What is your motivation for applying?:

My motivation for applying for KPD is how I actually always looked at KPD in a good way. When I was on SRP for a couple of months I had written out a whole application and decided to never apply. I never applied due to the fact I was nervous if I would be accepted or not. When I recently applied I was denied and still wanted to apply again. I always enjoyed watching what KPD had done on SRP. When I was younger I always loved watching what cops had done. I still enjoy knowing what police do. More of my motivation is the fact that I find the faction fun. Everyone who was in KPD enjoyed themselves and I want to be a part of the fun. I very much see KPD as something that I would actually enjoy doing on SRP. Another thing is that KPD has a lot to come to it but it is something that is worth taking a lot in for.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?

The Police work in many different areas. These areas are important to the town of Karakura. The things they focus on are such as

Patrols -
The Police go into patrols to check around the area. Why do they check around the area? Well this is because they have to see if any crime is going on. Most people won’t call in for a simple crime or even a difficult crime. So by patrolling the Police can get to a crime they may not know about. Also, by patrolling you can join an EMS at most times. Joining along with an EMS will help. If you find people harming others you can help the victim much quicker.

Medical Needs -
The Police themselves work along EMS. If at all points they can receive the quickest Medical Need that is possible. If an officer, victim, or suspect is harmed, medical help can be done by an officer or the officer can seek help in a quicker way.

CCTV -
The Police use the CCTV to catch criminals mid-way of crime. The CCTV can catch the face or voice of the criminal. It also could be used to track where the criminal goes. The CCTV helps the Police be able to stay on all guard and helps them go through less work to find the criminal.

Arrests -
The Police are able to arrest people for good reasons. Most common arrests around Karakura are for fines. The most common fines that are arrested for drinking underage. Trespassing is another thing you may be fined and arrested for. Now the big things you could be arrested for is such things as Murder, Being a part of a gang, Weapons, and Running from Police ( Meaning as in you are trying to escape ). As there is possibly more they are still the ones that can get a big bail amount. As a Police officer you can give a criminal a bail to their arrest, someone will have to pay the bail to get the criminal out. Now, if the bail is not able to be paid the following criminal will have to wait their time. Time in jail can be many months icly, many days icly, or even possibly the criminal could be in jail with no bail at all.

[ Higher Rankings ]

Commissioner -

This is the highest role in KPD. The Commissioner is the lead of KPD and runs most of the KPD. The commissioner is there to make sure that the lower roles are taken under control and that they are learning. The commissioner also helps plan ideas with the rest of the roles.

Police Captain -

This is the second highest role in KPD. A Police Captain does almost the same amount of work as a Commissioner but still follows under the Commissioner’s leads.

Police Detective Superintendent -

This is the third highest role in KPD. As a Detective Superintendent you are to plan out ideas or just take a hold of the KPD if the Captain or Commissioner is not around at the time being. They act out in different ways than the Captain and Commissioner but are in some way the same type of work. They are supposed to also make sure that the division is safe and sound.

Police Detective Chief Inspector -

This is the fourth highest role in KPD. They are supposed to be a role model and keep some control over the division. They do work the same as the Police Detective Superintendent but with less power over it.

[ Lower Rankings ]

Patrol Officers -

This the second lowest rank, you receive this rank after you’ve completed all of your training as a Cadet. At this point you start to be allowed to go on patrols on your own or with a partner.

Police Cadet -

This is the lowest rank and the beginning rank. This is where you get trained the most. You are allowed to go on patrols but need to be with a higher up. You get trained by higher ups and mostly stay inside of the KPD. You’re only allowed to leave if you were told to do so or that you are going out for training.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?

KPD is important to SRP due to the simple fact of how gangs are still around. Another thing is that due to SRP being a server run in a city more crimes are noticeable. Due to KPD being around the crimes become less noticeable due to the fact KPD brings the crime down. Also, KPD helps run the safety of the government. If KPD had not done their job the government wouldn’t be a thing. KPD is also important to SRP due to the fact that it has to be run as a school as well so KPD doing their jobs makes sure that the school is still intact.

April 20th, 1982, In-Su Lim was born. He was raised around a bad family but he grew around it very easily. His family was always causing trouble for the town he lived in. He grew tired of it and ran away. Later on he was adopted by a family who was very strict towards him. His adoptive father was a police officer and his adoptive mother was a lawyer. His adoptive father would come home and explain what had happened at work the following day. In-Su enjoyed hearing about this since it sounded fun.

During High School years In-Su decided to join along with his school’s patrol community. In-Su had caught students fighting in the hall-way. He’d never seen two people fight like this before, so he tried to stop them but realized one had a weapon. In-Su had got in the middle of the two and had tackled the one with the weapon. In-Su was awarded with many medals at his school which made him known as the best patrol officer at his school. Throughout dealing with more problems in his life he’d have to give up his part to the school.

Before In-Su’s college years he decided to get married and have kids. He looked back and realized how much he missed out on. He decided that he would go to college to learn more about the Police Department. He’d study Criminal Justice and Public Administration as this is what his adoptive father learned. After so long In-Su had decided to move on with life. He had joined the army after he finished his college years. He left the army after a few years at the age of 35. He ended up trying to work around the officer department in a different city but decided to leave the force due the fact the city became very corrupt.

SECTION 2: GENERAL KNOWLEDGE

Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?

No, you can not own a pocket knife legally. If you are found to be holding a pocket knife you will be arrested for minor illegal weaponry.

Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription

Eyepatch
Cane
Cough Syrup
Paracetomal
Birth Control

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?

If I’d see my co-workers physically abusing an inmate I would pull them apart. Once they’re apart I would take a moment and question my co-workers of why they’re doing this. If they tell me that the inmate has done something bad I would tell them to back away and that they have a warning. I would then move forward to reporting my co-worker to higher-ups.

What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?

I’d help my co-worker get away from the person who is assaulting them. I would let myself get into stance if anything else were to happen. If my co-worker is to be harmed I would report that they seek help right away. If the person is still assaulting people I will ask a higher-up if it is good to go into more action. If not I will back away and let the higher-ups do their part. If I am allowed I will make the assaulter go against the wall and try to cuff them.

What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?

If I were to find out that my fellow co-worker is corrupt I would report them straight to a higher up. Now, if this corrupt co-worker tries to turn against me I would call for backup. If they didn’t turn against me I would report to the higher up and show them the proof of the corrupt officer.

How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?

I would take a moment to see what the criminal is trying to do. When I notice I will deny this and try to handle the criminal on my own, mostly fining them. Now, if they decide to move on I will leave them be. If they decide to fight back I will have to arrest them.
