark brown hair with dark hazel eyes. A fairly tall male, sitting at 6'3. Rocco has a slim figure that would help him in any situation that requires agility or running. As you walked past him, you would smell a scent of Moncler Pour Homme coming from his presence. His voice would have a light Italian accent, and every time he spoke, it would be hard to understand since Rocco spoke fast. He walks into dangerous situations very confidently. When everybody is panicking, Rocco stays relaxed. During normal hours, Rocco jokes a lot and teases. That's what makes him unique.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
“Being the owner of Hayabusa, I’m very professional.”
In a professional setting, Rocco would keep his composure and keep his body relaxed, doing his best to keep the situation de-escalated. This would prevent further problems from happening and issues from growing. Rocco is also the type to talk a little trash to the culprit that is being arrested, as that is a part of his personality. In a normal casual setting, Rocco has always been the type to tease and joke around with his co-workers, and he would walk around the building cracking jokes to them and trying his best to make everybody's day better. He is very understanding and friendly to whoever decides to interact with him. He isn’t the kind of person to confront his co-workers or talk to them in a tone that would make them feel confronted. He wants to be well respected in the building and wants everybody to like him.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
“Success starts when everybody moves in the same direction.”
With only one brother, Nicolo, Rocco understands teamwork really well since that’s what he did the majority of his life. When Rocco wants to work, he would really like to have somebody by his side, though that can be annoying; he can go out on his own and do his duties by himself without any worry.

What's your character's backstory?
Rocco was originally born in Milan, Italy, where the Milan Cathedral is located. However, he was born into a family that wasn't financially stable, and his life kicked off in the suburbs of Milan. He attended an elementary school the size of his neighborhood, with a student body of over two thousand children. Starting out in pre-K, he began the hard process of learning Italian, taking many months to become proficient in it. After school one day, Rocco was walking down the streets of Milan, and he witnessed a robbery going on at a local cafe shop, he heard sirens in the distance, and he stood nearby to watch the Milan police force respond quickly to the crime. Rocco was truly impressed with how they performed and how quickly they got the robber arrested. Soon, he continued his way home after school that day, and he told his parents that he witnessed a robbery and how the police handled it, and he was truly amazed. The Milan Police Force became his idol. The next day at school, the police were all that Rocco talked about that day. He was truly inspired by the police force and really wanted to join the Milan police force. Little did he know that things would change for him and his future.
A couple of years later, Nicolo, his younger brother, was born. Rocco's family had begun to work extra hours to provide for themselves and the children. One night, the entire family was eating dinner, then suddenly, air raid sirens went off. This wasn't a crime that the police force could stop; it was war. The parents hurried Rocco and his brother to the basement and told them to remain there until the sirens stopped blaring. Rocco held Nicolo in his arms as he started to shake from being terrified. Large booms were heard in the distance, and suddenly the sirens stopped. His parents opened up the basement door and signaled Rocco to come back up, and it was finished. He mentioned to his parents that he wanted to leave Italy, and it wasn't safe for anybody. His parents agreed, and they quickly packed up their essentials and bought a plane ticket to Karakura, Japan. That night, they rushed to the airport and quickly got onto the plane. Rocco was still holding Nicolo during the plane ride. Nineteen hours passed by, and Rocco woke up to a slam on the runway of Karakura. He opened the window beside him, looked outside, and smiled brightly. Rocco and his family made it out of the war and were now safe on an island in Japan. When they got off the plane, it was very difficult for them to read the signs that would lead them through the airport. Sooner than later, Rocco and his family made it out of Karakura Airport and headed to their apartment that they are renting, pulling out the air mattresses from their bags and inflating them, immediately going to sleep.
Rocco attended Karakura High and was doing very poorly with his grades. It was really hard for him to adjust from a school that had two thousand students to a tremendously smaller school. His friend group went from 7 people to 3-4 people. One day, Rocco woke up from his sleep to a yell outside. He sat up and looked out the window to see three individuals in blackouts and wearing ballistic masks along with katanas. He quickly lay back down in his bed and grabbed his phone to dial 110. The call went like this. .
"110, state your emergency."
*in a quiet, quivering voice. It was clear he was nervous*
"H-HELP! THERE ARE THREE PEOPLE TRYING TO HURT THIS PERSON! OUTSIDE OF HOUSE 1010! HURRY PLEASE!"
"Thank you for the report. We are on the way."
