Prom!

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUGGEST OR MENTION:

I want a prom and school dances! I don't know if these are a thing already, but if they aren't I want them! A time that will really make it feel like High School, and where you can asked that special someone to the dance! It would really add a great roleplay experience, by wondering when that special someone is gonna finally ask you. It just seems like a really fun and entertaining idea!

there has been many events that include School Dances, I’m unaware if there has been a “prom” but at the new map they’ll probably have multiple school dances.

A school dance already took place during the summer. I'm not sure if you were present but a lot of people were there. I even made a News Report about it right here: [CLICK HERE]

School events are usually organized by the Council, not the Event Team. The Event Team is for server-wide events so I recommend speaking to the Council President or Vice-President. But again, the new map is right around the corner so something like this should be left till the new map comes out, and even when the new map comes out, they won't have a school dance right away... Maybe sometime around April or even March.

Although some people enjoy Prom / Dances they can become repetitive, so maybe before the map change or after but I am sure we can do one. Or possibly before the exam process / after and before graduation we can do a prom so everyone can celebrate finishing their exams? Would like opinions on that below if you see this

I definitely agree that they can be repetitive over time, but since we haven’t had a ton of these I honestly think a lot of people would enjoy it. Like, hosting two or three each OOC year probably would be enough.

I personally think having school dances does make it more realistic. At least what I know in American/Canadian high schools they are very popular. Plus, I’m curious to see how our characters ask their dates out to prom.

I think one of the important things about dances, they arent like HUGE events where STUFF HAPPENS (unless players do it) its moreso about the character interactions that come from it, like the skins, asking people to go with you to it, etc. Of course it can become repetitive but I think that's what makes dances nice.
