In the shopping district and the surrounding area, there are a few shops that have just been either untouched, unused, or totally abandoned! Here are those shops and businesses!
Shopping district, 2024
First up, at the VERY front of the Shopping District, we have the old Mai-Yume building! This is one of the ones targeted during a violent riot and, resulting in Mai - Yume being moved to the new Business Park.

Next, we have Shinboshi Sayaka, which was ALSO a target in that violent Riot last year. However, even with a new location in Business Park, the shop has rarely been open. In fact, it is considered rare for the shop to ever open in general!

The second to last victim of the 2023 violent gang riot was Karakura’s Cat Cafe Kiku Dokyo! Kiku Dokyo was a prime target and had the most fire damage out of the all the fires, hence the police tape and relocation of the business to Business Park.

The last shop from the 2023 riot to be featured is Kirei Hana! Kirei Hana, the flower shop, also experienced severe fire damage during the riot and has since been moved to, you guessed it, Business Park!

Next on the list is a shop that doesn't even have a name! In fact, no information at all could be found about this location other than the fact that it has never opened, does not have a name outside, and has just sat in the Shopping District for months now!

Formerly Karakura’s most popular bar, Strays has since closed its doors and has sat in the Shopping District for years now. After the owner's mysterious disappearance, the bar has since been closed, and no one has taken over! The inside was partially gutted, with a lot of furniture being removed since its closing however, nothing has been built inside.

The only Laundry mat in Karakura is the most inactive. Uradori Laundrette sits barely used and seemingly without an owner lining the outside of the shopping district.

Hidden behind another building in an alleyway, the remnant of what can be assumed to be an old 11/7 is in the worst condition of all the other abandoned locations. With broken windows, cobwebs, dirt, and debris, this old building is likely the most dangerous as well.

Harada Motor Parts sits unused, last touched when Mike Akihito was still around. It is unknown if or when it
will be taken over or used or what is on the inside.

A business that has since moved, popularly known to the public as ‘MOTORS’, Karakura’s dealership used to reside beside Harada Motor Parts. It has since been moved to Complex L beside the Itsboyoshi Subway Station!

Last on the list, and perhaps the most controversial one .. The Bobcat Bowling Alley. When's the last time you've seen ANY Bobcat run the place and sell ice cream? When was the last time youve seen people actually go there, and the place be full? And when was the last time have you seen the building be used for anything other then some party? Exactly. It's practically abandoned.