Rocco watched the line hang-up, and he slowly lifted his head back up to look out the window. Turns out KPD is already there? But how? He just called! Rocco watched the police hold up their weapons from a distance and smiled. He watched the criminals drop their weapons and fall to their knees, along with KPD running up and placing them in cuffs and putting them into the back of the car. Rocco was smiling from ear to ear. He saved somebody's life, and the feeling of that really got to him. And with Rocco seeing how quickly KPD showed up to the scene right after the report really inspired him and made him aware that they know how to do their job and they take it very seriously. He finally got out of bed as he saw the time and entered his closet, putting on one of his many stunning outfits. Rocco arrived at school at 8:30 am and met up with his friends at the same spot they would always meet up at. The library in the non-fiction section. He mentioned to them that early in the morning, he saved somebody's life from criminals. Rocco would be persistent with protecting others, whether it was inside or outside of school. Inside the school, he would grab the faculty to save the person who was being jumped. Outside of school, he would call KPD and witness them arrive quickly and do their job. All throughout school, the feeling remained with him. Years later, Rocco was in the 12th grade, and he was about to walk across the stage. His mother, father, and brother were all in the crowd watching and cheering him on. Rocco took the diploma from Doug Brown and smiled at the camera. Many years had passed by, and all of his friends had left town due to the crime rate being very high. Rocco was now 27 years old, and he didn't have any of his parents anymore. His life took a dramatic turn. He had nobody and nothing for him. He'd keep that great feeling of saving people, and he wanted to be like them. He wanted to do the same. He walked up to KPD and asked the officer at the front desk on how to join the force. The conversation went like this. .
Officer: "Hey! What can I help you with?"
*As he approached, he fixed his posture, lifting his head high and looking directly at the officer who sat behind the glass*
Rocco: "Yes, I would like to join the force, and I was wondering how I would do so?"
Officer: "Yeah, of course! Just grab an application over by the door and fill it out. Then you can hand it to me, and I'll take care of it."
*Rocco glanced over to the door he was talking about, seeing a pile of empty applications*
Rocco: "Thank you!"
He walked over to the door, grabbed the application, and sat down on the bench outside. Rocco came prepared and put the application on his clipboard, and he clicked the eraser on his pencil to bring out the graphite. He began to fill out all of the information. Rocco then held down the eraser and pushed the graphite back into the pencil. He got up from the bench, went back inside, and nodded at the officer as he slid the paper through the little gap at the bottom of the glass. He gave the officer a smile and a wave as he walked out. This was it. This was Rocco doing what he always dreamt of. Joining the force and saving lives.

General knowledge
Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
“No, you cannot legally own a pocket knife. I can't believe this question is serious, but I guess to be safe with your applicants' knowledge. But no, you can't own a pocket knife. If I catch you with one, you will be placed under arrest for possession of illegal weaponry, and you will never see that weapon again. I’ll be sure of it. ”
Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription
“I remember this question from my previous interview. My mother said I was the brother with better memory. The five things are uhh.. An eyepatch cause if somebody wanted to pretend to be a pirate, they shouldn’t need a prescription for that. Right? Anyway, moving on! Ooh!! I know the Band-Aids are one! I don’t think you need a prescription for something that sticks to your arm! Another one I know for sure, since my grandpa needs one, is a wooden cane! It helps him walk, and last time I checked, he didn’t need one. Another one is cough syrup! It just relieves your super bad coughs and stuffy noses. You can easily get that without a prescription. And the final and 5th thing is glasses!"
If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
“Good question, I already expected this from my last interview. I would quickly look down at my body cam and see if the light is blinking to know if it’s turned on and running. If for some reason it’s not running, I’d quickly turn it on so I have video recording in my defense. Y’know.. I don’t want to risk losing my job for protecting a co-worker that’s causing trouble.. Anyway! I would approach the suspect and drag them off of my co-worker, yelling at my co-worker, telling them to get out of the cell. I would place the cuffs back on the suspect and sit them down on the floor. I would get up and walk out of the cell with my eyes never leaving them. Then, of course, I would close and lock the cell and instruct the suspect to come to the cell gate to get the cuffs off. Telling them personally that I’m sorry for the lack of professionalism. Once I have received my handcuffs back, I would take my co-worker to the side and confront them and let them know it’s all on body cam and it’s being sent up to higher-ups."
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
“Do you guys ask the same questions for every interview? I swear you guys asked me this before.. But, already being on duty, I know my body cam is on, but I’ll take a quick peek down at it. Depending on the number of suspects, I would radio over backup and pull out my stun blaster from my utility belt and aim it at them, along with yelling at them to get off of them or they will be tased. One warning is enough. If they don’t listen, they face the consequences. I would then shoot my stun blaster at them and immediately place them in cuffs. Charging them with assault on a government official."
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
"I would gather evidence of them being corrupt or even admitting to doing something corrupt. Going in alone to gather evidence is not a task to do alone. They’re helping criminals, and if I get caught hanging around somewhere I don’t need to be, I will be dead. I’d next head to the station and talk to a detective, preferably a higher-up since they are well trusted, as in a previous question you asked me. KPD requires teamwork, which is the perfect situation to show that teamwork is needed. After we gather the evidence, it will be taken up to a higher-up, and it will be handled accordingly. "
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
“I simply wouldn’t touch the money the criminal is offering. Who knows if that money was made legally! Even if I knew it was legal money, I still wouldn’t touch it since my job is to clean the streets. Not to take bribes from people who make them dirty. I would place them in cuffs and pay no attention to what they are saying or the bribe. I will take them to the station and give them a fat fine.”
