I've been waiting for your response, and it did not disappoint. (I've seen her eat (drink?) ketchup directly out of the bottle on call btw)

what monster drinks WATERY KETCHUP
 
Spicy ramen noodles + non sweet cereal (rice krispies, corn flakes, cheerios, etc). You eat the ramen noodles, then when it gets too hot to handle you switch over to the cereal for a few bites. I hid a bag of cereal in the breakroom where I used to work, had a gallon of milk in the fridge, and bought a bowl of noodles every day, the combo is HEAVENLY.
 
I just came up with this during my surgery recovery.

Chocolate chip muffins heat them up for 15 seconds squish them up with a fork and pour milk over it. MUFFIN CEREAL! So good and a great food choice when it comes to recovery.
